The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between childrearing belief and parental efficacy of women before and after childbirth. For this purpose 253 pregnant women and 256 mothers with infants under one year of age were contacted and asked to fill in a packet of survey questionnaire at their visits to obstetrician, gynecologist and pediatrician. The questionnaire includes questions about what mothers value in childrearing, their expectations for their children and parental efficacy. Data collected were analyzed using SAS PC program. It was reported that comparing to mothers, pregnant women view childrearing in more ideal lights and expect their children to be more exceptional. Also working mothers reported comparatively lower parental efficacy than full-time mothers suggesting that social support system to minimize pressure coming from work for working mothers with young children should be provided and the parental education methods to enhance the parental efficacy should be sought.

This paper, based on the surveys on 43 cases in whole Korea, aims to analyze the architectural principles extracted from the religious dogmas and to propose the direction of the expression of tradition in Korean religious architecture. Buddhist temples in the modern cities. Catholic churches, Anglican churches, Protestant churches have similar problems and attitudes on the expression of traditiov. They have not yet various subjects on the expression of tradition as 'tradition' is not distinguished from 'transmission'. It is not caused only by the general phase of Korean modern architecture, but also by the lack of the practical theology which extract architectural principles from religious dogma and history. I proposed 'Architectural vocabulary', 'Architectural syntax', 'Architectural idea', and 'Symbolization of interior space' , 'Architectural zeitgeist' as the ideal approach.

Ideal results of augmentation mammaplasty consist of symmetry, natural shape, soft feeling and inconspicuous scar. In addition, patient's preferences about size and shape should be included. Static implants could not perfectly satisfy patients' desires for size and shape, but expandable implants enable to change the volume after the operation. From September 2001 to September 2004, 76 patients(150 breasts) underwent breast augmentation using permanent expandable implant. The procedure was unilateral in 2 women and bilateral in 74 women. Age ranged from 19 to 50 years(mean, 29 years). Fifty nine patients underwent simple augmentation mammaplasty, 7 patients were corrected of their severe asymmetry, 2 patients with the congenital breast deformity underwent mammaplasty using this, and 2 patients who had undergone unilateral mastectomy were reconstructed of their breasts using expandable implant. There were no definite complications such as capsular contracture, implant rupture, asymmetry. And there reported little dissatisfaction about the size. The permanent expandable implants might be good alternatives in cases of ordinary breast augmentation as well as tissue deficient patients, asymmetry, congenital anomaly, and breast reconstruction.

In the political and economic circles of our society, the security and secretary is always accompanying the society leaders, like shadows. The job of the security and secretary is a very difficult one that requires comprehensive and extensive capability and talent. From results of the prior studies, qualities of the security and secretary are divided into three groups. i.e. personal qualities, mental qualities and physical qualities. Each quality can be summarized as follows. Firstly, personal qualities mean honesty, responsibility, initiative, work ethic, sense of duty, modest attitude, kindness and loyalty. Secondly, mental qualities represent agility & composure, judgement, adaptability, memory, prediction, accuracy & reliability, observation and secret. Finally, physical qualities such as health, cleanliness, decent appearance, good feeling voice, physical strength and Martial arts for Protection. The security and secretary equipped with the above three requisites can be said to be the most ideal the security and secretary whom this age want and need.

Homograft has been the conduit of choice in various types of congenital malformations which require right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction. However it has been proven to be less than ideal in young age group because of early failure of the conduite due to valve dysfunction and calcification. Furthermore limitation of availability of homograft particularly small sized conduits for neonates and infants is the most serious problem. A 19 month old female patient with pulmonary atresia and ventricular septal defect was operated on with a bovine jugular venous valved conduit as an alternative to the homograft for her right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction. Postoperative hemodynamic performance of the conduit was excellent without pressure gradient or valve regurgitation. With this early result bovine jugular venous valved conduit seems to be another excellent conduit because of good hemodynamics and size availability but long term follow up is necessary.

The aim of this study is to classify the life styles of urban housewives, to see their correlation with demographic and socioeconomic variables, and finally to provide some useful for their ideal home management. This study has been based on a questionnaire on the demographic characteristics of housewives, and their life styles. The selected samples were 650 and 514 of them were analyzed. The data wee analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test and X2-test. As a result of factor and cluster analyses of 64 items th life styles of urban housewives were classified into 5 types; 'conservative stagnant type', 'sound and thrifty type', 'passive stagnant type', realistic and stable type', modern and evolutional type', The life styles of the respondents showed significant differences by the variables of age , family life cycles, the number of family members, the number of children, family type, education, occupation, income, the type of housing, and religion.

The purpose of this study was to review the concept, type and factors that affect child rearing attitude of parents and suggest desirable child rearing attitude of parents. Child rearing attitude of parents not only decide the quality of parent-child relationship but also affect child intellectual, emotional, social development and character. Many theorists suggest the type of child rearing attitude of parents, Schaefer's theory is commonly accepted. This model divided into 4 types, affectional-automatic attitude, affectional-controling attitude, rejecting-automatic attitude, rejecting-controling attitude. Through this study, confirmed factors that affect child rearing attitude of parents were family social position, parent's age and educational level, child gender. And other factors were mother has a job or not, marriage satisfaction, number of child and etc. Desirable parent's child rearing attitude were parent's consistency, understanding and acceptance of parents, parent's ideal behavior, democratic attitude of parents, parent's love for their children.

The move from steel tubes to bent wood and the 'laboratory experiments' with wood which Aalto carried out in order to create furniture gave him vital impulses as he sought and found his own architecture style in the 1930s. Like his architecture Aalto's chair designs represent a 'humanized' interpretation of the severe aesthetic and radical technological experimentation of the Modern Movement. The purpose of this study is to find what is the result of the form of his works on the basis of main idea and tend of his works, to search the element and principle of formal composition, to establish the relation-ship between the architect's philosophy and the form of his works. Aalto's furniture, constructed of laminate bent wood or moulded plywood, is not only functionalistic, but also ideal for the psychological need of the people, which is the special quality that complements the Factionalism that features mostly on the metal tube furniture. It shows that Aalto is a humanist dealing with mechanized age.

Firms seldom survive and prosper solely through their individual efforts. Each firm's performance depends upon the activities and performance of others and hence upon the nature and quality of the direct and indirect relationships a firm develops with its counterparts. Textile companies have tried to improve their organizational competitiveness in order to survive in the digital age global market. The challenge in textile supply chain management is the development of collaboration network which accommodates diverse concerns of various participants while explicitly recognizing interdependencies and promoting effective relationship management. Major contents of the study are as follows. First, ideal collaboration network model from the supply chain of the textile industry is suggested. Second, utilizing the collaboration model, A framework for textile e-marketplaces supply chians is designed to improve customer services and delivery time, to promote information sharing, and shorten product life cycle time. The framework suggested is expected to promote corporate innovation and information sharing, generate infrastructure which provides appropriate communication and operations capabilities for the textile companies.
