Purposes: This study tried to extract variables affecting patient-experience satisfaction level in hospital situation, using a multiple-regression analysis and ISA(Revised Importance-Satisfaction Analysis), and to explore variables needed to be improved. Methodology: A mobile-based online patient-experience survey was conducted in eleven general hospitals in A city. To test the validity of this test, this data was compared with the data from Health-Insturance Review and Assessment Service. Then, the standardized regression coefficients extracted from a multiple-regression analysis were used as the importance scale to be used in ISA. Finding: Taken together, the areas with the highest contribution for the in-hospital patient-experience satisfaction level were medication and treatment process and hospital environment. In conclusion, the revised ISA which can show satisfaction and importance both with simultaneously and multi-axis way would be useful in hospital improvement activities. Practical Implications: This study tried to develop a mobile-based patient-experience survey, and to extract the major variables affecting patient-satisfaction level and to identify variables need to be improved. Finally, this should help hostipals to prepare the assessment process with various improvement activities.

이 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 대학도서관의 서비스 품질 측정을 위한 도구를 제시하고 이에 기반하여 서비스 개선방안을 도출하는 하나의 과정을 보여주고자 하였다. 본 연구는 대학도서관의 서비스 품질 측정을 위한 구성 차원과 세부항목을 구성하기 위해 LibQUAL+(R)를 참조하였고 그래서 대학도서관의 서비스 품질은 서비스 태도 품질, 정보관리 품질, 도서관건물 품질의 세가지 차원으로 구성하였다. 각 세부 항목에 대한 측정지표는 DigiQUAL(R)의 이용자의 서비스에 대한 중요도와 만족도가 사용되었다. 실사례 데이타는 H대학 서비스 품질에 대한 이용자 113명의 설문을 통해 수집되었고. SPSS를 통해 기술통계적인 분석이 수행되었다. 그리고 도서관의 품질 제고를 위한 개선방안 및 우선 관리 항목을 도출하기 위해서는 불일치모형(gaps model) 분석과 ISA(Importance-Satisfaction Analysis) 기법을 사용하였다.

지난 25년간 우리나라의 자활사업은 저소득 취약계층을 위한 가장 중요한 고용복지정책으로 자리매김 해왔다. 그러나 그간 자활사업 성과지표는 현장성이 부족하다는 지적이 많았는데, 특히 경제적 성과 중심의 지표와 지역유형을 고려하지 않은 일괄적인 적용 방식에 대해 개선이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 ISA 기법을 활용하여, 자활사업 성과지표에 대한 실천현장의 인식을 분석하고, 현장 적합성을 제고하는 지표 개선에의 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 성과지표의 중요도와 만족도 분석에서는 자활사업의 결과보다 과정에 대한 중요도가 크고, 현행 지표가 현장을 만족스럽게 반영하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. ISA 매트릭스 분석에서는 유지와 개선, 그리고 정책적 재고를 요하는 성과지표들이 분류되었는데, 이때 도시형과 농촌형의 매트릭스의 차이가 확연히 다른 것들이 발견되었다. 이러한 발견들을 통해 본 연구는 현장 지향성을 가진 성과지표를 제안하고 그 중요성을 강조하고 있어, 향후 성과지표의 개선을 위한 탐색적 기초연구로서의 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 2018년 산림치유지도사 수강생을 대상으로 산림치유지도사 양성과정에 대한 중요도와 만족도(ISA)를 분석하였다. 연구결과 40대 이상의 수강생들이 81 %로 높은 비율을 차지하였으며, 제2의 미래직업으로 산림치유지도사를 선호하고 있었다. 중요도와 만족도의 비교 결과, 수강생들은 중요도에 비해 모든 문항에서 만족도를 낮게 평가하였다. ISA 분석결과, 산림치유지도사 양성과정에 우선적으로 필요한 것은 양성교재 정보의 최신화, 과목별 예시문제 기재, 양성교재에서의 시험 출제율 확대, 시험문제 및 답 공개, 시험 난이도 조절, 시험 합격률 조정, 시험 시행횟수 및 시험장 수의 증대, 학생을 이해시키기 위한 강사의 노력, 강의에 대한 준비, 실무에 알맞은 강의구성으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 도시하천 수변공간의 이용자를 대상으로 실증분석을 통해 수변공간의 개선방안을 제시하고자 대구광역시 신천 수변공간에서 현장조사 및 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 수변공간을 이용하는 목적에 따라 환경요소의 중요도와 만족도를 조사하고 최종적으로 ISA 분석을 통해 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 먼저 운동 목적으로 수변공간을 이용하는 경우 '자전거 도로와 산책로의 구분'이 중요도가 가장 높고, '자판기, 화장실, 음수대등 편의시설'에 관한 항목의 만족도가 가장 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 여가 및 휴식 목적일 경우 '나무그늘'이 중요도가 가장 높고, '전시회 등의 이벤트 여부'의 만족도가 가장 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로 ISA 분석 결과, 운동 목적과 여가 및 휴식 목적으로 이용할 때 '자판기, 화장실, 음수 등의 편의시설', '수질 및 공간의 깨끗함', '수질관리' 등의 항목에서 중요도는 높지만 만족도가 낮은 것으로 분석되어 우선적으로 개선이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로 운동 목적에 따른 중점개선이 필요한 항목은 '나무그늘', '벤치, 파고라 등 휴게시설', '자전거 도로 및 산책로의 폭', '자전거 도로와 산책로의 구분'으로 나타났으며, 여가 및 휴식 목적의 경우 '조명시설'로 분석되었다. 이상의 중점개선이 필요한 항목을 중심으로 하천정비 사업을 시행할 경우 효율적인 재원투입 및 투자가 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 국회전자도서관의 품질을 평가하고 개선방안을 수립하기 위하여 평가 도구를 설계하여 품질을 측정하였고, 개선방안 도출을 위해 ISA(Importance-Satisfaction Analysis) 기법을 적용하였다. 국회전자도서관 품질 평가 도구는 선행연구들에 기반하여 콘텐츠, 서비스, 그리고 시스템의 품질 차원으로 구성하였고 각 차원의 세부적인 항목은 선행연구 및 이용자들의 요구사항 분석을 통해 설계되었다. 각 세부 항목에 대한 측정지표에는 DigiQUAL에서 사용하고 있는 중요도와 만족도가 사용되었다. 국회전자도서관 품질 평가는 질문지법을 통해 수집된 이용자 270명의 응답을 사용하여 Excel 2007과 PASW Statistics 18로 분석하였다. 그리고 측정된 품질 평가 값을 사용하여 국회전자도서관 개선방안 수립을 위해 ISA기법을 적용하였고 그 결과 국회전자도서관 품질 차원 및 세부항목들 중에서 유지, 집중, 저순위, 그리고 과잉 품질 영역을 도출하였다.

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: The present study investigated Korean and Taiwan adults on the importance of and the satisfaction with street food sanitation and street food choice factor, in order to present management and improvement measures for street foods. SUBJECTS/METHODS: The present study conducted a survey on 400 randomly chosen adults (200 Korean, 200 Taiwanese). General characteristics, eating habits, street food intake frequency, and preference by type of street food of respondents were checked. Respondents' importance and satisfaction of street food hygiene and selection attributes were also measured. In order to test for the difference between groups, ${\chi}^2-test$ and t-test were performed. ISA was also performed to analyze importance and satisfaction. RESULTS: Results showed that the importance of sanitation was significantly higher than satisfaction on all items in both Korea and Taiwan, and the satisfaction with sanitation was higher in Taiwan than in Korea. According to ISA results with street food sanitation, satisfaction was low while importance was high in both Korea and Taiwan. In terms of street food choice factor, importance scores were significantly higher than satisfaction scores on all items. In addition, satisfaction scores on all items except 'taste' were significantly higher in Taiwan than in Korea. CONCLUSIONS: A manual on sanitation management of street foods should be developed to change the knowledge and attitude toward sanitation by putting into practice a regularly conducted education. Considering the popularity of street foods and its potential as a tourism resource to easily publicize our food culture, thorough management measures should be prepared on sanitation so that safe street food culture should be created.

In order to enhance consignment sale businesses of fisheries cooperatives, it is needed to seek measures to accept needs of customers who use the fisheries cooperatives consignment sale market by examining recognition of fishermen. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop measurement items and scales of the consignment sale factors for fishermen of the fisheries cooperatives port consignment sale market, and to determine the difference between consignment sale factors importance and satisfaction of fishermen. For this, it conducted a survey targeting fishermen who use the fishery product port market consignment sale of the oyster hanging fisheries cooperatives. It used the Importance-Satisfaction Analysis (ISA) for an analysis tool.

본 연구는 중요도-만족도 분석(Importance-Satisfaction Analysis)을 적용하여 한밭수목원 내 산책로에 대한 이용객의 기대정도와 만족정도를 조사하였다. 분석결과 서원은 평균점으로 볼 때 중요도가 3.85, 만족도가 3.67로 나타났으며 동원은 중요도가 3.99, 만족도가 3.78로 나타났다. 전반적으로 이용하기 전보다 이용 후 만족도가 낮은 것으로 평가되었다. 평가항목들의 대부분이 중요도가 만족도보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 서원은 산책로의 안전시설, 산책로의 배수시설, 위험지 등에 대한 안내판 항목에서 집중적인 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 동원은 산책로를 이용하여 휠체어나 유모차 등 이동의 용이성과 산책로의 안전시설 항목에서 집중적인 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과가 앞으로 효율적인 관리 및 운영방안을 제시하고 이용객의 질적 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: To increase the competitiveness of the university and improve the quality of education by providing education services that meet the student's satisfaction needs based on the education service quality survey of university students. Methods: A questionnaire consisting of 6 elements and 38 questions was prepared and students were surveyed. The importance and satisfaction ISA analysis was conducted. Results: The results of this study are as follows; there was a difference in the perception of importance and satisfaction by student characteristics regarding the results of educational service quality measurement. Working students need an extra effort in the educational environment and foreign students in student services. Conclusion: The importance of educational service quality-satisfaction survey should be used to identify the factors of educational service quality by student characteristics to improve student satisfaction, improve the quality of education, and support educational services with a strategic approach.
