This paper is related to a new technology allowing a user to have a 360 degree viewpoint of the virtual wearing object, and to an object VR(Virtual Reality)-based 2D virtual textile wearing system using viewpoint vector estimation and textile texture mapping. The proposed system is characterized as capable of virtually wearing a new textile pattern selected by the user to the clothing shape section segmented from multiview 2D images of clothes model for object VR, and three-dimensionally viewing its virtual wearing appearance at a 360 degree viewpoint of the object. Regardless of color or intensity of model clothes, the proposed system is possible to virtually change the textile pattern with holding the illumination and shading properties of the selected clothing shape section, and also to quickly and easily simulate, compare, and select multiple textile pattern combinations for individual styles or entire outfits. The proposed system can provide higher practicality and easy-to-use interface, as it makes real-time processing possible in various digital environment, and creates comparatively natural and realistic virtual wearing styles, and also makes semi -automatic processing possible to reduce the manual works to a minimum. According to the proposed system, it can motivate the creative activity of the designers with simulation results on the effect of textile pattern design on the appearance of clothes without manufacturing physical clothes and, as it can help the purchasers for decision-making with them, promote B2B or B2C e-commerce.

Timing, place, and the high-tech industry to overcome barriers to the introduct of the so-called "smart agriculture". The core factors of precision agriculture, including temperature, humidity, location information, and real summary information, are all significant for ICT controlling technique. The system is a four-season container allowing mushroom product, humidity, illumination, and factors such as carbon dioxide were regulated to create the optimal environment for mushroom cultivation. Hericium erinaceum (also called Lion's Mane Mushroom, Bearded Tooth Mushroom, or Bearded Tooth Fungus) is an edible and medicinal mushroom in the tooth fungus group. During approximately 40 days of incubation, 1.4 kg of oak sawdust was used as the test medium. The humidity, temperature, and $CO_2$ density were maintained at >85-95%, $18-20^{\circ}C$, and 700-1,000 ppm, respectively, in the container type culture system. The time for primordium formation was observed to be 4-7 days. The amount of fruitbody production was 74-95 g per bag. This technique will be used to establish a new community support program, in conjunction with international movement, domestic sales and exports are also planned.

Solar radiation components reflected by the sea surface ($R_{ss}\uparrow$) are additional energy sources comprising the solar radiation regime. Previous studies, based on observational approaches, indicated that $R_{ss}\uparrow$ is an available climatological resource. However, an estimation process for $R_{ss}\uparrow$ has not been established. In this case study over Jeju Island in South Korea, we applied a new estimation process to solar radiation modeling and discussed the spatial distribution of $R_{ss}\uparrow$ and its seasonal variation. Our results showed that the illuminated area and the intensity of $R_{ss}\uparrow$ became greatest at the winter solstice and least at the summer solstice. We estimated the illuminated area of $R_{ss}\uparrow$ as it expanded over the southern slope of Jeju Island. At the winter solstice, on a daily basis, the area and intensity of illumination by $R_{ss}\uparrow$ were $182.3km^2$ and $0.41\;MJ\;m^{-2}\;day\;{-1}$, respectively. Comparing the daily accumulative and instantaneous values of $R_{ss}\uparrow$ intensity, the difference was about 20 times greater in daily cases than in instantaneous cases. On the other hand, for instantaneous values, the $R_{ss}\uparrow$ intensity accounted for up to 33% of the three components, i.e., direct, diffuse and reflected radiation in winter solstice. In addition, it was estimated that the sea surface reflectance depended on the wind speed. Therefore, in a practical use of this revised model, wind conditions should be considered as a critical factor in estimating $R_{ss}\uparrow$.
This paper is related to color image segmentation and textile texture mapping for the 2D virtual wearing system. The proposed system is characterized as virtually wearing a new textile pattern selected by user to the clothing shape section, based on its intensity difference map, segmented from a 2D clothes model image using color image segmentation technique. Regardless of color or intensity of model clothes, the proposed system is possible to virtually change the textile pattern or color with holding the illumination and shading properties of the selected clothing shape section, and also to quickly and easily simulate, compare, and select multiple textile pattern combinations for individual styles or entire outfits. The proposed system can provide higher practicality and easy-to-use interface, as it makes real-time processing possible in various digital environment, and creates comparatively natural and realistic virtual wearing styles, and also makes semi-automatic processing possible to reduce the manual works to a minimum. This paper proposes a scalable face recognition method for unconstrained face databases, and shows a simple experimental result. Existing face recognition research usually has focused on improving the recognition rate in a constrained environment where illumination, face alignment, facial expression, and background is controlled. Therefore, it cannot be applied in unconstrained face databases. The proposed system is face feature extraction algorithm for unconstrained face recognition. First of all, we extract the area that represent the important features(landmarks) in the face, like the eyes, nose, and mouth. Each landmark is represented by a high-dimensional LBP(Local Binary Pattern) histogram feature vector. The multi-scale LBP histogram vector corresponding to a single landmark, becomes a low-dimensional face feature vector through the feature reduction process, PCA(Principal Component Analysis) and LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis). We use the Rank acquisition method and Precision at k(p@k) performance verification method for verifying the face recognition performance of the low-dimensional face feature by the proposed algorithm. To generate the experimental results of face recognition we used the FERET, LFW and PubFig83 database. The face recognition system using the proposed algorithm showed a better classification performance over the existing methods.

This study deals with internal state and tissue density analysis methods for red ginseng grade determination. For internal measurement of red ginseng, there have been various studies on nondestructive testing methods since the 1990s, It was difficult to grasp the most important inner hole and inside whites in the grading. So in this study, we developed a closed capturing device for infra-red illumination environment, and developed an internal measurement system that can detect the presence and diameter of inner hole and inside whites. Made devices consisted of infrared lights with a high transmission rate of red ginseng in 920 nanometer wave band, a infra-red camera and a Y axis actuator with a red ginseng automatically controlled focus on the camera. The proposed algorithm performs an auto-focus system on the Y-axis actuator to automatically adjust the sharp focus of the object according to the size and thickness. Then red ginseng is rotated $360^{\circ}$ at $1^{\circ}$ intervals and 360 total images are acquired, and reconstructed as a sinogram through Radon transform and Back-projection algorithm was performed to acquire internal images of red ginseng. As a result of the algorithm, it was possible to acquire internal cross-sectional image regardless of the thickness and shape of red ginseng. In the future, if more than 10,000 different shapes and sizes of red ginseng internal cross-sectional image are acquired and the classification criterion is applied, it can be used as a reliable automated ginseng grade automatic measurement method.

The vertical garden is an environment where plants have many limitations in their growth. In particular, the upper and lower parts of the foundation are characterized by unbalanced moisture distribution. And although it may vary depending on the installation location of the light, generally the base of the light is not in desperate need for plants to grow due to shade. The purpose of this study was to identify the physical characteristics of the vertical garden based on Felt through experiments, classify the location characteristics of the media, and suggest the method of installing the water quantity water frequency, and lighting according to the location characteristics of the foundation. As a result, it was found to be most appropriate to use a 4mm base for the vertical garden and to have an irrigation of about 10 minutes once every 6 hours. In addition, it was found that in order to create a light condition for sufficient growth of plants, light bulbs should be installed at the upper and lower parts of the foundation. As a result of irrigation and lighting tests, the results of the above-mentioned plants need to be referred to in selecting plants that are introduced to vertical gardens, as the results show that the upper part of the foundation has a lower moisture rate and a stronger light than the lower part, and the lower part has a higher moisture rate and a weaker light than the upper part. In the future, we would like to present more accurate methods of selecting and maintaining plants by conducting plant experiments using the underlying characteristics found in this study.

The purpose of this paper is to implement a multiple bio-signal central monitoring system based on textile fabrics flexible platform which can obtain and monitor bio signals(heart rate, body temperature, electrocardiography, electromyogram) of workers in special working environments and additional situational information (3-axis acceleration, temperature, humidity, illumination, surrounding image). This system can prevent various accidents that may occur in the remote work environment and provide fast and efficient response by detecting workers' situations in real-time. For it, the textile fabrics flexible platform was made as innerwear or outerwear so that it does not interfere with workers' performance while collecting bio-signal and situational information, and obtained information is sent to the central monitoring system through wireless communication. The central monitoring system is based on wireless medical telemetry service of WMTS (Wireless Medical Telemetry Service); can monitor from 2 to 32 people simultaneously; and was designed so that it can be expanded. Also, in this study, to verify performance of the WMTS communication model, packet transmission rates were compared according to the distance.
