In this paper, we propose a vision-based object detection and tracking system using online learning. The proposed system adopts a feature point-based method for tracking a series of inter-frame movement of a newly detected object, to estimate rapidly and toughness. At the same time, it trains the detector for the object being tracked online. Temporarily using the result of the failure detector to the object, it initializes the tracker back tracks to enable the robust tracking. In particular, it reduced the processing time by improving the method of updating the appearance models of the objects to increase the tracking performance of the system. Using a data set obtained in a variety of settings, we evaluate the performance of the proposed system in terms of processing time.

River water is higher in temperature than the surrounding environment during the winter. It is highly suitable a heat source for heat pump system. Despite its suitability, however, it is not widely used, due to its fouling and corrosive nature in heat exchanger tubes of evaporator. It is designed prior-treatment system which come into direct contact with the river water, such as auto-seamer, ozone generator for bactericidal test and auto-cleaning system. And it is analyzed treatment effects for its operation. It is designed two-stage compression heat pump system using R-134a with heating load 35.16kW, ad analyzed its performance. As a result it is obtained 3.08 COP when mid-point pressure is 1,200kPa, and bypass ratio of flowing refreigerant to high-stage compressor is 25.1%

Recently, most managers of Small & Medium Enterprises(SMEs) think that all problem of a company is solved if only implementation of ERP or e-business. But it's too risky. Technology of IT is developing so radical, so managers didn't have enough time to consider what system is appropriate in their business process and how implement information system is when they establish Information System. This Study addresses the present Information System that operating and needed for SMEs based on the Value Chain of IS. Thus through the prediction on the consequence of IS implementation, we could cut down unnecessary investment cost and support core competence of a company. Next time, the study on the classification of more detail IS associated in SME's performance is required.

National qualification system for SW engineering is intended to be mechanisms to assure the competence of SW professionals. Qualification system for SW engineering can be categorized as national qualification, nationally certified private qualification, and private qualifications. In this paper, we present a summary report of needs analysis for new national qualification systems, based on the survey from human resource department managers of IT companies in IT service, package SW and embedded SW industry. The survey results show that SW qualification system is appropriate for evaluation and career management, but does not provide up-to-date information concerning the technology assessment and change. Based on the result form needs analysis, we suggest the SW specialist and embedded SW specialist as new licenses in national qualification system. In addition, we also propose SW quality management engineer, systems management engineer, IT Protect management engineer, network management engineer and SW architect engineer, as new nationally certified private qualifications.

종래의 WPC方式에 依한 市外 DDD System 代身에 Microprocessor를 利用한 SPC 方式의 System에 關한 構成과 實驗硏究의 結果를 報告하였다. 本 硏究는 現用 PTP 方式(Selector 구동方式)의 新型 DDD 整合中機裝置를 그대로 出中機線 Repeator로 使用되도록 設計하였으므로 이 System을 中小都市型 市外交換機에 적용시킬 경우 Stage別 Selector가 不必要하며 裝置의 小型化 및 信賴度의 向上이 기대될 뿐 아니라 Route의 變更도 Program의 變更만으로 간편하게 實現시킬 수 있다.

This research aims to propose a ubiquitous integration monitoring system for the feeding and environment management of livestock production. The integration monitoring system proposed in this research is based on an integrated platform, and consists of livestock shed environment monitoring system, livestock monitoring system, livestock remote medical treatment, and feeding and management system. This research conducts the followings. First, we review the previous researches on livestock related ubiquitous monitoring system to examine the factors to be considered in the proposed system. Then, we design the system and implement the prototype to demonstrate the possibility of the application of this system to real stockbreeding environment.

최근 IT를 활용한 비즈니스가 급증함에 따라 복잡해진 IT 인프라를 운영 관리하는데 있어 많은 예산이 소요되고 있다. 이에 대한 효율적이고 비용절감 효과를 얻을 수 있는 새로운 IT 인프라 기술이 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 정보 시스템의 단순화와 운영 관리의 효율성 및 비용 절감을 위한 IT 인프라 방식인 CI(Converge Infrastructure)과 HCI(Hyper Converge Infrastructure) 방식을 소개한다. 또한 새로운 IT 인프라 기술인 HCI 방식을 활용한 정보 시스템 및 재해 및 장애 발생 시 서비스의 연속성을 제공하기 위한 재해복구시스템의 구축 방안에 대해서 제시한다. HCI 방식을 활용하기 위한 주요 기술 소개와 함께 HCI 도입 전후의 정보 시스템실의 면적 및 소비전력, 운영의 효율성 등을 비교분석 한다.

Korean fishery wage system has been evolved with the different titles. However, Since the law of fishing crew was enacted in 1984, the fishery wage system has been established as a rate system, which is a legal term. The present rate system in practice shows various contents and modalities, depending on fisheries and regions, but the fisheries of large trawl cooperative employ a rate system of fixed plus rate wage. However, such change did not transform basically the properties of pure rate scheme. As well known, fishing vessel owners face an awful lot of difficulty in managing and controlling effectively the production process because fishing activities are carried out in the seas remote from the land. Thus, it tend to be inevitable for vessel owners to employ a rate system to induce fishermen's positive motivation for promoting productivity and saving operating costs. However, the rate system has worked out as a driving force, which induce an increase in production more strongly under the expansion of vessel numbers and power and the keener competition of fishing activities. Even though the control mechanism of fishing instruments are well established, fishermen become naturally to have an incentive to increase their fishing effort for maximizing production since they are able to raise their shares by maximizing the quantity harvested. Thus, as far as the rate system exists, fisheries administration may have much difficulty in realizing its fishery management goals only through vessel reduction and fishing gear regulations. Also, under the rate system fishery management authority may be in face of a serious dilemma between the spontaneous rate system and vessel reduction policy. If the realistic aspect of the rate system is recognized and resource restoration and profit promotion are main policy goals, it is necessary to develop effective ways to control vessel owners' and fishermen's production-maximizing motives at an appropriate level. From this point of view, it seems reasonable to introduce TAC system by species or by fisheries into the existing fishery system. The research results suggest that if the fisheries administration could understand clearly the spontaneous fisheries wage system, it would know the norm of TAC and the basic reasons for illegal fishing activities and thus it would be able to develop and implement more realistic resource management policies.

The purpose of this study was to develop a manipulation system for nutrition counseling based on internet. This system offers convenient user interface and the synthetic counseling results with various utilities. This system consists of the general information of clients, the anthropometry data and the calculation of obesity and body index, the state of eating habits, calorie expenditure, clinical symptoms, the convenient method for analysis of nutrients, biochemical data and nutrition prescription. Having interoperability, these functions preserve the information of clients and manage the historical data. This system can insert, store, print out and generate the synthetic information of clients to provide a suitable and efficient nutrition counseling information. With accumulated client data, It does the nutrition education and counseling simultaneously. As it is developed based on internet, it provides friendly user interface. Also, Managing clients' information connected to database, it can provide a systematic and formal information. It is possible for the system to retrieve information and counsel in real time. It is expected that the nutrition counseling management system can improve the national health with animated nutrition counseling.

본 논문은 리눅스 커널 네트워크 모듈에서 커널 개발자의 실수나 의도하지 않은 오류 등으로 인하여 발생되는 시스템 정지 현상 또는 시스템 패닉 현상을 줄이기 위한 커널 하드닝 설계 내용을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 네트워크 모듈 내의 커널 하드닝 기능은 문제가 발생한 리눅스 네트워크 모듈을 수행 중인 프로세스에 있어서 문제가 발생한 코드의 주소 형태와 값 형태에 따라 복구를 하도록 하는 것이다. 값과 주소에 대한 잘못된 수행으로 시스템이 정지되는 현상을 줄임으로써 안정적인 네트워크 기능 동작을 보장한다. 오류가 발생한 커널 코드에 대해서 복구 가능한 경우에는 ASERT() 함수에서 복구가 가능하도록 설계되었다.
