소상공인의 자기결정성 특성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Self-Determination Characteristic of Small Business Start-Up on Entrepreneurial Intention)

  • Micro small business start-ups are receiving financial and marketing support from government or public authority, but business closure rate is very high and it causes a hugh burden to households and national economy. This study aims to verify the causal relationship between the self-determination characteristic of small business start-ups and entrepreneurial intention through learning orientation and innovation ability. The man's intrinsic motivation of self-determination theory is expected to have an impact on the entrepreneurial intention of small business start-ups. The self-determination theory includes perceived autonomy, perceived competence, perceived relationship as independent variables. This study presented a research model for explaining the entrepreneurial intention of small business start-ups, and collected 260 survey responses from the small business start-ups In order to validate the proposed research model, PLS analysis is performed with valid 246 questionnaires. By PLS technique, the measurement reliability and validity of research variables are tested and the path analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis test. Path analysis shows that perceived autonomy does not significantly affect the learning orientation and innovation ability. On the other hand, perceived competence significantly influences learning orientation and innovation ability. Perceived relationships had significant influence on learning orientation. It is found that the parameters of learning orientation and innovation ability significantly influence the dependent variable of entrepreneurial intention. Based on the results, a policy and strategy for supporting small business start-up are presented.

패션 사회적 기업의 지속가능성을 위한 사회적 자본 및 공동체의식 형성에 대한 연구 (The Study on Social Capital and Community Sense Formation for the Sustainability of Fashion Social Enterprises)

  • This research intends to observe the effects of social capital regarding fashion social enterprises on the community sense of participating consumers, and verify the relationship of the effects that such social capital and community sense have on sustainability formation variable(shared values, suitability of values, behavioral flow, cognitive belief and long-term relationship orientation) of social enterprises. For such analysis, a sample of 400 consumers with experience of purchasing products of fashion social enterprises more than once was utilized, and path analysis was conducted utilizing AMOS 20.0. As a result of this research, first, information sharing, social participation among the characteristic factors of social enterprises' social capital had a meaningful impact on shared values, and self-pursuit and significance meaningfully affected the suitability of values. Second, mutual influence, sense of belonging, satisfaction of needs and emotional bond among the characteristic factors of community sense between social enterprises and consumers meaningfully affected shared values, whereas mutual influence, sense of belonging and emotional bond substantially influenced suitability of values. Third, shared values and suitability of values affected the relationship between behavioral flow and cognitive trust, and behavioral flow and cognitive trust both had meaningful impact on long-term relationship orientation.

크라우드펀딩 참여와 구전의도에 대한 실증적 분석 : 플랫폼 신뢰를 중심으로 (Empirical Analysis of Participation and Word of Mouth Intention of Reward-based Crowdfunding: Focusing on Platform Trust)

  • Purpose Even if many startups firms have developed innovative items and a potential for success, they often have a limited financial resources, which makes them difficult to do business. To overcome this financial difficulty, startups have used one of fintech services, called crowdfunding that can be a good alternative to solving the difficulty of financing. The purpose of this study is to empirically validate the proposed research model that investigates the reasons of trusting crowdfunding platform, which positively leads to two outcomes - intention to participate and word-of-mouth for reward-based crowdfunding project. Design/methodology/approach We proposed several factors categorized as trust, information quality, and platform traits that have a positive impact on trust of crowdfunding platform, which positively leads to intention to participate and word-of-mouth of crowdfunding. The collected(n=285) from individuals who have participated in crowdfunding project was analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0 to test proposed hypotheses. Findings The results showed that all proposed variables (website reputation, crowdfunding familiarity, digital storytelling, information quality, and interaction) had a significant impact on crowfunding platform trust with exception of product differentiation. In addition, crowfunding platform trust was positively associated with participating intention and word-of-mouth. Based on findings, we discussed the research results and implication alone with a direction for future studies.

인공지능 학습데이터 라벨링 정확도에 따른 인공지능 성능 (AI Performance Based On Learning-Data Labeling Accuracy)

  • 본 연구는 데이터의 품질이 인공지능(AI) 성능에 미치는 영향을 검토한다. 이를 위해, 데이터 특성변수(Feature)의 유사도와 클래스(Class) 구성의 불균형을 고려한 모의실험(Simulation)을 통해 라벨링 오류 수준이 인공지능의 성능에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과, 특성변수 간 유사성이 높은 데이터에서는 특성 변수 간 유사성이 낮은 데이터에 비해 라벨링 정확도에 더 민감하게 반응하였으며, 클래스 불균형이 증가함에 따라 인공지능 정확도가 급격히 감소되는 경향을 관찰하였다. 이는 인공지능 학습데이터의 품질평가 기준 및 관련 연구를 위한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

An Experimental Analysis of the Ripple Current Applied Variable Frequency Characteristic in a Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell

  • Differences in the frequency characteristic applied to a ripple current may shorten fuel cell life span and worsen the fuel efficiency. Therefore, this paper presents an experimental analysis of the ripple current applied variable frequency characteristic in a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). This paper provides the first attempt to examine the impact of ripple current through immediate measurements on a single cell test. After cycling for hours at three frequencies, each polarization and impedance curve is obtained and compared with those of a fuel cell. Through experimental results, it can be absolutely concluded that low frequency ripple current leads to long-term degradation of a fuel cell. Three different PEMFC failures such as membrane dehydration, flooding and carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning that lead to an increase in the impedance magnitude at low frequencies are simply introduced.

  • 낙추충격 시험시스템을 제작하여 CFRP적층판의 충격흡수특성 및 충격강도가 평가가 가능하였다. 충격에너지 대략 7J이상에서는 동일한 T300 섬유와 적층배향으로 구성된 직교이방성 시험편이 의사등방성(quasi-isotropic)보다 높게 나타났으나 T700 섬유의 경우에는 크게 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 또한 동일한 T300섬유와 적층수로 구성된 시험편이 T700 섬유로 된 시험편보다 높게 나타났으나 T700섬유인 의사등방성 시험편의 경우에는 크게 차이가 나타나지 않았다 초음파 C-스캐너를 이용하여 내부손상영역을 관찰하여 시험편의 손상면적과 흡수에너지의 상관관계를 고찰하였으며, 충격손상유무에 따라 박리면적과 주파수응답계수를 평가하였다 주파수응답계수와 박리면적사이에는 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었으며 충격손상으로 인한. 손상의 유무 및 정도를 주파수응답계수로 평가가 가능하였다.

공동주택 음원실 바닥의 하중 설치에 따른 중량충격음 특성에 관한 연구 (The Research of the Heavy-Weight Impact Sound Characteristic by Live load Installation on the Source Room)

  • 공동주택의 바닥충격음 측정 및 평가는 주로 입주 전에 이루어지고 있으나 실제 충격음 발생은 입주 후 커튼과 가구와 같은 중량물이 설치되어 있는 조건이므로 입주 전 후 음원세대(음원실)와 수음세대(수음실)의 상황은 다르다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 음원실에 가구 등과 같은 하중 설치에 따른 중량충격음 변화정도를 파악하기 위하여 바닥충격음 시험동과 현장에서 활하중($200kg/m^2$) 설치 전 후의 음원실 바닥슬래브 하부 진동가속도레벨 및 수음실 충격음레벨 변화를 측정하였다. 측정결과 하중설치를 통하여 진동가속도레벨 및 충격음레벨이 다소 저감되었으나 큰 영향은 받지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 슬래브의 공진주파수도 변화하지 않았다.

전자패키징용 금속복합재료의 제조공정 해석 및 충격특성평가 (Fabrication Process and Impact Characteristic Analysis of Metal Matrix Composite for Electronic Packaging Application)

  • 가압주조법을 이용하여 전자 패키징용 고부피분율 $SiC_p/Al$ 금속복합재료를 제조하였다. $SiC_p$ 예비성형체를 제조하기 위하여 예비성형체 금형을 고안하였으며, $Al_2O_{3f}$섬유 보강재를 $SiC_p$ 입자 보강재의 1/10비율로 첨가하고, 무기 성형제($SiO_2$)를 0.8% 이하로 사용하여 49~70 vol.% 의 예비성형체 제작에 성공하였다. 제조된 고부피분율 예비성형체로 금속용탕을 원활히 침투시키기 위해 온도, 가압력 등의 제조조건을 정하였으며, 이러한 새로이 고안된 금형조건을 FEM 열전도 해석에 도입하여 금속복합재료 제조시 몰드 내부에서 발생하는 온도변화를 분석하였다. 제조된 금속복합재료에 대해서는 충격특성 및 열팽창계수 특성평가를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제조된 금속복합재료의 충격흡수 에너지는 0.2~0.3J, 열팽창계수는 $8~10ppm/^{\circ}C$, 밀도는 $2.9~3.0g/cm^3$로 나타나 패기징 재료로서 적합한 특징을 가진 복합재료가 성공적으로 개발되었음을 확인하였다.

무선인식 유통정보기술 투자가 장기 주가수익률에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Long Term Impact of Distribution Information Technology Investment on Firm Value)

  • Purpose - This paper investigates the long term impact of RFID investment on firm value in Korea. We wand to find out why the long term performance of some firm's RFID investment is better than others. To understand the dynamics of the long term returns from RFID investment announcements, we divide our events into groups for each of the independent firm characteristic variable such as investment time period, kind of markets, industries, solvency and growth potential. We composed portfolios based on the RFID investment announcement date for each group and evaluate the monthly abnormal excess returns. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on these calendar-time portfolios, we measure the long term returns from 86 RFID investment announcements of 46 firms from 2003 to 2017. We construct the calendar-time portfolio for 3, 6, 9, 12 months of holding periods. Using the weighted least squares method, we regress the raw monthly returns of the portfolios on the Fama-French model and Carhart(1997) model. As a result, we can get the estimated risk adjusted mean monthly abnormal excess return αP for each of the calendar-time portfolio. Results - We found that early adopters, large firms, non-manufacturing firms have very significant excess returns. We also found modestly significant excess returns for financially stable firms and slow growing firms. Put together, top managers of the firms which plan to invest RFID should understand the strategic role of RFID adoption and the generalized business process of distribution information technology investment in Korea. Moreover, the findings of this paper provide useful trading strategies to the managers of large funds who are considering on investing in RFID adopting firms. Conclusions - Put together, the results of this paper give us a new insight into how the RFID and IT technology in general and other characteristic factors' interactions affect the long term performance of firms. Using the unbiased estimates of long term returns of the calendar-time portfolios, this paper extends the understandings on short term impact of RFID adoption of existing studies. This paper also extends the current understandings of firm characteristics that affect the long term performance of RFID adopting firms.

소셜네트워크서비스 특성과 수용자 관계성경험이 수용의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact social networking service characteristics and audience' relationship experiences on the degree of acceptance)

  • 본 연구는 SNS 특성요인과 수용자 관계성경험 인식이 SNS 수용의도에 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 하였다. 부가적으로 소셜미디어 특성과 수용자 관계성경험 인식중 SNS 수용의도에 더욱 중요한 요인은 무엇인가를 확인하고자 하였다. 문헌분석을 통해 SNS 특성요인으로 SNS 상호작용성과 SNS 의견교환 및 SNS 유용성을 선정하였으며, 관계성 경험요인으로 플로우와 애착성향을 선정하여 SNS 수용의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 회귀분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, SNS 상호작용성과 SNS 의견교환 및 SNS 유용성 특성에 대한 이용자의 인식은 수용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, SNS 관계성 경험 특성인 플로우와 애착성향은 SNS 수용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, SNS 특성보다 SNS 관계성 경험요인이 SNS 수용의도에 더욱 영향력이 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 SNS 수용의도를 높이려는 커뮤니케이터들에게 어떤 SNS 특성요인을 강조해야 하는가뿐아니라 수용자들로 하여금 SNS를 이용하면서 어떤 경험을 해야하는 것이 중요한가에 대한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.
