The development potential of the aquaculture industry is very high, but there is no financial support for investment except for the government, policy funds, fishery funds, etc. Therefore, we would like to propose a contract transaction in the aquaculture industry. This refers to a forward contract between a producer (fish farmer) and a buyer (mainly a processor or marketer) that stipulates the production and supply of fish products at a predetermined price, but it also refers to an "equity participation type" contract in which both producers and buyers can participate. In other words, it is a model in which part of the fish farm is produced in a way that meets the conditions of the buyer, and part is produced by the producer. This study aims to establish the basic contract trading process. It provides an academic approach to prevent adverse selection and moral hazard due to information asymmetry. It also provides an idea to converge the aquaculture industry with the financial industry using Pecking Order theory. By doing so, we have made it possible for venture capitalists to invest with confidence and provided a process for investors to resolve their concerns, paving the way for the aquaculture industry and the financial industry to develop together.

As 4.0 industry has been developed, research on a self-driving car technology and related parts of an automobile has been highly investigated recently. Particularly, a TAS(Torque Angle Sensor) module on steering wheel system has been considered as a key technology because of its precise angle, torque detection and high speed signal processing. The environmental assessment is generally required on the TAS module to examine high resolution of angle/torque detection. In the case of existing TAS module, angle detection errors has been occurred by back-lash on main and sub gear in addition to complicated structure caused by gears. In this paper, a structure of the TAS module, which minimizes the numbers of components and angle detection errors on the module compared with the existing TAS module, for vehicle steering system based on a Multi-track Encoder has been proposed. Also, angle detection signal processing board, and key technology of the TAS module were fabricated and evaluated. As a result of the experiments, we confirmed an excellent performance of the fabricated signal processing board for angle detection and an applicability of the fabricated angle detection board on the TAS module of vehicles by the environmental assessment an automobile standard.

본 논문에서는 용인지역 IT산업 육성을 목표로 용인지역 IT산업 육성 성공요인 및 성공전략에 관련된 선행연구 결과를 기반으로 용인지역 IT 산업단지 조성을 위해서는 어떠한 전략을 우선적으로 일관성 있게 추진해야 하는지를 IT기업, 행정공무원, 교수 및 연구원의 측면에서 AHP 기법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 IT산업단지 조성전략 분석에서 제시된 결과를 바탕으로 용인지역 IT산업단지 조성방안을 수립하였다. 본 연구에서 전문가 방문조사 및 설문조사 등을 통해 제시한 용인지역 IT산업단지 조성방안은 용인시 IT산업 육성을 위한 정책수립에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

With the development of digital technology and the influence of the global pandemic, the metaverse, a three-dimensional virtual world, is receiving attention in society, economy and overall industry, and the manufacturing industry is also accepting it as a major strategic agenda for digital transformation. Therefore, in this study, the concept of the industry metaverse from the perspective of the manufacturing industry was defined, and the types of the industry metaverse were classified into four types by reflecting the characteristics of the manufacturing industry based on the general metaverse scenario presented in previous studies. These are Virtual behavior simulation, Augmented operation of business objects and Virtual experience simulation, Augmented decision of business subjects. In addition, through case analysis of solutions used in the manufacturing industry, it was confirmed that the central technology of the Industry Metaverse is the digital twin, and that it is being implemented by convergence with major digital technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, digital human, and AI. This study will be able to provide guidelines for future research on the metaverse from the perspective of the manufacturing industry and establishment of a digital transformation strategy for the industry.

Korean foodservice's circulation industry has been developed with enforcement plan of circulation modernization for the purpose of circulation construction improvement in 1992 and revision plan of circulation modernization plan preparing circulation market opening in 1995. But Korean circulation step is still in an early stage compare the advanced nations, so it has a bad effect in case the price competition and the profits, A circulation industry has originally premodenization. But it could be changed leading industry of 21 century, because it can used not only latest technique through information network but also leisure market of consumption industry. We must be enough a purchase condition of direct transaction from a minimum of circulation in order to compete with new business industry of advanced nations. Threfore the scheme for the development of foodservice industry should be improve a circulation management environment of circulation company, also the government should be improve the system in the policy. Both the government and the enterprose must reinforce efforts for high level competition more than the present states. From the view point of the bedelayed industry of all industries, the chance of new business will be created more than others.

The Korea government has been pursuing various policies to find a new industrial growth engine based on ICT (Industry and Communication Technology). However, ICT industry recently faces a serious crisis due to a lack of fundamental competitiveness and capital and technological gap with other countries. Accordingly, it is necessary for ICT industry to recognize the rapidly changing competitive business environment and to establish appropriate value-based strategies. This paper analyses factors affecting value-based strategy in the Korean ICT industry using 10 years data set. The result shows that the value-based strategy in the Korean ICT companies has a significant influence on their financial performance. In addition, it is confirmed that the competition level in the industry has a significant moderating effect on this relationship. In addition, when the companies are categorized based on performance, it is confirmed that there is a significant difference in competition level and value-based strategy in each categories. The results of this paper are expected to suggest implications for the effective use of balanced value-based strategies in the ICT industry.

IT 기술은 기업 환경에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 호텔산업에 있어서도 IT 도입은 경쟁에서의 우위를 점할 수 있는 기회를 제공하기도 하지만 이에 대한 이점을 누리게 위해서는 선결해야 할 많은 문제점들도 안고 있다. 본 연구에서는 IT 기술의 도입이 호텔 산업에 미치는 영향에 이에 대한 대응전략에 대하여 논의하였다.

The main objective of this research is to examine the spillover effects of technological knowledge from IT industry to other industrial sectors and, based on empirical findings, to draw policy implications and suggest policy directions. To this end, we divide IT industry into IT equipment and IT service, assuming that these two sub-sectors are considerably different each other in terms of technology knowledge flow. Other industries are classified into 17 different sectors based on the KSIC of 1990. As the proxy measure of technological knowledge, the notion of R&D stock is employed. The Input/output(I/O) Table is used to define the inter-industrial flow pattern and to draw the knowledge flow matrix. As the research methodology, cost function model is employed to gauge the spillover effects of technological knowledge of IT industry. Based on the results of analysis, it is found that the economic impact of technology diffusion also exhibits a different pattern between IT equipment and IT service. The diffusion of IT equipment tends to show labor-substitution effect whereas IT service displays labor-creation effect. This fact should be considered in devising industry, education, and labor policy. The expectations from this research are as follows. First, the sectoral pattern, difference between IT equipment and service in particular, identified from this research may shed light on the sector-specific policy direction. It is emphasized that a sector-specific approach, rather than an aggregate approach, is relevant for formulating IT policy. Second, it is expected that the importance of technology diffusion programs and policy measures are recognized among policy makers in IT industry.

국내산업의 고용없는 성장에 따라 고용창출효과가 큰 서비스산업 육성에 대한 정부의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 서비스산업의 양적 성장은 물론, OECD 국가대비 국내 서비스산업의 경쟁력은 매우 낮은 실정으로 나타나, 서비스산업의 경쟁력 강화방안에 관한 연구가 중요한 이슈로 제기되고 있다. 특히, 금융,교육,보험과 같이 대기업이 진출한 서비스산업은 상대적으로 경쟁력이 양호하나, 중소서비스 산업의 경쟁력은 매우 미진한 것으로 나타나, 중소서비스산업의 경쟁력강화를 위한 방안이 시급한 실정이다. 정보기술은 기업 경쟁력강화를 위한 핵심 인프라와 수단으로 활용되고 있어, 국내 서비스산업 경쟁력 강화에 적용가능한 것으로 인식되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 국내 서비스산업의 IT 활용 실태를 조사하고, IT 활용 성공 요인을 중심으로 IT 도입 및 활용상의 문제점 및 요구사항을 분석하여, 서비스산업의 IT 활용 향상을 위한 정책적 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위하여 국내 서비스기업 2,000개 업체에 대한 설문조사와 통계분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 국내 서비스산업의 IT활용 실태, 성공요인 관점에서 활용수준 및 기업규모와 업종간 비교분석, IT활용 저해요인에 대한 심층분석결과를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 심층분석결과를 토대로 서비스사업 IT 활용 향상을 위한 정책적 시사점이 제시되었다. 본 연구결과는 서비스기업 IT 도입 및 활용 담당자는 물론 IT 공급업체, 정책개발 전문가에게 서비스산업 IT 활용 제고를 위한 주요 요인과 요인별 IT 활용 향상을 위한 가이드라인을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the ordinances of local government in Korea to provide improvement plans for the ordinances of Drone industry. To this end, all Drone ordinances in Korea were reviewed. Design/Methodology/Approach - In this study, literature research methods were mainly used for the analysis. Furthermore, it was based on domestic laws and ordinances of local government, and preceding research data regarding government policies. Findings - Based on the analysis of domestic drone industry ordinances, the enactment of drone industry ordinances by local governments was rapidly increasing. In addition, it was urgent to enact ordinances for the use and support of drones in each region. The implication that it is necessary to subdivide the contents according to the characteristics of each region was drawn. In most of the ordinances, provisions on the basic plan and implementation plan of the drone industry could not be found. It was found that it was necessary to foster an efficient drone industry through the establishment and operation of short-term and long-term plans. Implications were drawn that it is necessary to revitalize the drone industry and expand the drone use industry. Research Implications or Originality - This paper suggest the establish an ordinance for utilizing and supporting Drone industry. Additionally, establishment of suitable ordinance for regional characteristics is needed. In future research, detailed data on Yeongwol's Drone industry based on survey should be derived. Moreover, the development plan and implication for drone industry should be derived through analysis of the survey data.
