Up until now, the government has propelled various projects to establish and stabilize the Safety Management System(SMS). Now it is time for companies to diagnose and evaluate the safety management system to see if it is being operated in accordance with the situations of the companies. Therefore, this study has proposed to develop a model that can monitor the safety management system and evaluate operational achievements and an implementation supporting module that can operate the safety management system. In this paper, new voice message system supporting massive outbound call is proposed. Basic idea of the proposed system is to pre-process all the text-to-speech conversion process, mixing of text and attached music file and to store the results of pre-process in the cache server which is connected to the IVR. New voice message system is optimized for the voice message system supporting massive outbound call by distributing the load of the web server caused by server-side script implementation which is accessing database and generating dynamic Voice XML document over client module and server module of web server. The proposed voice message system was test-deployed in one domestic voice message application service provider and it is shown that proposed voice message system reduced the response latency problem of test-bed voice message system.

A context-aware services platform supporting mobile agents consists of sensor nodes and a sensor coordinator. Sensor nodes collect environmental information and transmit the collected information to the sensor coordinator through wireless sensor networks. The sensor coordinator passes the information to the context-aware service module, and the mobile agent. The context-aware service module or the mobile agent performs services suitable for a user's situation based on the environmental information and a service actuation message is delivered to an actuation node through the sensor coordinator. In this paper, we present a context-aware services platform structure employed in our project, and describe context-aware services platform interfaces with a context-aware service module and mobile agents.

The thesis suggests hand-held equipment to overhaul for mobile TFT LCD/OLED module of high-performance. The established module equipment to overhaul could distinguish outputting video data to module for distinguishing flicker, but it is impossible with low system. In this thesis, supporting system could check the various supplement functions from bringing equipment to overhaul without changing design of FPGA or H/W the module various size for equipment to overhaul for module of high-performance coincidently. The system includes hand-held equipment to overhaul, test software embedded and software a base personal computer and have designed to output, save, and certify all contents of module test of hand-held equipment to overhaul to interface universal serial bus. Setting up 9 items that represent for efficient verification of the proposed system have been possible confirmation with TFT LCD/OLED module of high-performance, establishment scan time, creation gamma, changing register, supporting interface, and multi inch modules.

This paper suggests Enode Operating Systems that is core part of active network. It iscomposed of five parts: domain, channel, thread, memory and file module. The domain and channel module among five parts are the main function. The remaining parts that are the thread, memory, and file are the supporting module for the domain and channel. The domain module manages active network It creates and deletes domain data structure. The channel module has an inchan, outchan, and cutchan. We also test the Enode Operating Systems to verify suggesting concept of node Operating System.

In this paper, we implement a gigabyte Hangul text retrieval engine HMG(Hangul MG) which is based on the English text retrieval engine MG(Managing Gigabytes) and the Hangul lexical analyzer HAM(Hangul Analysis Module). To support Hangul information, we use the KSC 5601 code in the database construction and query processing stages. The lexical analyzer, parser, and index construction module of the MG system are modified to support Hangul information. To show the usefulness of HMG system, we implemented a NOD(Novel On Demand) system supporting the retrieval of Hangul novels on the WWW. The proposed system HMG can be utilized in the construction of massive full-text information retrieval systems supporting Hangul.

There are currently various file encryption solutions for encrypting and storing files on disk. However, the existing file encryption solutions handle encryption and decryption all at once by file or directory. In this paper, we propose a system call supporting partial encryption function of the file. The user sets the encryption information with the system call interface at a portion where encryption of the file data is desired. And then the user writes file data, the data is encrypted and stored. Also if the user sets decryption information and reads the file data, the necessary part is decrypted by applying the set information. For the proposed system call, It consists of inspection module, management module, encryption module, decryption module, and HMAC module as per required system call. And it was implemented on the Linux environment. Also the operation of implemented system call was verified on the development board, and the performance was analyzed by measuring performance speed.

This paper describes an implementation of ARIA crypto algorithm which is a KS (Korea Standards) block cipher algorithm. The ARIA crypto-core supports three master key lengths of 128/192/256-bit specified in the standard and the four modes of operation including ECB, CBC, CTR and OFB. To reduce hardware complexity, a hardware sharing is employed, which shares round function in encryption/decryption module with key initialization module. The ARIA crypto-core is verified by FPGA implementation, the estimated throughput is about 1.07 Gbps at 167 MHz.
