The PID type controller has been widely used in industrial application due to its simply control structure, ease of design, and inexpensive cost. However, control performance of the PID type controller suffers greatly from high uncertainty and nonlinearity of the system, large disturbances and so on. This paper presents a hybrid fuzzy logic proportional plus conventional integral derivative controller (fuzzy P+ID). In comparison with a conventional PID controller, only one additional parameter has to be adjusted to tune the fuzzy P+ID controller. In this case, the stability of a system remains unchanged after the PID controller is replaced by the fuzzy P+ID controller without modifying the original controller parameters. Finally, the proposed hybrid fuzzy P+ID controller is applied to BLDC motor drive. Simulation results demonstrated that the control performance of the proposed controller is better than that of the conventional controller.

본 논문에서는 차세대 ATSC 3.0 표준 기반 단일주파수망 (Single frequency network, SFN) 지상파 방송시스템에서의 송신기 식별 (Transmitter identification, TxID) 기술을 살펴보고 그 성능을 분석한다. SFN 기반 지상파 방송은 복수의 송신기를 동일한 주파수 대역에서 운용하는 것에서 발생하는 간섭으로 인한 영향을 최소화하기 위해 적절한 망 설계를 필요로 한다. 용이한 망 설계를 위해, ATSC 3.0 물리계층 표준은 TxID 기술을 통해 개별 송신기에서 전송된 신호를 판별할 수 있도록 지원한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 ATSC 3.0 표준에서 지원하는 TxID 신호 생성 및 검출 기술을 소개한다. 더불어, 전산 실험을 통해 해당 TxID 기술의 식별 성능이 TxID 신호의 삽입 준위가 매우 낮은 환경에서도 보장됨을 확인한다.

사용자들이 인터넷상의 웹사이트로부터 정보를 얻고자 할 때, 대부분의 웹사이트는 사용자들의 신분을 확인하고, 권한이 있는 사용자들에게만 정보를 제공한다 이 때, 사용자들은 접속할려고 하는 웹사이트에 권한이 있음을 확인하는 계정을 만든다. 사용자들이 계정을 만들 때. 웹사이트마다 별개의 계정을 만드는 것이 공격자의 위협으로부터 안전하지만, 현실적으로 사용자의 기억의 한계, 사용자의 편의 추구 등으로 인해. 사용자들은 단일 계정으로 여러 웹사이트에 사용할려는 경향이 있다. 따라서, 어느 공격자가 단일사용자의 특정 웹사이트에 대한 ID와 패스워드를 알게되면. 그 공격자는 다른 웹사이트에 동일한 ID와 패스워드를 사용한 로그인 시도 공격시, 성공할 확률이 매우 높다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사용자 ID와 패스워드에 대한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로서 사용자는 로그인하려는 웹사이트에 상관없이 항상 동일한 ID와 패스워드를 사용하지만, 실질적으로는 사용자 머신 내에 있는 내부 프록시(proxy)에 의해서 웹사이트마다 독립적이고 유일한 가명 ID와 가명 패스워드를 안전하게 생성하는 방안을 제안한다.

This paper studies a method for making more efficient classification rules in the ID3 using the rough set theory. Decision tree technique of the ID3 always uses all the attributes in a table of examples for making a new decision tree, but rough set technique can in advance eleminate dispensable attributes. And the former generates only one type of classification rules, but the latter generates all the possibles types of them. The rules generated by the rough set technique are the simplist from as proved by the rough set theory. Therefore, ID3, applying the rough set technique, can reduct the size of the table of examples, generate the simplist form of the classification rules, and also implement an effectie classification system.

현재의 IPTV 시비스는 VoD+PPV와 같이 단순한 형태로 서비스를 제공하고 있다. IPTV 서비스 사업자들은 IPTV의 새로운 수익모델인 양방항성 통신특성에 최적화된 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 양방향 통신의 대표적인 서비스로는 T-commerce가 있다. T-commerce 서비스 제공시 IPTV 가입자의 정보가 제3의 서비스 사업자로 전송되기 때문에 개방된 IP망에서 가입자의 정보가 전송되므로 개인정보보호의 중요성이 커지게 될 것이다. 양방향 서비스를 제공하면서 개인정보보호를 유지하는 방안으로 ID를 통합적으로 관리하는 기술인 IdM(Identity Management)을 IPTV에 적용하는 방안이 고려되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NGN(Next Generation Network)기반 IPTV의 IdM 적용방안에 대해 기술한다.

Intellectual disability (ID) is the most common disability among people under the age of 20 years. In the absence of obvious non-genetic causes of ID, the majority of cases of severe ID are thought to have a genetic cause. The advent of technologies such as array comparative genomic hybridization, single nucleotide polymorphism genotyping arrays, and massively parallel sequencing has shown that de novo copy number variations and single nucleotide variations affecting coding regions are major causes of severe ID. This article reviews the genetic causes of ID along with diagnostic approaches for this disability.

Fairness of exchange is a significant property for secure online transactions, and a fair exchange scheme is a useful tool for ensuring the fairness of exchanges conducted over networks. In this paper, we propose an ID-based optimistic fair exchange scheme based on the RSA function, one which is designed by combining a well-known RSA-based signature scheme and the (naive) RSA function. Note that the main contribution of this paper is to give the first provably secure ID-based fair exchange scheme based on the RSA function, whose security can be proved under fully formalized security models. Our scheme has the following additional strongpoints. The scheme is setup-free; hence, there is no registration step between a user and an arbitrator. Moreover, the proposed scheme is designed in an ID-based setting; thus, it is possible to eliminate the need for certificates and avoid some related problems.

RF-ID technic will got over not only damage which can be caused by contact ID technic but also worse awareness with the lapse of time. In advance, for subway the fares of mass transportation at rush hours of the days, it's important to find a way to collect fares without unnecessarily delaying passengers. In this paper. we are proposing RF-ID system using the RF Communication Technic and Energy Transformation Technic.
