In this study, the bit error rate(BER) performance for the speech and data traffic is evaluated by results of the reverse link simulation of CDMA-based IMT-2000. Simulations in the reverse link are achieved for indoor, pedestrian, and vehicular environments, which are provided by ITU-R . Also, in the these simulations, the fast power control of 1.6kHz rate is applied. The amplitude and phase of the fading signal are estimated by using the 5-tap FIR filter, and the soft-decision Viterbi and Reed-Solomon (RS) decoding are applied. Simulation results provide the optimum ratio of pilot power to traffic power, the BER performance according to the number of fingers, and performance comparison between convolutional code and concatenated code at $10^-6$ BER in 5 MHz system.

The pharmacological effects of benzopyran potassium channel openers (lemakalim, KR-30450 and KR-30818) on the occlusion/reperfusion-induced myocardial infarction were investigat ed. In anesthetized rats, subjected to 45-min occlusion of the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) followed by 90-min reperfusion, the infarct size was measured by calculating the ratio of infarct zone to area at risk (IZ/AAR) with the Evans blue/TTC technique. Rats were intravenously given vehicle (1% DMSO), lemakalim, KR-30450, and KR-30818 alone or in combination with a selective K$_{ATP}$ blacker glibenclamide, 30 min prior to coronary occlusion. Compared to vehicle, lemakalim (30 ${\mu}$g/kg i.v.), the active enantiomer of cromakalim, had a tendancy to decrease infarct size. KR-30450(30 ${\mu}$g/kg, i.v.). the newly synthetized potassium channel openers (PCOs), caused a reduction of infarct size (from 70${\pm}$4%to 57${\pm}$5%). but KR-30818 (30 ${\mu}$g/kg, i.v.), a metabolite of KR-30450. did not modify infarct size. It seem ed likely that glibenclamide (0.3mg/kg, i.v.), given in combination, reduced the effects of these PCOs, especially KR-30450 (30 ${\mu}$g/kg, i.v.) on the infarct size. These results indicate that. in the coronary occluded rat model of ischemia, lemakalim and KR-30450 may exert cardioprotective activity through a reduction of infarct size, the effect being considered related to the opening of K$_{ATP}$ channel.

Background: To elucidate the relationship between safety culture maturity and safety performance of a particular company. Methods: To identify the factors that contribute to a safety culture, a survey questionnaire was created based mainly on the studies of $Fern{\acute{a}}ndez-Mu{\tilde{n}}iz$ et al. The survey was randomly distributed to 1000 employees of two oil companies and realized a rate of valid answer of 51%. Minitab 16 software was used and diverse tests, including the descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, mean analysis, and correlation, were used for the analysis of data. Ten factors were extracted using the analysis of factor to represent safety culture and safety performance. Results: The results of this study showed that the managers' commitment, training, incentives, communication, and employee involvement are the priority domains on which it is necessary to stress the effort of improvement, where they had all the descriptive average values lower than 3.0 at the level of Company B. Furthermore, the results also showed that the safety culture influences the safety performance of the company. Therefore, Company A with a good safety culture (the descriptive average values more than 4.0), is more successful than Company B in terms of accident rates. Conclusion: The comparison between the two petrochemical plants of the group Sonatrach confirms these results in which Company A, the managers of which are English and Norwegian, distinguishes itself by the maturity of their safety culture has significantly higher evaluations than the company B, who is constituted of Algerian staff, in terms of safety management practices and safety performance.

Taraxacum platycarpum (TP) has been used for years without restriction on usual dose for its non-toxic nature and nonexistence of the side effects. To develop antimicrobial hydrogel, poly (vinylalcohol) (PVA) hydrogels containing the aqueous extracted TP as an antimicrobial agent were prepared by using gamma-rays irradiation. The antimicrobial activities of the TP hydrogels were tested against Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis by disc diffusion method. The inhibition zones (IZ) of the TP extracts and TP hydrogels against S. aureus were 16 mm and 20 mm and against S. epidermidis was 10 mm and 13 mm, respectively. In conclusion, the TP hydrogel that has an excellent antimicrobial activity was proved to be a valuable material for functional skin care.

The objectives of the study were to evaluate the aquatic environment of an urban stream using various ecological parameters of biological biomarkers, physical habitat quality and chemical water quality and to develop a "Multimetric Eco-Model" ($M_m$-E Model) for the ecosystem evaluations. For the applications of the $M_m$-E model, three zones including the control zone ($C_Z$) of headwaters, transition zone ($T_Z$) of mid-stream and the impacted zone ($I_Z$) of downstream were designated and analyzed the seasonal variations of the model values. The biomarkers of DNA, based on the comet assay approach of single-cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE), were analyzed using the blood samples of Zacco platypus as a target species, and the parameters were used tail moment, tail DNA(%) and tail length (${\mu}m$) in the bioassay. The damages of DNA were evident in the impacted zone, but not in the control zone. The condition factor ($C_F$) as key indicators of the population evaluation indicator was analyzed along with the weight-length relation and individual abnormality. The four metrics of Qualitative Habitat Evaluation Index (QHEI) were added for the evaluations of physical habitat. In addition, the parameters of chemical water quality were used as eutrophic indicators of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P), chemical oxygen demand (COD) and conductivity. Overall, our results suggested that attributes of biomarkers and bioindicators in the impacted zone ($I_Z$) had sensitive response largely to the chemical stress (eutrophic indicators) and also partially to physical habitat quality, compared to the those in the control zone.

Capacitors, inductors anti hybrid devices of these are building blocks of electric circuits, and the fabrication of these devices using thin film technology will influence on the miniaturization of electronic devices In this paper, we report the successful fabrication of the inductors, capacitors and LC hybrid devices using a ferroelectric and a ferromagnetic oxide thin iilm. Au, stable at high temperatures in oxidizing ambient, is patterned by lift-off process, and oxide thin films are deposited by ion beam sputtering and chemical vapor deposition. These devices are characterized by a network analyzer in 0.5-15GtIz range We got the inductance of 5nH, capacitance oi 10, 000 pF and resonant frequencies of $10^{6}-10^{9}Hz$.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the overall situation related to the engravings included in Buddhist scriptures produced in the Goryeo Dynasty. at the wooden board in Hae-in Temple(海印寺)'s ${\ll}$Hwa-eomgyeong(華嚴經)${\gg}$ are Ju-bon(周本) 80sheets(5sheets duplicates), Jin-bon(晉本) 12sheets, and ${\ll}$Ye-sugyeong(豫修經)${\gg}$ 44sheets, and There is a print of ${\ll}$cheon-tae-eun-sa-han-san-seub-deug-si-jib(天台隱士寒山拾得詩集)${\gg}$ at Songgwang Temple(松廣寺). Also ${\ll}$Uhjebijangjeon(御製秘藏詮)${\gg}$ included in the Koryo period Chojo Tripitaka is the Emperor $T{\grave{a}}iz{\bar{o}}ng$ of $S{\grave{o}}ng$ Poetry collection owned by Japan's Nanzanji(南禪寺). In each book from volume 1-20(volume17 is not there), there were 5 sheets of engravings and most of them are located in the same locations (1,5,9,13,17). And than 50 engravings that are contained in volume 1-10 are used repetitively in volume 11-20. In Volume 21 that corresponds to appendix, 3 engravings. This has a big value in that this is a Booljeondo(佛傳圖) of the fastest period that was made in Korea. In Chapter 3, we looked at the publications of the Goryeo Dynasty by century. We have confirmed that among 19 types of the 12 kinds of printed materials.

Companies are seeking to maximize profits through exports and imports in the ultra-fast, ultra-high-speed modern society. It is only possible to sustain its survival if it targets the global market, not based on any specific region. The K-POP group is also targeting overseas markets in a manner similar to the various global strategies used when companies make inroads into foreign markets, including exports, contracts and direct investment. The K-POP group is engaged in various forms of activities, ranging from simple forms of performance (export) that are visited and staged by an invitation from a certain foreign country to series performances (license) by an invitation from a local promoter and tour performances using its capabilities. The K-POP group is seeking to go beyond the art of single-stage performances and make a systematic plan and make inroads into foreign countries in the form of direct investment suitable for each foreign country. The K-POP group made inroads into overseas markets in the form of simple performances from the late 1990s to 2005, when 'Korean Wave' was first introduced. Group H.O.T., etc. are typical examples. Since then, it has sought to enter overseas markets in the form of franchises by accepting overseas members by 2018, starting with Super Junior in 2005. Since then, the K-POP group in the form of joint investment attempted as group IZ*ONE in 2018 appeared, and a voice story came out in September 2018 when South Korea's JYP Entertainment and Tencent of China joined forces. Unlike K-POP Group, which has entered foreign markets with a global strategy based on the existing export method (H.O.T.), 'Boystory' is a representative group that is made with joint investment, which is a direct investment method. In February 2020, RBW released 'D1Verse,' a five-member group selected by Vietnam's reality show, as a joint investment-type group. This shows the possibility that domestic and foreign companies will release a group in the form of joint investment in order to pursue both globalization and localization.
