This study was intended to make an analysis of the classification of Internet consumer information provided on the Internet and its realities with a focus on the realities of information characteristics and technological level to provide systematized consumer information for consumers. As a result, the following findings were obtained: First, it was found that information on consumer panel research, anti-site and consumerism is lacking in terms of the type of information currently provided in the Internet consumer information classification. Second, it was found that up-to-datensess, communically and connectivity were high in the level of Internet consumer information characteristics. Third, it was found that publicity was realities well carried out in terms of the technological level of Internet consumer information but that the realities of publicity was still tacking. Fourth, it is thought that it is necessary to construct the Internet consumer information provision site through several eve-level programs for elementary, middle and high school students in a systematic fashion in order to provide diverse consumers with Internet consumer information at several levels.

본 연구는 IT 및 비IT산업체에 종사하고 있는 근로자들의 근로조건 실태 및 인식조사를 통해 산업체 특성 및 인적 속성별로 분석함으로써 현재 국내 IT산업체 근로조건 실태 및 근로자의 인식도를 진단하였다. IT와 비IT산업체 간의 비교분석을 통하여 IT산업체의 현황을 면밀히 분석하고 IT강국의 위상을 되찾기 위한 시의적절한 문제점 개선 및 활성화 방안과 해법 제언을 통해 정책수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 실태조사에서 IT산업체와 비IT산업체와의 비교를 통해 전반적인 IT산업체 현황을 분석한 결과는 예측보다 전반적으로 더욱 열악한 IT산업체 현황을 확인할 수 있었다. 월평균근로일수와 복리후생만족도, 사회적 인식, 불안감의 정도, 발전 가능성에 대한 반응에서 IT산업체와 비IT산업체간에 차이가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 이는 정책적으로 IT인력에 대한 차별적 우대 정책 마련에 필요한 근거 자료로써 유의미한 것이라 할 수 있다. 특히 이러한 요소들에 대한 IT산업체의 근로자들의 인식이 회의적인 것으로 나타나 IT산업의 발전을 위해서는 이들 근로자들에 대한 근로조건 개선과 미래에 대한 불안감 해소를 위한 우대정책 등의 추진이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

급속하게 변화되는 IT서비스에 적극적으로 대응하고, 효율적인 IT서비스의 관리 운영을 위하여 정보화기관에 최적화된 통합 IT서비스관리 모델을 수립하여 운용할 필요가 있다. 이에 기술관리 중심의 IT운영에서 프로세스 중심으로의 새로운 IT서비스관리를 위한 정보화 업무 처리 및 관리 프로세스의 재정립이 필요하며, 운영조직과 정보시스템간의 유기적인 관리를 위해서 선진화된 국제 IT서비스 운영 모델인 ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)에 기반한 IT서비스의 체계적인 관리가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 K기관의 통합 IT서비스 관리 모델 수립 사례를 통해서 정보화기관을 대상으로 효과적인 정보서비스 제공 및 고객만족을 위한 IT서비스 관리 규정, 지침에 따른 베스트프랙티스 적용 및 프로세스 개선, ITSM(Information Technology Service Management, IT 서비스 관리) 구축 과정에 대한 사례 연구를 진행함으로써 향후 ITSM 시스템 구축 시 가이드라인으로 활용할 수 있는 이론적 기반을 제시한다.

본 논문에서 우리의 HMD는 Microsoft의 HoloLens 2와 국내 XR 기업을 비롯한 AR, XR을 이용하여 박물관 관람 지원 콘텐츠를 제시하고자 한다. 증강현실과 더불어 확장 현실의 기술 확장을 보이며 사용자는 박물관이란 공간 내에서 HMD를 착용하고 관람하며 설명 판에 QR코드를 인식하여 인터페이스와 더불어 각 주제에 맞는 애니메이션을 제공하여 시각적으로의 추가적 요소를 제공한다. 또한 사용자가 기존의 일반적이던 박물관 관람에서 XR이란 새로운 기술의 융합을 접목함으로 시각적 흥미를 갖게 하고 지역마다 특수한 역사, 배경에 맞춘 콘텐츠로서 지역을 알려 더 넓게 사회문제의 하나인 인구 저하에 따른 지역소멸에 지역홍보 차원이나 콘텐츠의 제공, 나아가 XR의 상용화까지 기대할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 기대한다.

환경오염으로 인한 문제는 매년 발생하고 있다. 그러나 환경오염의 심각성을 인식하고 있는 비율에 비해 환경보호 실천보다 생활의 편리함이 더 중요하다고 생각하는 비율이 높으며, 올바른 환경보호 지식을 습득하고 있는 수가 적다. 유년기, 청소년기에 초중고교에서의 교육을 통해 올바른 환경 지식을 습득하고 환경을 보전하려는 태도를 갖추는 것이 중요한데, 환경 교과목을 채택한 교육기관의 수는 14.1%로 절반도 채 되지 않는다. 본 논문은 가상공간 내에서 올바른 분리수거 방법을 습득하고, 학습자가 이를 실생활에 적용하기 용이한 게임기반의 체험형 VR 환경교육 콘텐츠를 제시하고자 한다.

With a sample of 147 Korean small and medium size companies, this study examined the relationships among degree of information orientation, corporate culture, degree of information management implementation and selected business performances in the process of implementing IMS improvement programs, such as IMS(Information Management System). Information orientation is defined as company-wide understanding and implementation of the underlying philosophy, principles, approached, and tools of information improvement programs. It is assumed that successful implementation of information improvement programs requires a information-oriented mind-set of the employees. The key elements of information orientation include continious improvement structured processes, organixation-wide participation and customer-focused spirit. Culture id defined as the value and beliefs of em organization that shape its behavior. It is also assumed that successful implementation of information improvement programs require strong support from s corporate culture that emphasizes cintinious improvement. Adopting the competing values model of Quinn and McGrath(1985), corporate culture is classified into 'flexible' versus 'controlled culture' and 'outer-directed' versus 'inner-directed culture'. Fitness was defined through the relationship between levels of information oriented and types of corporate culture. The results were as follows. First, it was found that when a company with high information orientation promoted information innovation programs, such as IMS, it reported higher degree of information management implementation and improvement in business performances. Second, the results showed the importance of 'flexible culture' and 'outer-directed culture' in performing information, innovation. Regarding the types of corporate culture, the analysis found that developmental culture, rational culture and group culture were effective. Third, companies with high information oriented and flexible culture or companies with high information orientation and outer-directed culture reported the highest implementation in Information management activities. Fourth, the results showed that the level of information management implementation had a mediating effect on the relationship between information orientation and business performance. It was also found that enhanced non-financial performance led to the improvement of financial performance. This study attempted to exaime the factor that lead information management program to success. In order to reach success, first, it is suggested that companies have positive mind set toward continious information improvement. Secondly, it is recommended that a flexible and outer-directed culture appropriate for continious information improvement is cultivated.

개인정보 보호를 위한 통합 컨트롤 타워로서 2020년 8월에 개인정보보호위원회가 출범하였으나 개인정보보호 운영 체계상 몇 가지 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 먼저 우리나라의 개인정보 보호 체계는 공공과 민간을 함께 규율하는 통합법 체계를 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 개인신용정보 보호 기능은 금융위원회가 담당하고, 개인위치정보 보호 기능은 방송통신위원회가 그대로 담당하는 등 보호 기능의 불완전한 통합으로 원활한 개인정보 보호 기능을 하기 어렵다는 지적이 있다. 다음으로 공공부문 개인정보 유출 사고가 증가하고 있음에도 이를 효율적으로 조사할 전문성을 갖춘 인력과 전문 지원기관이 부족한 문제가 있고, 디지털 통상시대를 맞이하여 글로벌 IT 기업의 자국 내 개인정보 침해에 대한 효율적인 대응체계가 부족하여 국민의 개인정보 보호가 약화 될 우려가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 해외사례와 문헌들을 검토하여 다음과 같은 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 신용정보와 위치정보에 대한 개인정보 보호 감독 기능을 개인정보보호위원회로 일원화 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 공공부문 개인정보 유출 사고에 대응하기 위해 전문인력 확보와 전문기관 설립 등 전문성 확보가 필요하다. 셋째, 디지털 통상시대에 국민의 개인정보보호를 위한 국내 대리인지정제도 활성화와 국제 공조 체계 구축 필요성을 제기하였다. 이와 같은 개인정보 보호 체계 발전 방안으로 한층 체계화된 개인정보보호가 이루어질 것으로 생각한다.

The concrete information technology (IT) has affected ways for supporting agricultural products. However, studies relating IT to agriculture in a broader sense have not been prevalent. The objective of this study is to improve agencies' effectiveness and performance in the use and application of IT through understanding the organizational fit and misfit. This research applied a multi-contingency view to Korean IT supporting agricultural promotion agencies and it evaluated the competitiveness of these agencies with reference to the correspondence of factors (Goal, Strategy, Environment, Knowledge Exchange, Task Design, and Information System) affecting their performance with organizational goals. The results reveal that organizations with good performance show better organizational fit with their organizational goal. This study contributes to the ways of efficient IT management in agricultural organizations in Korea.

This paper proposes an adaptive multimodal in-vehicle information system for safe driving. The proposed system filters input information based on both the priority assigned to the information and the given driving situation, to effectively manage input information and intelligently provide information to the driver. It then interacts with the driver using an adaptive multimodal interface by considering both the driving workload and the driver's cognitive reaction to the information it provides. It is shown experimentally that the proposed system can promote driver safety and enhance a driver's understanding of the information it provides by filtering the input information. In addition, the system can reduce a driver's workload by selecting an appropriate modality and corresponding level with which to communicate. An analysis of subjective questionnaires regarding the proposed system reveals that more than 85% of the respondents are satisfied with it. The proposed system is expected to provide prioritized information through an easily understood modality.

Despite the large and ongoing investments in information systems and technologies, many organizations still suffer from the lack of integration and interoperability of multiple information systems, In order to deal with these enduring problems, a number of government organizations and corporate firms in the United States have developed and maintained IT architectures through enterprise architecture planning. An IT architecture is a decision-making framework for IT planners and developers, establishing guidelines for the individual IT resource owners and users. It provides guidance to those involved in building and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure. Enterprise architecture planning represents a new paradigm of information systems planning in that it addresses the long-term view of the enterprise organization from top-level principles to detailed technology architectures. This paper explores a couple of cases in the successful implementation of IT architectures in both public and private sectors, and proposes a step-by-step methodology for building an effective IT architecture.
