고해상도위성 영상은 항공사진에 비해서 다중분광특성 뿐만 아니라 광역성에서 많은 장점을 가지고 있다. 그래서 고해상도 인공위성영상은 수치지도를 제작할 때 GIS자료 구축하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 IKONOS 위성 영상에서 자동 검출된 도로정보가 ITS시스템 구축을 위한 자료로 사용되거나 변화가 빈번한 도시지역의 수치 지도 갱신 및 위성 영상지도 제작에 활용될 수 있는 가능성을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 저주파 필터링 후 Sobel 연산자가 도로 경계 검출을 위해 적용되었다. 연구결과 고해상도 위성 영상 자료 특성에 따라 도로를 비롯한 구조물 경계를 검출하고자 할 때 저주파 필터링과 고주파 필터링은 ITS구축을 위한 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

The insurance industry is highly competitive since it is difficult to differentiate one company's service from another. This paper examines how Ankuk Fire & Marine Insurance has differentiated its service and improved its competitive edge against others by using electronic data interchange (EDI). In order to improve its service level, Ankuk Fire Insurance has significantly reduced paper work by transmitting information electronically to its customers. This was possible with standardized product codes and databases which were installed both on the Ankuk and customer premises. Ankuk Fire Insurance transmits its customer's insurance information to the customer's database instead of hand-carrying or mailing it. The main benefits of this has been: (1) fewer errors as data does not need to be re-entered, (2) faster customer service with electronic data delivery, and (3) better quality customer service due to highly structured relationships with customers. EDI will soon be available to all insurance companies due to the goverment's aggressive promotion of a KTNet plan. Ankuk Insurance, therefore, needs to adopt the standardized protocol recommended by KTNet and develop new products which will give them a competitive edge and minimize the possibilities of losing their clients to other insurance firms.

현재 국내 교통정보제공 서비스는 공공기관과 민간기업에서 다양한 기술과 장비를 수도권에 집중하여 교통정보수집 인프라를 구축하고 사업화를 추진하고 있으나, 자료의 처리방법과 제공장비, 통신 프로토콜 등이 상이하여 정보의 부정확성과 공공성의 미흡, 중복투자 등 다양한 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이에, 이러한 문제를 해결하고 교통정보서비스 사업의 활성화와 수집된 교통정보의 활용을 유도하기 위한 국가차원의 표준화 전략이 필요한 시점이다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 시스템 구축 현황과 국가 ITS 표준화 추진현황을 토대로 교통정보의 통합관리 및 공유방안을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 교통정보제공을 위한 데이터 요소와 메시지 집합의 관계를 살펴보고, 다음으로 도로공사-첨단모델도시-천안 $\cdot$논산 고속도로, 인천공항고속도로-도로공사, 서울지방경찰청-서울시 교통국 등 기존의 민간 또는 공공의 교통정보관련기관 에서 교통정보의 공유를 위해 메시지 집합 형식을 어떻게 사용하고 있는 지를 비교 분석하였다. 각 센터간 메시지 집합을 비교해 본 결과, 데이터 전송 형식 구조와 각 항목이 갖는 값이 다르고 센터 고유주소와 링크 ID가 정해져 있지 않아 데이터 전송이 불가능하거나 시스템의 변경이 불가피한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이를 국가 ITS 기술표준안과 비교해 본 결과, 국가 ITS 기술표준화에서 제시하고 있는 종류와 실제 사용되고 있는 항목의 종류와 내용도 서로 다른 것으로 나타났다. 지금까지 분석한 결과를 토대로 우선적으로 교통정보의 통합관리를 위한 방안으로 수집된 표준에서 제시한 요소와 각 센터간 메시지 형식에서 공통으로 사용되고 있는 항목을 기준으로 헤더부분과 데이터 부분의 기본요소와 내용을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 객체지향 기반의 ITS 아키텍쳐를 구축하는데 있어서 객체를 생성하는 새로운 방법을 제시하고 있다. 우리는 객체 지향적 접근방법에서 나타나는 문제점을 찾고 이를 해결하기 위하여 작업의뢰기술도 라는 새로운 객체 생성방법을 제시하였다. 이를 토대로 차량내 동적경로안내 시스템에 본 연구에서 제시된 방법을 적용하여 객체지향적 기반의 시스템 아키텍쳐를 제시하였다.

Alibaba.com has developed very fast and created a miracle in the international e-business community since it was established just three years ago. The paper at first introduces its rapid development from its establishment, the construction of its websites and its e-products and e-services, its mode of operation and corporate culture. Secondly it analyses the reasons why it has not only survived, but also developed very fast and begun to make profits despite the cut-throat competition in the e-business community in the tough e-environment in China. Then it displays and analyzes its competitive edges and the challenges it is confronted with. Finally it predicts its promising future.

In this study, I analysed the Direction of Progress for the Korean Export Insurance upon Export Support for Its Small-Middle Company, investigated Korean Export Insurance focussing on the Export Support for Its Small-Middle Company since Korea Export Insurance Coporation(KEIC)'s establishment and sought for the measures overcoming problems therewith. In my research I started from a basic model analyzing the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company using added several variables that have effect on such export relative price, world income and the amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company. As a result, amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company, world income and export relative price showed expected responses and were significant. Also world income showed expected responses but was not significant. In case of amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company was statistical significance.

최근 단순한 이동수단의 목적인 자동차에서 IT기술을 접목시킨 스마트 자동차로의 패러다임 변환을 시도하고 있다. 이러한 ITS(Intelligent Transportation System)기반 스마트 자동차에는 기본적으로 차량 통신 네트워크 기술인 V2X(Vehicle-to-Infra/Vehicle/Nomadic)가 통신기술부분으로 이용되고 있다. V2X는 차량과 차량, 인프라, 모바일간의 통신을 도로차량에 적용한 모든 형태의 통신방식을 지칭하는 용어를 의미한다. 이러한 V2X 통신기술을 사용하기 위해서는 각 통신기술마다 주파수가 필요하며 ITU-R에서는 관련 주파수를 권고하고 있다. 하지만 국내 ITS 서비스용으로 할당된 주파수가 ITU-R의 권고사항 및 국외 현황과 상이하여 국내 차량 간 통신 기술 표준화가 보류 상태에 있으며 기술개발이 늦어지고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 ITS 주파수 할당 현황을 비교하였고, 해외 ITS 산업 동향 및 기술개발동향에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 ITS 주파수 재분배 혹은 추가 할당에 대한 정책 결정시 참고가 될 수 있을 것이다.

Even though, many enterprises began to use management information system, they were not able to attain remarkable outcome. Thus, a purpose for this research is to explore effect that characteristics of information technology and executive support have on its user's confrontation In order to verify this purpose, we selected Nong-hyup's CRM as an object for a proof of effect that characteristics of information technology and executive support have on its user's confrontation. According to this research's conclusion, characteristics of information systems have notable influence on user's confrontation, while executive support did not have significant influence on it. Yet, this research has its limits by considering characteristics of information technology and support from board of directors as only variables among many other possible reasons for user's confrontation. Thus, in the future, there should be another research that considers more various reasons for user's confrontation.

Today, IT governance has also become a subject of attention along with recent technologies such as ITSM (IT Service Management), PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Compliance. At the national level, the market is fairly recent. and therefore, lacks detailed research in the field. Models specifically related to EIM has not yet been presented to this day, hence, firms that are considering EIM as a potential part of their information management system may fall into a state of disorder in the process of its implementation. To this end, this research attempts to construct an IT governance model for EIM based on existing models, surveys and interviews. In particular, E-discovery has been applied as means of protecting information assets and its use as evidence. In addition, by applying the research model to a particular global firm and then assessing its documentation management system, the overall feasibility of the research model has been tested.

It has been asserted that information technology (IT) is being exploited by a number of corporations for strategic advantage. The successful implementation of an organization-wide IT, however, not only depends on its strategic and technological feasibility, but also on the effectiveness of organizational transformation strategies. In this case, the organizational transformation strategy and its success for the adoption of computerized typesetting systems (CTS) by one of the largest Korean newspaper companies, are described With an analysis on the Korean newspaper industry, the case explains the internal and external pressure towards the introduction of the new information technology and its development process. It also provides the architecture and operational mechanism of the CTS. Finally, the case analyzes the impact of the system on the competitive behaviors of the rivals in the industry.
