전문대학 학사학위 전공심화 교육과정 만족도에 관한 주관성 연구 -호텔조리학과 재학생을 중심으로- (A Subjectivity Study on the Satisfaction of Intensive Major Course in Bachelor Degree Major College -Focusing on hotel culinary department enrolled student-)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학 학사학위 전공심화 교육과정 만족도의 주관적 인식을 파악하고자 전공심화과정 호텔 조리학과 재학생을 대상으로 Q방법론을 적용하였다. 연구의 목적은 전공심화 교육과정 만족도의 구조를 유형화 하며, 전공심화 교육과정 만족도에 관한 유형들 간의 특성을 기술하고 분석하여 향후 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 유형분석 결과, 총 6가지로 도출되었다. 제 1유형(N=5) : 전공심화과정 교수법 만족형(In-depth major curriculum teaching method satisfaction type), 제 2유형(N=4) : 실기중심 수업 만족형(Practical learning class satisfaction type), 제 3유형(N=3) : 현장 중심 수업 만족형(Place centered class satisfaction type), 제 4유형(N=3) : 취 창업 중심 수업 만족형(Employment Establishment centered class satisfaction type), 제 5유형(N=3) : 이론중심 수업 만족형(Theory centered class satisfaction type), 제 6유형(N=2) : 일 학습 병행 수업 만족형 (Work learning concurrent class Satisfying type)으로 각각의 유형마다 다양한 특징이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 전문대학 학사학위 전공심화 교육과정에 관한 연구에서는 많은 문헌과 실증연구를 바탕으로 보다 세밀한 Q방법론적인 질문과 분석기법으로 수정 보완하여, 응답자들의 다양한 의견을 보다 구체적이며 객관적으로 분석하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 해외취업 프로그램을 수강한 식음료조리계열 조리전공 졸업생의 주관적 인식유형을 분석하여 해외취업활성화를 위한 보다 나은 교육 환경구성의 기초 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 또한 학생들의 주관적인 인식에 대한 연구를 위해 Q방법론을 이용하여 분석하였고, 주관적 인식들 사이에서 발견되는 특징의 분석을 통해 총 4가지의 유형을 도출하였다. 제1유형(N=6)은 "국내 취업연계 형(Link to Domestic Employment Type)"으로, 제2유형(N=8)은 "신규 산업체 발굴 필요 형(Finding New Enterprise needed Type)으로, 제3유형(N=3)은 "전공 맞춤 어학 교육 요구 형(Major Customized Language Education Demand Type)", 그리고 제4유형(N=2)은 "전공 분리 교육 요구 형"(Major Divided Education Demand Type)으로 명명하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 해외취업이후 국내취업으로 전환 시 국내 업체와의 연계성 확립과 취업역량관련 추가 교육의 편성이 필요 할 수 있다는 것과, 해외현지의 다양한 취업처 및 직무 개발에 추가적인 노력이 필요 할 수 있음이 발견되었다. 그리고 세부 프로그램의 반 구성에 있어 해외취업국가별의 구분에 추가하여 전공별 구분도 고려되어야 함을 발견하였다.

당침 당이 매실 청 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Sugared Sweeteners on Quality Characteristics of Prunus mume Fruit Syrup)

  • The objective of this study was to evaluate the quality-based characteristics of Prunus mume fruit syrup, which is manufactured with various sugared sweeteners for suggestion of suitable alternative sweetener. Sweetener such as sucrose (MHP1), crystalline fructose (MHP2) and liquid fructo-oligosaccharide (MHP3) are used to manufacture Prunus mume fruit syrup. The sugar content of MHP1, MHP2 and MHP3 showed 53, 54 and $36^{\circ}Brix$, respectively. The total organic acid content of MHP1, MHP2 and MHP3 was 2.22, 3.07 and 3.71%. The total free sugar content of MHP1, MHP2 and MHP3 was 54.39, 47.52% and 31.62%, respectively. The appearance of MHP1 and MHP2 remained unchanged for the entire period but MHP3 had molded since the first week. This was as a result of the low total free sugar content in MHP3 sugared with liquid fructo-oligosaccharide compared to MHP1 and MHP2 sugared with solid sucrose and fructose. The sensory characteristics of MHP2 manufactured with crystalline fructose indicated an above average quality, indicating that it is difficult to manufacture Prunus mume fruit syrup using liquid sugar. It is suggested that crystalline fructose characterized solid form and lower glycemic index than sucrose be useful to manufacture Prunus mume fruit syrup as alternative sweetener.

국내 주요 가전제품의 대기전력저감기술 성과 분석 : 에너지절약 효과를 중심으로 (Analysis Result for the Technical Development Reducing Standby Power in Domestic Major Electric Appliances : The Electricity Energy Saving Effect)

  • Recently, some policies for reducing standby power, which has quite an effect on electricity consumption, have been employed all over the world. This study surveys the present condition of standby power for major electric home appliances during three years and analyzes the result of technical development reducing standby power. It presents how the industry paid attention to applying the technique of reducing standby power to electric appliances and how it affects the product's energy efficiency. We survey the standby power's change for six items, which were selected from the major electric appliances available on the market. It analyzes the difference of standby power consumption between appliances with a standby power reducing technique and those without during the latest three years. The amount of the average standby power is also compared. The comparison data confirms that the industry's effort and application of reducing standby power contribution has contributed to increasing an appliance's energy efficiency. This study restricted the analyzed items to six appliances, which has been a low volunteered involvement in the standby power reducing program. It is important for reducing standby power consumption of appliances because it contributes to saving electric energy at home and abroad. The development of the standby power reducing technique is needed for more appliances. Along with the development of the standby power reducing technique in the industrial field, it also necessary for consumers to enlarge their understanding of standby power reduction for economic, social, and environmental values.

  • 콘크리트 구조물 설계에 사용되는 콘크리트 압축 응력블럭은 실제 응력분포를 등가의 삼각형, 직사각형, 사다리꼴 또는 포물선-직선 등 여러 형태로 나타낸 것이다. 이러한 콘크리트의 압축 응력블럭은 주요 선진국의 설계기준마다 그 형태가 조금씩 다르며, 각 나라 콘크리트의 재료적 특성을 반영하여 적용하고 있다. 현재, 우리나라 콘크리트 설계기준에 적용하고 있는 직사각형 압축 응력블럭은 ACI 설계기준과 동일한 형태이고, 이는 고강도 콘크리트의 재료적 특성을 반영하지 못하여 비합리적 이라는 여러 연구결과가 발표되어왔다. 본 연구는 주요 선진국의 설계기준에 적용되는 콘크리트 압축 응력블럭에 대해 검토하였으며, 우리나라 콘크리트의 재료적 특성을 알기 위해 콘크리트 압축 응력블럭 실험을 실시하였다. 실험을 통해 하중 및 변형률을 얻었으며, 실험 결과에 의한 응력블럭계수를 도출하였다. 실험에 의한 응력블럭계수와 주요 선진국의 설계기준에 적용하는 응력블럭계수 값들을 비교.분석하였다. 또한, 주요 설계기준의 응력블럭에 따른 공칭 축력-모멘트 상관도를 비교 분석하였다.

Comparison of Positron Emission Tomography(PET) imaging-based initial in vivo pharmacokinetics by administration routes of [18F]FDG

  • In this study, the initial in vivo pharmacokinetic changes according to the routes of drug administration were investigated using bioimaging techniques. The purpose of this study was to quantify the degree of distribution of each major organ in normal mice over time by acquiring Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography images while administering routes F-18 fluorodeoxyglucose such as intravenous, intraperitoneal and per oral, a representative diagnostic radiopharmaceutical. Dynamic Positron Emission Tomography images were acquired for 90 minutes after drug administration. Radioactivity uptake was calculated for major organs using the PMOD program. In the case of intravenous administration, it was confirmed that it spread quickly and evenly to major organs. Compared to intravenous administration, intraperitoneal administration was about three times more absorbed and distributed in the liver and intestine, and it was showed that the amount excreted through the bladder was more than twice. In the case of oral administration, most stayed in the stomach, and it was showed that it spread slowly throughout the body. In comparison with intravenous administration, it was presented that the distribution of kidneys was more than 9 times and the distribution of bladder was 66% lower. Since there is a difference in the initial in vivo distribution and excretion of each administration method, we confirmed that the determination of the administration route is important for in vivo imaging evaluation of new drug candidates.

  • 주기적인 구조를 갖는 Si (100) 기판을 이용하여 ZnO 박막을 graphoepitaxy 법으로 성장시키기 위한 가능성을 알아 보았다. photolithography에 의해 주기적 구조를 형성시켰으며, ZnO박막은 RF-sputter 법으로 증착하여 시료를 제작 하였다. 제작된 시료는 700$^{\circ}C$${\sim}$900$^{\circ}C$의 수증기 분위기에서 2시간동안 열처리 하여 열처리 온도에 대한 결정성의 변화를 고찰 하였다. 시료의 결정성은 Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), PL(Photoluminescence)를 통해, 표면과 광학적 특성의 변화를 고찰하였다.

A Review on the Relationship of Ergonomics and Industrial Hygiene

  • Objective: The objective of this paper is to examine the scope of ergonomics in relation to the discipline of industrial hygiene. Background: There has been increasing recognition of the importance of ergonomics in the practice of industrial hygiene. As a result, quite a number of ergonomics-related research articles have been published in major industrial hygiene journals. And the professional engineers in industrial hygiene have conducted ergonomics-related activities. Method: This paper reports the results from the literature review of the ergonomics papers published in major industrial hygiene journals for the last 5 years, and the certification of industrial hygiene and ergonomics. Results: It was found that 7.7~13% of the total published papers were about ergonomics, and the number of the professional engineers in industrial hygiene is almost double of that of ergonomics. Conclusion: It should be understood that the work of ergonomic is complementary to industrial hygiene and not in competition with it. Application: Some suggestions were proposed hopefully helpful to colleague ergonomists for future research.

  • This paper deals with nonparametric estimation of discontinuous regression curve. Quite number of researches about this topic have been done. These researches are classified into two categories, the indirect approach and direct approach. The major goal of the indirect approach is to obtain good estimates of jump locations, whereas the major goal of the direct approach is to obtain overall good estimate of the regression curve. Thus it seems that two approaches are quite different in nature, so people say that the comparison of two approaches does not make much sense. Therefore, a thorough comparison of them is lacking. However, even though the main issue of the indirect approach is the estimation of jump locations, it is too obvious that we have an estimate of regression curve as the subsidiary result. The point is whether the subsidiary result of the indirect approach is as good as the main result of the direct approach. The performance of two approaches is compared through a simulation study and it turns out that the indirect approach is a very competitive tool for estimating discontinuous regression curve itself.

Influence of Image Sticking on Electra-Optical Characteristics in Alternating-Current Plasma Display Panels

  • We have investigated the electro-optical characteristics of image sticking in AC PDP. Although Image sticking is one of major factors to determine display quality in AC PDP, so far, it has not being reported why it is occurred and how we can prevent it. In this experiment, we have analyzed the effect of MgO protective layer and phosphor on the image sticking and we have measured the difference of firing voltage, brightness and discharge current between sticking image and normal image in AC PDP. As a result, Phosphor degradation is a more major factor than MgO protective layer and the firing voltage of gas discharge in sticking image is higher than that of normal discharge.
