간호사의 정보기술(IT)활용이 지식관리활동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Information Technology Application on Knowledge Management Process in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of information technology application, and to identify the effect of information technology application en knowledge management process in clinical nurses. Method: Participants were 629 regular clinical nurses who had worked for over 1 year in general units of 9 tertiary medical hospitals including 2 national university hospitals, 5 university hospitals, and 2 hospitals founded by business enterprises. Data were collected from March to May 2003 through questionnaires. Thee structured instruments were used to collect the data: Information Technology Application scale, Knowledge Management Process Scale(Jeong, Lee, Lee, & Kim, 2003), and one for general characteristics. The data were analyzed using reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}$ test, correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS for Windows 10,0 program. Result: 1) The HIS application degree, IT application ability, and IT application frequency were significantly correlated with the degree of knowledge management process activation and 4 elements of knowledge management process, Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Storage, Knowledge Sharing, and Knowledge Utilization(p=.000). 2) The 3 variables, HIS application degree, IT application ability, and IT application frequency explained 47.2% of the total variance of the degree of knowledge management process activation, and 352% of me total variance of Knowledge Storage. And 2 variables, HIS application degree and IT application frequency explained 17.6% of the total variance of Knowledge Creation, 39.9% of the total variance of Knowledge sharing, and 33.8% of the total variance of Knowledge utilization(p=.000). 3) As a result of multiple regression analysis, the key determinant of the degree of knowledge management process activation for nurses was HIS application degree The HIS application degree, IT application frequency, position, IT application ability, and continuous total numbers of years working at the present hospital explained 51.1% of the total variance of the degree of knowledge management process activation(p=.000). Conclusions: These results suggest that the information technology application positively affects the nurses' knowledge management process. From the above findings, information technology application is empirically verified as a useful and effective method to activate knowledge management process, and knowledge management.

  • PUSH 기술은 사용자의 요구가 없어도 서버의 정보를 전달할 수 있는 기술로 모바일 앱과 함께 다양한 분야에서 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 PUSH 기술과 모바일 기기를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 유용한 적용 분야를 찾아 적합한 응용 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 PUSH 기술과 모바일 기기를 활용할 수 있는 모바일 앱 AdMan을 개발하였다. AdMan은 m-Bizmaker라는 도구를 사용하여 개발되어 한 번의 개발로 안드로이드와 iOS기반의 어떤 모바일 기기에서도 모두 실행 가능한 모바일 앱이다. AdMan은 PUSH 기술과 앱을 활용하여 오늘날의 모바일 환경에서 큰 효과를 볼 수 있는 고객관리 및 광고용 시스템으로, 현대 사회의 ICT 기술 활용의 좋은 모델이다. AdMan은 PUSH 기술과 모바일 기기의 활용을 극대화 할 수 있는 응용으로 PUSH 서버 상에서 운용되면 더욱 큰 효과를 볼 수 있다.

유통정보기술 활용이 커뮤니케이션 전략과 CRM 성과에 미치는 영향 (An Effects of the Distribution Information Technology Application on the Communication strategies and CRM performance)

  • 기업이 고객을 차별화하기 시작한 것은 고객관계관리가 확산되면서부터이다. CRM이 확산된 배경에는 마케팅활동이 브랜드중심에서 고객중심으로 옮겨가면서 고객관계와 고객자산의 중요성이 크게 부각되었고, IT를 기반으로 하여 고객정보를 획득하고 관리하며, 모형화 할 수 있는 능력이 경쟁우위를 지속하는데 핵심요소가 되었기 때문이다. 그러나 최근 CRM의 효과에 대한 회의론이 퍼지면서 학계와 실무진에서는 어떤 경우에 CRM의 성과가 나타나고, 어떤 경우에 실패하는가에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 저자들 또한 CRM 성과에 지대한 영향을 미칠 것이라고 생각되는 유통정보기술의 역할에 따라 기업의 CRM 성과가 어떻게 달라지는가를 검증하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 CRM 성과에 영향을 미치는 선행변수인 유통정보기술 요인으로 IT기술투자, IT 시스템 활용, Website 활용, 그리고 커뮤니케이션 등을 설정하였다. 본 연구는 CRM 성과는 IT 기술투자, IT 시스템 활용과 커뮤니케이션에 영향을 받을 수 있음을 가설로 제시하고, 설문조사 결과를 토대로 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과, IT 기술투자, IT 시스템 활용, 웹사이트 활용이 좋을수록 고객과 조직구성원간의 커뮤니케이션이 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 IT 기술투자, IT시스템 활용, 고객과 조직구성원간의 커뮤니케이션이 좋을수록 기업의 CRM 성과는 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 갖는 학문적 의미와 관리적 의미를 제시하였다.

Application techniques and construction proposal technology research team has presented, show the difference between the scope and method. With significance effort to improve the unreasonable traditional methods of these core processes that can be reflected in the field repeated the construction proposed technique as a result of the utility that can be applied for substantial construction.

  • Remote sensing technology is one of the most powerful tools for human to know the nature and their living environment. However, before microwave remote sensing was developed and applied, remote sensing application was limited strongly by weather and time. Microwave remote sensing technology solves the problem. It makes us to have the capability to acquire information at all time of the day and under all weather condition, and make remote sensing technology be used in more wider area. Microwave remote sensing system include mainly Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Microwave Radiometer, Microwave Scatterometer, and Altimeter (ALT). As SAR can acquire image whose spatial resolution is similar with visible and infrared image, it is paying much attention to and playing a more and more important role in earth observation. In recent year, the development of new SAR technology (multi-band and multi-polarization technology, InSAR technology, D-InSAR technology, and so on) makes SAR remote sensing go to an new stage, and its application area become more and more widely. The first Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) in the world appeared in 1960. After that, SAR and its application all developed very fast. Some radar satellites launched and run (include Seasat-A in 1978, ERS-1 in 1991, JERS-1 in 1992, Radarsat in 1995, and so on) promote SAR research and application in world greatly. China began to develop its SAR sensor and research SAR application in 1970s. After more than 30 years' research, it get some important development in sensor development data processing method, and application. Some operational systems have been used and play an important role. This paper will introduce the development of SAR technology and its application in China.

  • 최근 센서와 네트워크 기술을 접목한 유비쿼터스 기술이 부각되고 있으며 이를 USN (ubiquitous sensor network)라 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 USN 기술을 기반으로 영유아의 건강과 안전을 관리하기 위해 스마트 센서를 이용한 Baby care 모바일 어플리케이션을 제안하고 개발하였다. 개발한 모바일 어플리케이션은 영유아의 낙상 감지, 울음 감지, 발열 감지 등의 정보를 개발한 모바일 어플리케이션의 화면에 나타내었다. 개발된 모바일 어플리케이션은 모의 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

건설 현장의 정보기술 발전 방향에 관한 연구 (The study on the Proposals for Application to Information Technology in Field Construction)

  • Information Technology (IT) makes a great contribution towards improvement of productivity in construction industry. Because most of researches of construction industry's IT are focused on the whole field of the industry or development of information system, however, these have no regard for conditions in fields. Thus, this study proposes the requirements in order to improve the productivity and efficiency of field execution of construction industry. To achieve this aim, the surveys are conducted of the problems and conditions of IT application on site workers and managers. As a result, the followings are suggested: (1) user training should be exercised continuously, (2) infrastructure of IT constructed, (3) total management system of field execution developed, and (4) the development of IT system focused on fields. Therefore, this study provides meaningful proposal that can be set up basic direction toward IT investment and IT system development.

  • The tremendous advancement of technology sparked a lot of opportunities for developers and consumers to pave way to a dynamic application market in smartphones. This study focuses on the users' perspective, that is, the preference between two application markets that varies in many perspectives of its features. Hence, the purpose of this study is to provide a comparative study on two mobile application stores in smartphones; Google Play and T-Store. A survey was conducted to compare the markets, and the results showed the different influencing factors on choosing and using each application store. In addition, the results somehow revealed the harmony of co-existence in smartphones.

IT 아웃소싱 어플리케이션 운영 계약모델에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Contract Model for IT Outsourcing Application Operation)

  • The study suggests a contract model of application operation through case study of A bank's IT outsourcing application contract based on workload. The IT outsourcing order form has a problem in that the scope of work is ambiguous due to the integration of operation and maintenance. In this study, application operation and maintenance were separated by referring to application operation history provided in ISO/IEC15504-5 standard. The scope of the IT outsourcing service was clarified by organizing the definition and detail activities of the application operation business. Application operation contract method has generally applied estimation method by the number of input manpower and period by agreement between buyer and client. As there is no activity to calculate the number of input manpower based on the operational work history and based on the standard workload per activity. In this case is not guaranteed due to the simple agreement between the contractors. In this paper, we propose an application operating cost estimation model that measures the size of the operating software using function point analysis that is the basis of application operation tasks. In order to verify the validity of the application operation cost model, we verified the correlation between the application size and the labor cost through regression analysis using SPSS.
