Since the provision of Permanent Affordable Housing in the early 1990's, it is confronted with the need to strengthen its welfare service due to aging of its facilities and the declining welfare system for its tenants. In addition, the aging population of tenants is on the rise, increasing the group of tenants that are in need of care. The local social community center has entered into the community of permanent affordable housing and takes partial responsibility in the tenant's social welfare. However, social community center is mainly responsible for providing welfare service to its local residents and thus limited in its ability to satisfy welfare service to tenants of permanent affordable housing. Therefore, it is required to renew the existing welfare system to better suit social demands of tenants according to its specific social group and the characteristics of housing complex. This study aims to propose methods that can strengthen welfare service and analyze the characteristics of welfare service by investigating the existing conditions of welfare system for the tenants in permanent affordable housing complex. For this purpose, this study presents with categories of service standards, by breaking down and codifying welfare service and propose applicable mixed-use service in pre-existing permanent affordable housing.

Various new ITS Services to support autonomous vehicles. Infra-guidance service is also one of the new ITS services that have emerged to harmonize the traffic flow in mixed traffic by assisting autonomous vehicles. As a verification procedure to introduce a new ITS service, use cases and scenarios will be established for various spatial and situational ranges that may occur on the road, and limited test operations and living lab pilot operations will be performed. On the other hand, numerous cases occur depending on environmental factors such as the traffic volume at the time of service operation, weather and road geometric characteristics. This study presents a test scenario design method for verifying new ITS services, focusing on the infra-guidance service that is being researched as an emerging autonomous driving-supported technology.

The ship working environment of combat service support boat is much inferior to the ground working environment. For this reason, the crew of a combat service support boat suffer from an occupational disease such as hardness of hearing. Owing to its small size and low status, the improvement of its working and residential environment was occasionally ignored and its indoor noise was not fully investigated. In this study, for improving its residential environment indoor, the indoor noise of its shipboard compartments was analysed. These studies define the indoor noise level of combat service support boat is very high and some of indoor noise is exceeded the criteria for ship noise. Compared with marine police vessels, the indoor noise levels of marine police vessels are higher than the level of combat service support boat.

The food-service industry in Korea has experienced remarkable growth during the past few decades. The objectives of this study were to analyze the influence of the food-service industry upon the national economy by using an input-output analysis and to find the industrial position of the food service industry. This paper analysed the economic effect of the food-service industry using 168 items arranged in a transaction table based on producer's prices in the 1995 input-output tables. The results of this study showed that the food-service industry had a major influence on the national economy of Korea. Based on the calculation of the following five coefficients; Korea's production inducement coefficient ranked as 50, its import inducement coefficient ranked as 28, its value added inducement coefficient ranked as 32, its worker inducement coefficient ranked as 2 and its employee inducement coefficient per final demand ranked as 5 in a total of 168 industries.

The purpose of this paper is to study a scheme to ITS service which enables the data (spatial, non-spatial and image) sharing among heterogeneous system (various environment) with employing the concept of object orientedness and to show Location Reference Technique of ITS Space DB for interoperability. Data warehouse service, query object service, interface object service, and naming object service have been identified for this. In addition, a metadata management object service and persistent object service based system framework has been devised. The proposed skeletal framework would be expected to be functioning well for ITS data sharing environment and for the interoperability support.

In this paper, Korea's standardization capacity in the ITS field was examined, and the status of participation in ITS standardization and services of ASEAN countries, and the degree of hope for cooperation with Korea was investigated and analyzed. Korea is recognized for its international competency in the field of ITS standardization, and most ASEAN countries, excluding Singapore, are found to have insufficient participation in ITS standardization and service introduction. In addition, most ASEAN countries are strongly hoping for ITS standardization cooperation with Korea, and the preliminary establishment of the ITS system architecture as the basis for ITS standardization was derived as a project of hope for cooperation. In addition, as a service field for introducing standardization, Freight transport was suggested as a priority application service field in order to improve the efficiency of logistics transportation between ASEAN countries.

Since the competition of higher education is more and more critical, the improvement of educational services is importantly considered. Despite the current situations, there are few studies addressing the relationships between education service quality and its outcomes. As educational service quality plays a key role in improving student satisfaction, universities provides a high level of educational services for students and reinforce their competitiveness through student satisfaction. This research investigates the relationships among IT service quality, business education service quality, trust, student satisfaction and student loyalty. In so doing, the current study establishes a theoretical model to test the proposed relationships. The results further suggest that the indirect effect of the IT service quality and the business education service quality enhances its impact of student satisfaction, trust, student loyalty. Finally, the authors draw conclusions and further research directions.

This research work is concerned with a location-based alert service in wireless communication network environment. The alert service automatically transfers alert message to subscriber in the disaster area. This research work deals with automatic alert services that automatically provide people in emergency area with the state of emergency. The alert service uses the mobile device to inform its urgency to the subscribers in its area. The location tracking service will give the list of people in emergency area. The all processes of this research work are followed as. First, when a disaster or a calamity comes in, an emergency management center receives the emergency to analyze its shape and size and to declare the place to 'the disaster area.' Secondly, then the center finds information of mobile device subscribers in the disaster area. Finally, the center automatically generates a shape of text or audio of alert message of the emergency to send the message to the subscribers in the disaster area. Our mobile automatic alert service proposed above is so efficient that the subscribers in disasters area may meet the emergency more efficiently and may save their own valuable lives and properties more safely.
