In order for the analysis of effect in the respective preventive measures which is being carried out by a small & medium sized company against any potential accident, this research relates to the followings: We investigated the situation of an accident occurred in the company in which his obligation of selecting a safety manager is exempted, in accordance with the industrial safety & healthcare & enforcement ordinance, enforcement rule. We investigated the situation of an accident occurred in the company which entrusted the specialized organization with his own safety control notwithstanding it is free from an obligation to have any safety manager for aiming at the comparison and analysis of the outcome. The economic and preventive effect of industrial accident has been compared and analyzed in order to strengthen the obligation of selecting a safety manager.

The purpose of this study is to research systems about accounting transparency and to present how to introduce the standards in accounting unlisted small and medium sized companies. In Korea, the measures of enhancing accounting transparency of enterprises was mainly focused on the listed enterprises. On the contrary, the measures on enhancing accounting transparency of the SMEs was relatively insufficient This study researches systems regarding accounting transparency in Korea and reviewes the previous studies about the accounting transparency in small and medium-sized companies. This study also research other countries' accounting standards specialized only in the unlisted small and medium sized companies in order to establish accounting standards in the unlisted small and medium sized companiesin Korean For the new accounting standards for SMEs, this study suggests both strenghtening part and alleviating one, comparing to the current enterprise accounting standards. Each has three points to discuss. For the alleviating part, those standards should be simple, understandable and fit to the incumbent tax law. For the enforcement part, those standards should stand with the accounting reality of the small and midium sized companies, and it should also contains detailed expressions of the accounting transparency and managerial accounting.

The purpose of this study is verify the effects of management consultant on management performance for technical consulting through 235 small and medium sized enterprises in korea. Management effects has been applied to the industry for the strengthening the competitiveness regardless of the management consultant. however, it has been argued that the applied to the small and medium sized enterprises. The reliance analysis for the measurement material on the questionnaire was verified by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. ability of the management consultant, performance of the management consultant, conditions of the Enterprise were verified through the structural analysis by using SPSS statistic package. The influence evaluation among the groups was evaluated by the structure.

In previous research, large companies were analyzed to focus on their past management performance and patent rights, but in this study we looked at the variability in future sales of small and medium-sized enterprises with patents through empirical analysis. We looked at how the quantitative and qualitative value of patent rights affect management performance of company. We used 'the number of patents' as the quantitative value of patents, 'the average score of patents' as the qualitative value of patents, and the average sales growth rate as the management performance of company. Through a discriminant analysis using the statistical program SPSS, both independent variables used in this study were significant for distinguishing between companies with an average growth in sales more than twice that of general small and medium-sized enterprises and those with less than twice the average sales growth rate. Therefore it is meaningful to provide stakeholders with an analysis framework on how sales will change in the future using the results of this study during guarantee or loan screening for small and medium-sized enterprises with patent rights.

In this paper, we report the public IT policy case results to restructure informatization level indices for small and medium sized enterprise(SME). The indices restructuring project was initiated by TIPA with the group of experts during 2011, and the newly amended indices was employed as the formal instrument to measure SME informatization level. The critical drivers to reform the indices include simplification for more accurate measurement of SME informatization level, reshaping key representative indices of smart IT to better publicize SME's interest toward advanced IT, and systematic reconfiguration of performance measures which reflect business performance enhancement effect through IT investment. Indeed, the IT performance indices are unified to incorporate the instrument for general SME informatization level survey and IT adoption subsidy's effectiveness appraisal. The procedures and details of logic illustrated in this paper provides useful insight for successful implementation of SME informatization as well as for the better policy deployment of IT subsidization for SMEs.

It is said that a large part of losses caused by company is attributet to the loss manpower material resources by industrial accident. To alleviate industrial accident, machine-oriented safety supervision is superior to that of manpower-oriented in spite of diversified efforts, in many aspects. It will not secured a sense of safety if people can not utilize machines correctly despite excellent machines. As a part of preventing industrial accident, industrial safety education is aimed to improvement of productivity of company through exact research of actual condition of industrial safety education.

According to the statistics of the National Industrial Security Center under the National Intelligence Service, 209 national technologies have been leaked abroad in the past 5 years. Small and medium-sized enterprises and leakage by insiders accounted for 73% and 80% of them, respectively. This suggests that all the capabilities for preventing leakage of industrial technology should be focused on small and medium-sized enterprises and leakage by insiders. Related studies have been actively conducted on legal consideration of industrial technology leakage crimes, improvement of industrial security policies, and industrial security measures for preventing leakage of industrial technology, but adequate empirical studies have not been carried out on factors of leakage of industrial technology. In particular, there have been few studies on the effect of the experience of industrial technology leakage and enterprise scale(large enterprise, small and medium-sized enterprise) on achieving results in leakage prevention. Therefore, this study extracted factors affecting performance to prevent industrial technology leakage by analyzing previous related papers and to empirically analyze relationships with performance by applying the TAM model after classifying variables into the TOE framework by characterizing these properties.

In a smart factory environment in a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) environment, sensors and actuators operating on actual manufacturing lines, programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to manage them, human-machine interface (HMI) to control and manage such PLCs, and consists of operational technology server to manage PLCs and HMI again. PLC and HMI, which are in charge of control automation, perform direct connection with OT servers, application systems for factory operation, robots for on-site automation, and production facilities, so the development of security technology in a smart factory environment is demanded. However, smart factories in the SME environment are often composed of systems that used to operate in closed environments in the past, so there exist a vulnerable part to security in the current environment where they operate in conjunction with the outside through the Internet. In order to achieve the internalization of smart factory security in this SME environment, it is necessary to establish a process according to the IEC 62443-4-1 Secure Product Development Life cycle at the stage of smart factory SW and HW development. In addition, it is necessary to introduce a suitable development methodology that considers IEC 62443-4-2 Component security requirements and IEC 62443-3 System security requirements. Therefore, this paper proposes an application plan for the IEC 62443 based development security process to provide security internalization to smart factories in an SME environment.

The "New Korean Wave" (Shin Hallyu) phenomenon, which is represented by the global popularity of BTS and director Bong Joon-ho's film "Parasite," is making the world excited. The influence of the Korean Wave is not only on politics, society, and culture, but it also has considerable economic ripple effects. We applied individual in-depth interviews with seven media and marketing experts in China to assess the changes in the impact of Korean cultural content (i.e., Hallyu content) and examine the possibility of marketing for Korean small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) products using Hallyu content. Considering its massive market potential, China is still an attractive target for Korean companies and is of even greater importance to SMEs, which are highly dependent on exports and lacking marketing budgets as well as a professional workforce. Korean businesses and the economy at large would get a real boost if they could penetrate the Chinese market by utilizing the strength of Hallyu content. Based on the results of the in-depth interviews, the conclusion of our study suggests the direction of advertising strategy on how Korean products can attract the minds of Chinese consumers by utilizing the Shin Hallyu. This research is a practical study that diagnoses the reality of the Korean Wave in China objectively and has excellent practical implications as it proposes methods of how SMEs should use Hallyu for their marketing strategies.

This study is an empirical analysis of the welfare of small and medium venture company trade. In the past, although the study analyzes the trade welfare for representative firm, this research is focusing on the distribution of an entire industry of companies analyzed. In this study, medium-to venture enterprise-scale for logarithmic normal distribution and Pareto distribution is estimated, and this study investigates the trading welfare changes. Results of the analysis can be summarized as follows. First of all, greater trade benefits enterprise-scale heterogeneity appeared to be significant. The result of this finding appeared to be the same to large firms as well as small and medium ventures. Trading welfare, assuming the distribution of Pareto rather than logarithmic normal distribution it's supposed to be overwhelmingly large. Secondly, the case of large corporations shows the more trade welfare than that of small and medium venture companies. Third, assuming homogeneous distribution of enterprise-scale trade welfare differences did not exist. Finally, from the point of view of increasing the welfare of trade, the diversity aiming of venture business is a very important role in the long term, because of the small and medium-sized ventures trade role.
