The role of Customs Service has changed significantly in recent times, and what may represent core business for one administration may fall outside the sphere of responsibility of another. This is reflective of the changing environment in which customs authorities operate, and the corresponding changes in government priorities. Since the terrorist attacks on the United States in 2001, customs administrations around the world have been developing AEO programs in which they grant AEO status to operators who are well-compliant with the supply chain security standards. These programs also provide such operators with trade facilitation measures under the customs procedures, acknowledging the importance of ensuring secure and facilitated trade. Thus, this paper analysed leading countries's AEO program regime focused on the two fold : (1)provide an overview and present a implication of its AEO program ; (2)offer an appropriate proposal to Korea Customs Service's new program.

The purpose of the this paper is to consider the many dangerous factors involved in the use of temporary equipments in construction work and to reduce potential numerous fatalities by presenting suitable countermeasures. As a result of this study, the following conclusions and recommendations have been suggested. 1 Measures for safety sanitation must be strengthened in the field of machinery installation and engineering method. 2 The synthetic safety sanitation and safety control should be positively propelled. 3 An efficient safety training and education must be emphasized by the scientifical and systematical devices 4 A powerful precautionary countermeasure against health impediment should be conducted substantially 5. Miscellenous actions should be taken as follow. - Awaken enterprisers to the importance of their responsibility - Continuously conducting safety check.

Though electricity consumption amount in industry has been increased gradually, corresponding power supply show symptoms of marginal point. Importance of demand-side management from large-industries has also been raised. This paper deals with induction motor, which is one of representative examples of heavy electricity consumption utilities, to analyze potential technical capability, economic feasibility from consumers' viewpoint and demand-side management feasibility from nation-wide perspective. Nation-wide economic feasibility analysis was done through California test, which has been used as demand-side management evaluation model. This paper also describes limitation of existing high efficiency induction motor in terms of contribution to demand-side management and utilizes premium motor to calculate demand-side management contribution level and economic feasibility evaluation. Likewise, this paper emphasizes the efficiency improvement of induction motor and analyzes how much premium motor related technologies can contribute to demand-side management.

Social networking services that connect a person to other people are attracting people's attention and various types of services are provided on the Internet. Library has been playing a role of social media by providing us with materials such as books and magazines, and with a place for reading, studying, getting lectures, etc. In this paper, we present a method for finding candidates of groups of the library's patrons who share interest areas by utilizing the loan records, which are obtainable in every library. Such a homogeneous group can become a candidate for a study group, a community for exchange ideas, and other activity group. We apply the method to a collection of loan records of a university library, find some problems to be solved, and propose measures for more detailed solutions. Even though the potential group finding problem still remains a lot of issues to be solved, its potential importance is very high and thus to be studies even more for future applications.

In the 1970's, the environmental preservation is out of public issue, caused by rapid economic growth and industrialization. When the people's living standard Is grows, they aware of the environmental importance. In modern times, the environment preservation is global tendency and self social awareness is arise. Measures to the environment preservation and pollution is going on study. One measure is recycling and reuse of by product and it is already developed in some advanced country. But, the study about by product reuse is just beginning in domestic. The purpose of this study is reusing copper slag by product which produced in the copper refining process-as fine aggregate for developing high strength concrete. Concrete nix and properties, the result of mock up test for site application are analyzed.

The cause of crack on reinforced concrete structures is varied, while the studies, which have intended to analyze this in the material side, have been the mainstream so far. Therefore, in this study, we intended to suggest the proposals for enhancement of the system to reduce crack and to improve the quality of the reinforced concrete structures, by reviewing the cause of crack mainly in the structural aspect and analyzing the practices and the system. The result has been shown as following. (1) As one of the measures for improving the constructional system related to the structure, it is to enhance the relevant system so that design on construction, structure, and equipment, can be separately ordered or jointly ventured, and the owner or the agent of the owner can discuss and mediate the business in each specialized field. (2) Importance on construction supervision and new establishment of regulations related to structure supervision.

This study provides a background on the growth of Indian automobile industry under different regulatory regimes. It is observed that the international joint ventures have played a key role in the growth of the sector. The study further examines the motives for forming IJVs in the auto component sector and also identifies the criteria for choosing the joint venture partner to mitigate conflicts. These two specific attributes form the core towards transfer of technology, promoting innovation and also act as a catalyst for adopting and choosing appropriate technology. The study brings out the relationship between motives, partner selection criteria and performance of the IJVs. Results indicate that firms gave maximum importance to technological skills, quality control measures and proprietary knowledge in selecting IJV partners. It is also observed that the motives affect the partner selection criteria in terms of skill and resources needed from the partner.

Thoracic kyphosis is occasionally used to describe someone with accentuated thoracic curvature, hyperkyphosis is preferred since kyphosis itself refers to the normal sagittal angle of thoracic curvature. The angle of thoracic kyphosis tends to increase with age resulting in hyperkyphosis in some individuals. The persons who suffer from hyperkyphosis are at increased risk for a variety of adverse health outcomes that include musculoskeletal alteration, physical functional limitations, poor quality of life, falls, and even earlier mortality. Hyperkyphosis may develop from vertebral fractures, degenerative disc disease, either muscle weakness, decreased mobility and sensory deficits. The gold-standard orthopaedic technique for assessment of thoracic kyphosis is standing lateral spine radiographs. Other clinical measures are Debrunner kyphometer, inclinometer, flexicurve ruler, arcometer, flexible electrogoniometer and spinal mouse.

As the great disturbance from abusing credit cards in Korea becomes stabilized, credit card companies need to interpret credit-card delinquents classification models from the viewpoint of profit. However, hit ratio which has been used as a measure of goodness of classification models just tells us how much correctly they classified rather than how much profits can be obtained as a result of using classification models. In this research, we tried to develop a new utility-based measure from the viewpoint of profit and then used this new measure to analyze two classification models(Neural Networks and Decision Tree models). We found that the hit ratio of neural model is higher than that of decision tree model, but the utility value of decision tree model is higher than that of neural model. This experiment shows the importance of utility based measure for credit-card delinquents classification models. We expect this new measure will contribute to increasing profits of credit card companies.
