역전 유동층을 이용한 관군 내에서의 슬러리아이스 생성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Formation of Slurry Ice by using the Reversing Flow in a Bundle of Tube)

  • 최근 지구 온난화와 더불어 급격한 기후 변화 등으로 여름철 주간 냉방 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 이에 따른 전력 수요량 또한 증가하고 있다. 이런 이유로 세계적으로 에너지 이용 효율 향상에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있고, 최근 국내 및 국외의 축냉시스템을 이용한 주간 전력 피크값을 최소화 하는 연구개발과 실제 적용 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 빙축열시스템의 경우 그 경제적 효과가 높아 그 관심이 높아지고 있는 추세이다. 축냉시스템은 주간 냉방에 사용하는 냉열을 야간에 만들어 탱크에 저장해 두었다가 그것을 낮에 이용함으로써, 갑작스런 부하 증가에 적절히 대응할 수 있는 등 여러 가지 장점을 갖고 있다. 본 실험에서는 슬러리아이스 생성을 위해 냉각표면에서 생성된 슬러리아이스를 분리시키기 위해 유체보다 밀도가 낮은 역전유동 물질을 삽입하여 역전 유동층을 형성하였으며, 역전유동층의 유동에 의해 관군으로 구성되어 있는 냉각튜브 표면에 빙부착이 심화되기 전에 얼음 입자를 분리시켜 수 내지 수십 미크론 단위의 슬러리아이스를 생성하도록 하였다.

축냉 시스템을 적용한 쇼케이스 운전에 대한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study of Showcase Using Cold Storage System)

  • The purpose of this study is to maintain high efficiency and reasonable use of cold-heat storage systems operated the showcase. An experimental study is carried out to manufacture the showcase system in a laboratory. Comparing the result at general operation condition with that at the new condition using ice storage system, this study showed the effects of the refrigerant sub-cooling, and with using inverter. At the condition using ice storage system, the ice making process was operated during midnight being not needed the cooling of the showcase through the continuous running of the condenser unit. And then, the refrigerant was sub-cooled using stored cold-heat after being discharged from the air cooling condenser during the day time. The cooling performance was increased owing to the sub-cooling of refrigerant during day time, hence the running time of the compressor was effectively decreased. In other words, this study showed that power consumption during daytime can be transferred to the midnight for making use of the refrigerant sub-cooling.

  • 본 논문은 냉각된 원관내에서 유동하는 프로필렌글리콜 수용액의 제빙에 관하여 실험한 것이다. 실험은 수용액의 질량농도, 수용액의 유속, 관벽의 온도, 펌프의 압력 등을 변화시키면서 행하였다. 그 결과 관내에서의 제빙량은 프로필렌글리콜 수용액의 관내유속, 벽면과 냉각도 및 수용액의 농도에 영향을 받고 있었고, 수용액의 질량농도가 낮을수록 또 시험수용액의 유속이 빠를수록 관내에서의 제빙량은 증가하는 경향을 띄었다. 그리고 관내제빙율에 영향을 미치는 인자들의 효과를 검토하여 관내제빙율에 관한 우차원식을 얻었다.

  • Experimental basic study was performed to understand the characteristics of sub-cooled refrigerant using a cold heat storage system. This system was made up general vapor-compression refrigeration cycle added sub-cooler and ice storage tank. The purpose of this study are to application use of cold-heat storage systems multiplicity of fields and to understand of sub-cooling system. At the condition using ice storage system, the ice making process was operated during night time by electric power. And then, the refrigerant was sub-cooled using stored cold-heat after being discharged from the air cooling condenser during the day time. Comparing the result at general operation with the operation using sub-cooling system. This study showed the effects of the sub-cooled degree. The cooling performance was increased owing to the sub-cooling of refrigerant during day time, and the compressor consume power was a little decreased. Thus the COP was also increased owing to the sub-cooling of refrigerant.

사각형 용기내 물의 하부면 냉각에 의한 동결거동에 관한 연구 (Water Freezing Behavior in a Rectangular Vessel Cooled from Below Direction)

  • This study has dealt with the ice making characteristics in a rectangular vessel cooled from below direction with experiment and numerical analysis. The experiment and numerical analysis were carried out under the following conditions which are the cooling wall temperatures of -5[$^{\circ}C$], -10[$^{\circ}C$], and -15[$^{\circ}C$]. The temperature profile of non-frozen layer was calculated by numerical analysis as the form of non-dimensional temperature. From this study, it is cleared that the existence of natural convection is clearly known. And also the non-dimensional freezing amount was derived from experimental result. This correlation equation will give a useful information to the designers of ice making system.

디지털 스토리텔링을 활용한 정보통신 윤리교육 프로그램 (Information Communication Ethics Education Program using Digital Storytelling)

  • 모바일에서의 인터넷 사용이 급속하게 증가함에 따라 전 세계적으로 인터넷 윤리와 정보통신 윤리교육의 필요성이 점차 높아지고 있다. 그래서 청소년이 사이버공간에서의 인터넷 윤리의 교육의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 현재 우리나라 초등학생교 학생에게 적합한 정보통신 윤리교육 프로그램은 거의 없다. 본 논문에서 디지털 스토리텔링에 기반한 정보통신윤리 교육프로그램을 제안한다. 제안된 교육 프로그램은 학생들이 그들 자신의 디지털 스토리텔링을 만드는 과정을 통해 얻어진 경험을 통해 정보통신윤리를 자연스럽게 배울 수 있도록 한다. 제안한 교육프로그램을 이용하여 서울시 초등학교 6학년 학생들에게 수업을 진행하였다. 수업한 결과 수업에 참여한 모든 학생들이 정보통신윤리의 4개 주요 영역 가운데 참여, 존중, 절제 부분에서 점수를 향상시키는 결과를 보였다.

  • Three dimensional characteristics of fluid flow and heat transfer have been studied numerically around the latent heat storage vessel which was applied to the practical ice-storage system. The result obtained indicates that the value of frictional coefficient decreases with decrease of baffle width. For the baffle spacing. $S/H_D=9.375$, baffle height. $H/H_D=0.5$ and various pressure drop, average Nusselt numbers in heat transfer surface are much dependent on the width of side baffle and middle baffle. that is. Nu_m decreases with decrease of the width of middle baffle when the width of side baffle is 4.375, where as the optimum condition of side baffle for $Nu_m$ exists in the range of 3.5< $B_1/H_D$ <4.375 at the width of middle baffle, $B_2/H_D=6.875$.

  • A design of Ice Cream Shop is an intended creation activity to increase the sales and profits by planning the space creativity and effectively. Accordingly, it should give the aesthetic and psychological satisfaction by making the space formative as a visual space expressed by a unique identity with a functional convenience. The design of Ice Cream Shop should reflect the changing demands and patterns of a consumption life as a result. Therefore a design plan is required to predict the living and culture. The design process can be divided into a basic planning, basic design and implementation design in large. The details are as follows. When a designer is assigned to the design from a client, he should start his work from surveying the site and arrangement, After arrangement, he sets up basic guidlines, which are called as a basic planning.

  • Drop-in tests were conducted using R290/R32 (31:69) or R290/DME (65:35) mixture in a ice-cream maker for possible replacement of R-502 and R-404A. At the standard room temperature ($20^{\circ}C$), the time required for initial ice-cream making was 4'7' for R290/32, 4'39' for R404A and 4'59' for R290/DME. The electric energy consumed was 436 kJ for R290/32, 425 kJ for R404A and 439 kJ for R290/DME. The mass flow rate as well as the temperature and pressure data are also provided.

An experimental study was performed to manufacture the showcase system in a laboratory. Comparing the result at general operation condition with that of the new condition using ice storage system, this study showed the effects of the refrigerant sub-cooling, and with using inverter. Using ice storage system, the ice making process was operated during midnight being not needed the cooling of the showcase through the continuous running of the condenser unit. And then, the refrigerant was sub-cooled using the stored cold-heat after being discharged from the air cooling condenser during the day time. Through the experiments, the load transfer rate for the showcase using inverter and ice storage was estimated about 30.0%. And showed that the total power consumption of the showcase with inverter could be reduced about 37% than that of the showcase without inverter.
