As the number of channels and programs are increasing dramatically, a viewer seriously needs to book a program at the very time of watching its promotion program by "only one time" pressing remote controller's button. The program reserving system requiring to search a program via EPG is usually hard to operate and some researches that allow a viewer to book a program via its promotion program require additional heavy facilities such as image processing or ultra-frequency recognizing systems. In this paper, a new program reservation system is introduced. the system allows a viewer to book a program via its promotion program. The system is conformable to MHP (which is the data service standard most widely adopted in the world) so that the broadcasting stations need no additional equipments to implement it as long as they follow the MHP standard.

Developing standard cells for 3nm and beyond requires significant advances in the device and interconnect technology. Thus, it is very important to quantify the impact of the new technology in various aspects. In this paper, we perform a through analysis on the impact of Buried Power Rail (BPR) and Complementary FET (CFET) in the perspective of cell area and parasitics such as capacitance. We emphasize that CFET is a technology that realizes 4T and beyond for standard cell designs, but significant capacitance increases (+18.0%), compared to its counterpart technology (FinFET) cell, due to the increase of cell height in the Z-direction.

Vehicular communications is system which can be applied for transmission of various safety messages or Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS) applications by combining vehicle/road technology with Information and Communication Technology(ICT). In recent years, a variety of ITS services are available such as driving information, road conditions, V2X messages as well as navigation and traffic jams notification. In general, vehicular communications can be used for vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communication by adopting IEEE802.11p/1609 standard which is commonly known as wireless access in vehicular environments. In this paper, WAVE communication standard based on the IEEE802.11p is explained and signal characteristics in WAVE communication is introduced. Also, The H/W and S/W characteristics in Road Side Station and On Board Equipment for the Vehicle to Everything communication are analyzed. Received Signal Strength which is power of receiving signal of communication equipment is measured in test road to estimate the real WAVE communication's performance. It is shown that the implemented WAVE communication technology is satisfactory to provide ITS services.

Public key infrastructure(PKI), principle technology of the certificate, is a security technology providing functions such as identification, non-repudiation, and anti-forgery of electronic documents on the Internet. Our government and financial organizations use PKI authentication using ActiveX to prevent security accident on the Internet service. However, like ActiveX, plug-in technology is vulnerable to security and inconvenience since it is only serviceable to certain browser. Therefore, the research on HTML5 authentication system has been conducted actively. Recently, domestic bank introduced PKI authentication complying with web standard for the first time. However, it still has inconvenience to register a certification on each website because of same origin policy of web storage. This paper proposes the certificate based SSO protocol that complying with web standard to provide user authentication using certificate on several sites by going around same origin policy and its security proof.

This research aims at the thorough analysis between the first edition and the revised of the International Standard Archival Authority Record for Corporate Bodies, Personal and Families. The focused methods of the study are comparing with each strength and weakness of the first edition and the revised on the needs and the features of archival authority control as well as how to use its description rule. Besides it looks into the elements to be added and complemented as they are made practical use of archives, hereafter when it is established Korean archival authority control rules, this fundamental research can be certainly valuable as its basic materials.

While public institutions and privite coperations have constructed the data collecting infrastructure and commercialized it to service traffic information, inaccuracy with information, insufficiency with the public sector, overapping investment and the rest are arising from the differences of data treatment, offering method, communication protocal and the like. For these reasons, we need standardization it as a national enterprise. In this paper, we would like to present the unity management and joint method of traffic information based on the present position of system construction and national ITS standardization. At first, we presented the relation between data elements and message sets and then analyzed how message sets have been used to message sets to share traffic information so far in public institutions and private coperations like Korea freeway cooperation-ITS model city-Cheonan-Nonsan expressway, In-cheon international airport expressway-Korea freeway cooperation and Seoul metropolitan police agency-Seoul metropolitan government. As the results of analyzing message sets, it had disclosed that data transmission is impossible or a system is unchangeable because data form and each items to transmission were different from each other and its own address and link IDS were not determined yet. Also it showed these message sets did not abidy by The Draft of National ITS Standards. First of all, we proposed data basic form and elements which were form by items used in each center in common and the elements to manage traffic information suggested by Standards based on the results of analyses.

요즘 신산업으로 떠오르고 있는 개인 유전체 분석이나 차세대 시퀀싱 기술과 같은 고성능 컴퓨팅 응용들은 data-intensive한 작업들을 요구하며, 이러한 응용을 지원하기 위한 고성능 파일 시스템 기술에 대한 연구들이 다수 진행 중이다. 그러나 그 결과물들은 업체별로 보유한 고유 기술로서, 상호 호환성 등의 문제로 인해 표준화의 필요성이 제기되어 왔다. 현재 파일 시스템과 관련하여 거의 모든 IT 업체에서 사용하고 있는 실질적인 표준은 NFS(Network File System)이다. IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)에서는 이러한 요구사항들을 반영하여 2010년에 NFSv4.1 표준을 공표하였고, 특히 I/O 성능을 향상시키기 위한 pNFS(parallel NFS)는 NFSv4.1의 핵심 기능으로서 다수업체들과 연구기관들에서 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 고에서는 pNFS 표준화 및 연구개발 동향과 관련된 이슈들에 대해 기술하고자 한다.
