군집분석 및 반응표면분석법을 활용한 반도체 공정 수율향상에 관한 연구 (Improving the Yield of Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes using Clustering Analysis and Response Surface Method)

  • Purpose: This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to suitably identify wide and specific issues and topics on service quality in supply chain. Methods: This study is to investigate service quality in supply chain research using a systematic literature review methodology. In order to extract influential journals and papers, we used the SJR impact factor provided by the SCOPUS database. The collected 169 papers were analyzed using bibliometric analysis, citation analysis as well as keywords network. Results: We conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify top authors contributing to service quality in supply chain and their issues, and further examined important keywords and new emerging keywords. In addition, we extracted five influential papers by PageRank to clarify critical issues and divided into five clusters to identify topics of service quality in supply chain by using network-based approach. In order to examine comprehensive issues and topics of service quality in supply chain, we constructed a keyword network to observe difference in the classification of important keywords across network centrality measures. Conclusion: Our study reviewed literature on service quality in supply chain and explored the future directions and trends of service quality in supply chain.

국방연구개발 사업성과에 영향을 미치는 사업관리 요인에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Managerial Factors Affecting Performance of Defense R&D Projects)

  • Defense R&D is an essential investment for the national security. Recently our nation has also begun to initiate a number of defense R&D projects. As a lot of fund and resources are allocated to these projects, we need to identify which projects to initiate and then how to manage these projects well. Though there have been a number of studies on R&D projects in commercial sector, there are only a few studies in defense R&D sector. Moreover, these existing defense R&D studies mainly deal with the former issues, which are occurring at the stage of project planing. We are more concerned with project management issues, such as how to manage projects that had already been evaluated to undertake at the planning stage. Specifically our study aims to identify project management factors leading to the success of defense R&D projects. Results of the empirical analysis indicate that management support, user-driven requirements management, and project planning capability are key elements for project performance.

서비스 지향 아키텍처에 기반한 무기체계 연구개발 형상/정보관리시스템의 서비스 식별 (Service Identification of Configuration and Data Management System for Weapon System R&D Processes Based on Service Oriented Architecture)

  • 무기체계 연구개발 프로세스를 지원하기 위한 형상/정보관리시스템은 오랜 연구개발 과정에서 생산되는 문서, 도면, 구성품정보, 구조정보 등에 대한 동시공학 및 협업적 업무를 지원해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 무기체계 연구개발 형상/정보관리시스템의 주요 기능을 서비스 지향 아키텍처에 기반을 둔 서비스들로 식별해 보고자 한다. 무기체계 연구개발 형상/정보관리시스템의 주요 서비스를 식별하기 위하여 먼저 무기체계 연구개발 형상/정보관리시스템을 서비스 소비자 계층, 비즈니스 서비스 계층, 애플리케이션 서비스 계층, 애플리케이션 계층의 4 가지 계층의 서비스 지향 아키텍처로 제안하였으며, 각각의 계층에 대한 주요 서비스를 식별하였다. 4 가지 계층의 주요 서비스를 식별하기 위하여 일반적인 하향식 서비스 식별 방법보다는 잘 정의된 도메인 구현 시스템으로부터 필요한 비즈니스 서비스를 식별해가는 상향식 서비스 식별 방법을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상향식 서비스 식별 방법을 사용하여 무기체계 형상/정보관리시스템을 서비스 지향 아키텍처에 기반을 둔 시스템으로 구현하기 위한 필수적인 서비스를 일반적인 PDM 시스템 관점과 무기체계 연구개발 형상/정보관리시스템의 비즈니스 영역에 제한하여 식별하였다.

혁신역량이 경영품질 활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -말콤 볼드리지 모델을 기준으로- (A Study on the Effects of Innovation Competency on the Management Quality Activities Based on Malcolm Baldrige Model)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to identify whether organizational characteristics of Korean companies can make differences in innovative capability and Malcolm Baldridge management quality standard. In addition, based on the results and by verifying the influence of the innovative capability to management quality activity, it was to investigate the relations between the two factors. Methods: The subjects of this study were workers at major companies and small-and-medium sized companies. T-test was used to identify differences in innovative capabilities of industrial and age, position classifications, and regression analysis was employed to verify the influences of the innovative capability to the management quality activity. Results: The size of company caused some differences in market innovative sector regarding innovative capability. Management quality activity showed differences because of the sizes of companies and their supply types, while innovative capability influenced on all sectors of management quality activity. Conclusion: In this study Malcolm Baldridge management quality standard was applied to Korean companies. The results verified the meaningful influence of innovative capability to management quality activity. This means that the management quality activity can make a better performance when the innovative capability is good enough. Thus, the enhancement of management quality activity requires the boost of innovative capabilities of organization members.

CRMS를 활용한 건설공사의 리스크관리 절차모형 개발 (Development of a Risk Management Procedure Model for the Construction Project Using Construction Risk Management System)

  • 본 연구에서는 공사기획단계와 시공단계에서 공사의 성공적 이행을 보장하기 위해 기존의 리스크관리 프로세스를 살펴보고 이에 적합한 새로운 리스크분석 모델인 CRMS를 제시한다. CRMS는 시공자가 건설공사의 이행중 리스크를 확인하고, 분석하고, 관리해 가기 위한 리스크관리절차이다. 이것은 시공자가 인지한 리스크를 정량화하고 이에 적절한 리스크관리 방안을 수립하는데 큰 도움을 줄 수 있다. 특히 건설공사의 리스크관리 중 가장 중요하고 어려운 부문이 리스크를 인지하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설공사의 리스크인지를 쉽게 할 수 있는 절차의 개발에 좀 더 집중하였다. 리스크의 확인은 프로젝트의 외적 리스크와 내적 리스크로 구분한다. 글로벌 리스크의 경우 확인을 용이하게 하기 위해 분석에 필요한 목록을 제시하고, 아울러 RBS의 구축방법과 WBS와의 연계방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 리스크관리용 전산시스템을 개발하기 위한 기초자료로 활용되게 될 것이다.

중.고등학교 가정관리교육내용에 대한 학생, 가정과 교사, 전공교수의 요구도 분석 (Educational Needs Related to Home Management Perceived by Secondary Students, Home Economics Teachers, and University Professors.)

  • The purpose of the study were to: (1) determine important home management concepts in the secondary home economics education curriculum, (2) identify the educational needs related to home management perceived by students, home economics teachers, and university professors, (3) identify the factor structure of the home management concepts, (4) use the findings to make recommendations for defining the area of home management in the secondary home economics curriculum. Three versions of the questionnaire were used to assess the needs. One questionnaire was for students, one for home economics teachers, and one for professors. A total of 1,029 students, 385 home economics teachers, and 45 professors responded to the questionnaires. the data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA with scheff -test, and factor analysis. Forty home management concepts were selected based on the related literatures. The respondants perceived these important for the secondary home economics curriculum. However, 36 home management concepts had differences in perceived importance among students, teachers, and professors. Nine factors emerged from the factor analysis. The three factors that were judged of most importance by students were communication and stress management, making money and helping household tasks, and leisure time activities. The professors and teachers perceived decision making and management process and knowing and utilizing resources most important.

The Impact of Community-Based Forest Management on Local People around the Forest: Case Study in Forest Management Unit Bogor, Indonesia

  • The issue of sustainable forest management (SFM) continues to emerge as part of the REDD+ mechanism mitigation efforts. Especially for some developing countries, such as Indonesia, forest management is required to provide benefits to the welfare of local communities in addition to forest conservation efforts. This study aims to identify the economic, social, and environmental impacts of community-based forest management (CBFM) implementation activities, which is one of the implementations of SFM at field level. The primary objectives were to find out the impacts of CBFM activities based on local people's perceptions and to identify what factors need to be considered to increase local people's satisfaction on CBFM activities. The data from 6 sub-villages was derived through surveys with local people involved in CBFM activities, interviews with a key informant, and supported by secondary data. The results of the study state that CBFM activities have increased the local people's income as well as their welfare, strengthening the local institution, and help to resolve conflicts in the study area. CBFM has also been successful in protecting forests by rehabilitating unproductive lands and increase forest cover area. By using binary logistic regression analysis, it found that income, business development opportunities, access to forests, conflict resolution, institutional strengthening, and forest rehabilitation variable significantly affected the local people's satisfaction of CBFM activities.

제조기업의 시장지향성이 품질경영활동과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of the Manufacturer's Market Orientation on Quality Management activity and Business Performance)

  • Purpose - The market orientation of a manufacturer is a very critical competitive advantage factor in the development of new markets and the sustainability and maintenance of existing ones, achieved through the design of customer-oriented products. This is recognized as a virtuous circle, in which firms grow by means of promoting quality management. However, though market-oriented activities are important in management and operations, they seem to be promoted mainly by large-scale enterprises rather than by small- and medium-scale firms, the latter having invested relatively few company resources. Furthermore, few studies and analyses have examined how market orientation relates to the expansion of quality programs within organizations or with business performance; the market orientation and customer-orientation concepts are mixed together when both are used in research. Given the current market situation in which the servitization of manufacturing firms is rapidly expanding, this study's analysis of the effect on market orientation of manufacturers is a significant contribution. From this perspective, this study has several objectives. First, is to analyze and suggest the relationship between market orientation and quality management activity for manufacturers, focusing on three sub-activities: products, process, and quality management activities. Second, it is intended to identify correlation between manufacturers' market oriented activity and their management performance and then to analyze how market orientation affects business performance. The results of a number of prior studies on the correlation between market orientation and management performance have indicated that market orientation does affect management performance. Third, this study also investigates whether any differences in the relationship among market orientation, quality management activity and business performance occur according to company size. The results are used to present operational suggestions for large- and small- and medium-size firms. Research design, data, methodology - This study seeks to analyze and identify the causal features of the organic relationship among market orientation, quality management, and management performance for Korean manufacturing companies using three years (2005-2007) of market orientation, quality management, and business performance data. Subsequently, structural equation modeling was used to analyze the causal features of related factors and it aims to identify the features of market orientation, quality management, and business performance. Results - The analysis examined how market orientation affected the quality management and management performance of 159 smalland medium-size companies. In particular, enterprise quality management was analyzed in relation to management performance with a focus on activities such as leadership, measurement and improvement, quality control, cost management, and process management. Conclusions - The result of the analysis show that market orientation significantly affected all of the quality management activities and that market orientation in turn significantly affected organizational performance. The result of analysis indicate that quality management activities have a significant effect on quality control and cost management.

  • 많은 불확실성 항목들은 소프트웨어 실행 시에 존재한다. 특히, 유사한 분야에서 전반적인 시스템에 많은 영향을 주게 된다. 불확실성 요소와 같은 모호성 요소의 관리는 소프트웨어 신뢰성을 위하여 중요한 요소가 된다. 따라서 모호성을 식별하여 불확실성 요소를 제거하도록 판단기준을 프로세스화 하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 개발 시, 모호성을 제거하기 위한 불확실성 식별 기준과 불확실성 처리 프로세스 및 정량적인 평가에 대하여 제시한다.

모바일뱅킹 사용의도에 신뢰가 미치는 영향 : 우리은행 인터넷뱅킹 사용자와의 비교를 중심으로 (The Impact of Trust on User Acceptance of Mobile Banking : An Empirical Study on Comparison with Internet Banking Users of Wooribank)

  • The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of trust on user acceptance of mobile banking and to identify if causalities among these factors are different between Internet and mobile banking. To test this model, this research applies the technology acceptance model(TAM) that incorporates trust. Additionally, this research use structural equation modeling to test the model and examine cross-group differences using a multi-group comparison method. The empirical results indicate that all path is significant expect the path from trust to intention to use. The results of a multi-group comparison test indicated that the path from trust to attitude, from trust to intention to use, from perceived usefulness to attitude and from perceived to intention to use are different between Internet and mobile banking.
