Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the characteristics of industrial accidents in shipbuilding industry. Background: As the accident frequency in shipbuilding industry is higher than those of other industries, it is important to grasp the accident characteristics of shipbuilding industry to reduce the accidents. Method: This paper aggregated some important accident report of the shipbuilding industry including industrial accident analysis of Korean government and drew some important accident characteristics of shipbuilding industry. Results: Accidents in Shipbuilding industry was reviewed in respect of accidents rate, accidents distribution by age, accidents by employed period, accidents severity, accidents type, accidents type by process, accidents caused by object, and hazards in process. Conclusion: Accident related indexes in shipbuilding were much higher than those of whole industry. Application: These results can be used to provide base information for more effective accident preventions in shipbuilding industry.

This study was conducted with analyzing the perceptions of universities and industry regarding need analysis, curriculum design-implementation-outcomes, and the educational environment of the university evaluation institution from an industry perspective. First, as a result of analyzing the importance and implementation level of needs analysis, universities and industries recognized 'industrial trends in related fields' as the most important, but both groups perceived the implementation level to be significantly low. Second, as a result of analyzing the importance of implementing a curriculum based on industry needs, there was a difference in that universities recognized the 'adequacy of curriculum implementation based on industrial needs' and industries recognized the 'field training participation rate' as the most important. Third, as a result of analyzing the importance of curriculum outcomes based on industrial needs, it was found that both groups recognized 'field connection of major curriculum' as the most important. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the importance of the industry-university cooperative educational environment, it was found that both groups recognized 'construction and operation of experimental.practice educational facilities and infrastructure' as the most important. In short, the results of this study are expected to resolve the problem of mismatch between universities and industry in terms of talent development and education, and contribute to the effective implementation of the university evaluation institution from an industry perspective.

Purpose - This paper will go deep into the analysis of Korean Cultural industry development, and the result of the analysis shows that the cultural value of cultural product, competitive product lines and mature Market Mechanism are core competences of Korean Cultural industry. Research design, data, and methodology - This is a case study in the era of knowledge based economy, Cultural industry has become a new increasing point of economic development. Cultural industry, commonly regarded as an industry with high-ended value, is occupying more important role in economic development and social welfare promotion process. Results - Moreover the increasingly important role of cultural industry will hopefully help to promote industrial upgrading process and finally become a driving force for economic growth and technological innovation. During the process of cultural development, improving core competence of Cultural industry is a key consideration to help the development of Cultural industry in a positive way. Conclusions - From the study above, we find that in order to ensure sustainable development of Cultural industry, emphasis should be put on finding and improving core competence. Core competence of Korean Cultural industry is important and inspiring to the development of Chinese Cultural industry and regional integration in the East Asian area.

Purpose - The Korean university education system is facing innovation and change, including cooperation between industry and university, Therefore It is important to activate the industry-university cooperation. This paper aims to demonstrate the factors that activate industry-university cooperation, particularly about the voluntary participation induction by industry and researching in path dependency perspectives. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject of this research were companies that are aware of the industry-university cooperation program. This research hypothesis is derived from the literature of previous studies of industry-university cooperation, This study have constructs that was defined operationally with reference to previous studies, this research model design to figure out structural relationship among technology leadership of university, university specialization, local network strength, fixation of local economy, recognition of path dependence, participation by industry, performance of industry-university cooperation. From 2017 July. 1 to Sept. 31, questionnaire survey targeting company staff who is involving in industry-university cooperation. 257 questionnaire survey had conducted. 249 investigated data were used for empirical analysis except wrong data. This data were used for AMOS(structural equation) & Regression statistics to verify hypothesis which developed by researcher. Results - The results of this study are as follows. First, technology leadership of universities has a significant effect on voluntary participation by industry. University specialization has significant effect on voluntary participation by industry. Second, local network strength has significant effect on voluntary participation by industry. but fixation of local economy does not affect voluntary participation by industry. Third, recognition of path dependence has moderating effect between Independent(university, company characteristics) and dependent variables(voluntary participation by industry) When recognition level of path dependence is high, preceding factors have a significant effect on voluntary participation by industry than recognition level of path dependence is low. As a result, the degree of recognition of path dependence was shown important variables that induce voluntary participation of industry for industry-university cooperation program. Conclusions - This study suggests that voluntary participation of industry is a very important factor in the achievement of industry-university cooperation. Recognition of interdependence as well as leading factors that encourage voluntary participation of industry is also just as important. If recognition of path dependence was high, Industry's voluntary participation was high.

The Green Growth industry-becomes very important as new growth engines in the Korean economy. At the same time, the green industry export support becomes important because the export determines the competitiveness of the industry. Most export support systems in the past was a short-tenn basis but the support for green industry should be made in the long-tenn and systematically. Therefore, effective export support system for green industry are suggested in this paper. First, the green industry-related laws should be amended. Second, active technical support and financial support should be available and the restriction for domestic market activation should be removed. Lastly, the information about green protectionism should be provided with effective counterplan. As a result, the Korean green industry can have competitiveness in international markets. and help Korean products improve Korea Premium.

The smart media (SM) industry has demonstrated that it has the characteristics to increase user innovative activities, enhance open innovativeness, and increase the segmentation of innovation value. This study introduces and evaluates an innovation system that reflects the characteristics of the SM industry. We categorize the SM industry into hardware, network, platform, and content industries and perform an AHP analysis (based on a survey of 96 experts) to evaluate the relative importance of the factors/factor groups affecting the creation of innovation. The results show that 'collaboration activity" is a more important factor than other innovation factor groups (financial support, R&D, policy environment, human resources) in the SM industry. The results also show that the important factors/factor groups differ by industry.

Purpose: Since the cost of feed for Korean pig farmers has been increasing, attracting crowdfunding for the swine industry become important. This paper applies the AHP decision-making method to build a model for the sustainable growth of crowdfunding in the swine industry. Design/methodology/approch: The result from the analysis of data collected from this research shows that both investors and borrows groups consider tangible assets to be most important for crowdfunding in the swine industry. Findings: Thus protection of investors should be resolved first by providing collateral rather than insisting on the conventional crowdfunding method that stresses the credit aspects only. The investors and borrows groups also judged the loan amount very important, suggesting that the smooth and sufficient investment should be secured for borrows group.

The domestic gaming industry is a globally competitive field, but growth has recently slowed and competition in overseas markets is intensifying. Accordingly, it is important to analyze the investment status of the domestic gaming industry and study ways to revitalize it. The game industry is a labor-intensive, high-value-added industry that occupies an important position in the domestic content industry. However, the number of businesses and employees has been steadily decreasing for several years, and polarization within the industry is worsening. This is the effect of a decrease in investment in an industrial structure in which labor costs are the majority of production costs. Accordingly, we analyze the current status of the domestic gaming industry, and also analyze the investment status of the gaming industry and the investment structure of domestic venture capital to study the scale and required period of investment and investment projects needed to promote the industry. In this study, "the investment status of the domestic gaming industry and proposed revitalization measures. We study cooperation between the government, businesses, and academia to solve the problem of declining investment and slowing growth." We expect to strengthen competitiveness and continue to grow as we pursue revitalization plans.

Being in era of the digital economy, the influence of IT that effects on our economy is getting greater. Along with this effect, IT becomes origin of predominance of competition in every category of industry. Regarding new trends in industry, how companies mutate their IT skill become important factor. Every industry has their own color and environment of IT and uncertainty is different. For a company, It is most important to plan own strategy with strategic view on industrial environment. The idea of this study is to find the difference of Skill Requirement and Job Requirement in every category of industry by find what are the most important jobs and skills of IT in every industry and to analyze the results. The second idea is to find what kinds of skill are required in every sector of job. Base on the analyzed data, we classified the uncertainty in every industry by Duncan′s "classification of environment", and extracted some pattern within the skill and job in industry that found in our study by applying OIP model. We set skills by categorized curriculum of specialized IT education center, then with IT specialist, checked and retouched the results and surveyed with IT people in every industry on skill set and job of IT. The summery of this study is as follow : 1. Importance of IT skill is differentiated in each industry. It shows that IT skills, which requested in a field are differentiated by uncertainty of environment that comes from the character of industry. 2. Importance of IT job differs by the fields of industry. It shows as IT skills are differentiated, the importance of job that apply these skills is differentiated. 3. As the character of each job that work on is diversified, the importance of skills are diversified in each field of jobs. The Result of this study can give the idea to who designs curriculum and builds educational contentsthat would fulfill the need of fields. Also this study would be meaningful that it opens the field of study of skill requirement in Korea.

The innovation is an important element controlling national economic growth and the competitive power reinforcement of the company. The developed nations concentrate interest on upbringing and investment in knowledge intensive industry and advanced technology base industry for national competitive power reinforcement. I support in particular it as Korean representative industry in the case of the advanced technology base industry positively in the government. Though a patent can become the important competition predominance element of the company by such an advanced technology base industry, this and the proof study in the country to be concerned with are the facts that are not enough now. As for the article of the book, what kind of difference there is in importance by IT and BT industry distinction comment on current events value factors of the patent valuation; of the study is aimed. I derived an importance factor among factors shown in the valuation model of the patent valuation organization and an existing precedent study for comparison analysis in the study and used it. In addition, it was analysis hello it utilized AHP technique, and what kind of difference patent value evaluation important factors showed by IT and BT industry distinction.
