The purpose of this paper to lead North Korea to open up is the disclosure of the information. In addition, the world's standards must be tailored to the communication of information and communication world is possible. I closed the meantime, is a country that has a lot on its own standardized. First, the Republic of Korea and North Korea should be able to communicate in every way. So much information as possible should be accessible through the North and North-South cooperation as may be true. North Korea opening up to the leading international organization (UN) as part of this priority is public information and communication to induce North Korea must understand the standard. Therefore, in order to be a true national unity to be a leading priority with each other when integrated information and communications standardization is possible.

Due to increase of interest in web accessibility and recognition of its necessity, a variety of accessibility indicators and automatic assessment tools have been developed, but previous literature indicated various problems about these indicators and tools. Thus, this research proposes and verifies the assessment model for accessibility of a frame content by considering web standards which develop the same web page for every client environment.

The Joint Steering Committee has been preparing for RDA that can be a new rule with revising AACR completely aimed at 2009. RDA can be used not only in traditional library catalogue, but in web-based environment as well. Furthermore it follows up the standard of international contents for the purpose of providing the bibliographic description and the access point of all media. This study investigates the establishing background, the features and the contents structure of RDA including famous scholars' comments.

인터넷과 정보기술의 발전으로 최근 이러닝 시스템을 포함한 다양한 학습 시스템이 연구 발전되고 있다. 학습자의 관점에서는 학습의 형태 혹은 학습자의 학습 패턴등을 분석하여 지능적인 학습시스템으로 발전하고 있으며, 교수자의 관점에서는 교수학습 모델 연구와 학습 컨텐츠 계발 방법론 연구 등이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 튜터링 시스템을 위한 메타러닝 설계 연구를 제안하였다. 메타러닝은 학습자 자신이 어떤 특성을 가지고 어떻게 학습하는지에 대해 학습할 수 있는 방법을 설명한다. 동일한 학습내용을 같은 순서 혹은 같은 방법으로 학습하는 것은 서로 다른 학습자에게 동일한 학습 결과를 나타낼 수 없기 때문에 개인 맞춤형 학습 서비스 형태를 필요로 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 메타러닝 설계를 기반으로 지능형 튜터링 시스템을 개발 할 수 있는 방법을 설명하고자 한다. 향후 본 논문에 설계를 기반으로 지능형 튜터링 플랫폼을 표준으로 개발하여 국제적 표준의 ITS(Intelligent Tutoring System)로 발전되기를 기대한다.

This study aims to come up with the revision of construction standard unit price for concrete pavement works to improve its applicability and availability by a construction site survey. Construction site survey was conducted from March to November 2021 with 36 construction sites. This results of the revision are expected to support to public construction project owner or estimator in construction cost estimation works.

The current construction industry mainly uses paper-based construction documents which are produced during the whole life cycle. The paper-based information hinders to reuse the construction information, due to the inefficiency to exchange and share the construction information between designers and constructors. To overcome these problems, construction CALS/EC (Continuous Acquisition and Life Cycle Support/Electronic Commerce) has been proposed by the government. It supports efficient reusing, sharing and exchanging the construction information using digitalized drawings and documentations. This study intends to show the future applying methodologies of using the standardized key technologies in the construction CALS/EC based on the case study of Korea and several countries.

In this paper, design techniques and technological trends applied on simulator development, which are based on Model Driven Architecture, are described. The methodology, process and modeling support tools for development of simulation software are introduced with both satisfaction of user's requirements and benefit to simulator developers of reducing cost. In addition, contents in ECSS standard for reusability of simulation model and its usages applied on industries are presented and major features of current technological changes with highlights of key-word are discussed.

By coming of the 4th industrial revolution era, HD map have became a key infrastructure for determining precise location of autonomous driving in areas of futuristic cars, logistics and robots. Autonomous vehicles have became more dependent on HD map to determine the exact location of objects detected by various sensors such as LiDAR, GNSS, Radar, and stereo cameras as well as self-location decisions. By actualizing autonomous driving and C-ITS technologies, the demand for precise information on HD map have increased. And also the demand for the creation of new information based on the convergence of various changes and real-time information have increased. In this study, domestic and international HD map standards and related environments have analyzed. Based on this, usability has researched which comparison with standard HD map established by various institutions. Additionally, usability of standard HD map have studied for applying actual autonomous vehicles by reworking HD map. By the result of study, standard HD map have well established to use by various institutions. If further research about layer classification and definition by institutions will carried out based on this study, it has expected that and efficient establishment and renewal of HD map will take place.

Recently, a number of OBU(On Board Unit) have being spreaded since ETCS(Electronic Toll Collection System)using DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) was installed in the tollgate of the whole country. Many R&D and commercialization related to ITS service using DSRC and OBU mentioned above are ongoing such as traffic information collection and provision and a signal control, and public traffic information and management and so on. Especially, there are many researches conducted(conducting) on traffic information collection and provision using communication between OBU and RSE. However, Standards for both DSRC application and traffic collection and provision are not established clearly yet. So we would like to suggest a method of traffic information collection and provision without changing of standard related to DSRC. This method is to put the traffic messages into the existing Action primitive for ETC, which is described on "Technical criterion IV of basic traffic information exchange" which was notified by Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. Proposed standard application method is applied both to RSE and OBE. It is the same system which ETCS used in highway, currently. We confirmed the efficiency and performance of the system through conducting a variety of driving test using 4 vehicles in real road condition. Result of the real road test shows the effectiveness and validity of this method with about 97% communication success rate and based on studying the cases of 3% communication failure, we can analyse the expected problems in traffic information collection and provision using this method.

The communication between the center system and the local controller in the Traffic Signal Controller Specification has been specified by a communication line for the exclusive use and the analog modem serial protocol. Therefore, it can't be adapted in the ITS communication network of the TCP/IP protocol being constructed in the local city. The international and domestic ITS device's communication specification has adapted the DATEX-ASN data exchange technique based on the ethernet communication network. So, this study was performed by the purpose of developing the application communication protocol's standard draft based on the TCP/IP communication protocol for the traffic signal controller, to be able to constitute the traffic signal control system in the ITS communication network. The communication format for 23 items of control, status, and database request etc. which are specified in the standard traffic signal controller was developed by appling the DATEX-ASN data interface procedure and structure which are KS ISO X 14827 Part1, 2, ISO/ DIS 15784 Part-3. To test the developed protocol, the application program for the communication items was developed and according to the test result, the encoding and the decoding transection for all communication items was possible.
