In this study, the effectiveness of the innovative company certification system, which is one of the important means of the SME innovation promotion policies, was examined in terms of technological innovation activity and performance. To this end, we used the results of 'SME Technology Statistical Survey' conducted by the Small and Medium Business Administration and the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business in 2013~2015 to compare the innovative SMEs that have received the certifications such as Venture Certification, Innobiz Certification, and Mainbiz Certification with the general SMEs that did not. As a result, it was found that the innovative SMEs have comparative advantage in many detailed indicators related to the technological innovation activity and performance. However, the ratio of external use of R&D expenditure, the number of technology development attempts and the number of successes were not different according to the survey year, so it is necessary to strengthen the follow-up management of the system. On the other hand, the proportion of self-procurement R&D expenditure of the general SMEs was significantly higher than that of the innovative SMEs in all three-year surveys. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate the government funding for the innovative SMEs to be used as a complementary material, not as a substitute for their own R&D investment. In addition, the technological innovation activity and performance of a company were more influenced by the size of the company and the participating industry rather than by the certification, so it is necessary to consider it when establishing the technology innovation promotion policies.
With the progress of the 4th industrial revolution, interest in smart factories is increasing. The government is implementing a smart factory support project for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. Therefore, in this study, factors influencing small and medium-sized enterprises(SME's) intention of smart factory acceptance were analyzed. In particular, it focused on how the perception of government support affects intention of smart factory acceptance. For the empirical analysis, a research model was established by reflecting the characteristics of SMEs and the technical factors of the smart factory centering on the technology acceptance theory. Based on the model set in this way, a questionnaire survey was conducted for employees of SMEs. In this study, a total of 231 samples of valid data were used for analysis. The empirical analysis results are as follows. It was analyzed that performance expectancy, social influence, technology utilization capability, CEO will, and employee resistance to innovation, all introduced as research variables, had a significant effect on the use intention of smart factory acceptance. In particular, it was found that employees' resistance to innovation had a negative (-) effect on their use intention. Meanwhile, to analyze the moderating effect of government support, it was divided into a group with high expectations for government support and a group with low expectations. As a result, it was found that there was a difference in the effect of CEO's will, employees' resistance to innovation, and social influence on the use intention. On the other hand, no significant difference was found in the relationship between performance expectancy, technology utilization capability on the use intention. Based on the empirical analysis results, the academic and practical implications of this study were presented.
This study empirically analyzed the factors affecting the intention to utilize manufacturing AI in SM-sized manufacturers by applying the TOE framework. Independent variables that are expected to influence were applied, focusing on TOE factors and managerial characteristics that reflect the characteristics of SME manufacturers. In addition, the mediating effect of technology trust and the moderating effect of factory location were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable was tested, and the direct effects of the independent variables(complexity, organizational innovation, IT ability, competitive pressure, partner support, and managerial innovation) on the dependent variable were all statistically significant, except for compatibility. Second, the mediation effect of technology trustness was verified to have a full mediation effect between compatibility and utilization intention, and a partial mediation effect between managerial innovation and utilization intention. Third, among the seven independent variables, the moderating effect of factory location(metropolitan and non-metro) between the three independent variables of IT ability, competitive pressure, and partner support and the utilization intention was found to be significant. To increase the intention to utilize manufacturing AI for SM-sized manufacturers, it is recommended that more diverse and broader studies are needed, not only the factors identified in this study, but also the understanding and awareness of manufacturing AI.
Enterprise should determine the adoption and utilization of information systems would be a great help to increase management performance. So, it maintains continually the budget and the investment for informatization. However, there is a limit to clarify whether the investment in informatization is contributed to create business opportunities through corporate competitiveness certainty or not. We tend to recognize the information system as a simple means to support common business rather than being used to achieve the company's business performance and to remain competitive. It is not an easy problem for the quantitative evaluation and analysis on the effect of intangible, such as management performance measurement by introducing computerization project. Informatization level evaluation model for the harsh business environment, specifically the Small and Medium Enterprise is lacking. In this paper, we proposed the audit evaluation model of an Small and Medium Enterprise informatization level based on system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, and IT business contribution. The proposed audit evaluation model was evaluated in the information system users, and verified the suitability throughout the survey of the audit professionals.

This study is an empirical study analyzing the effects of positive psychological capital on job burnout. In addition, positive psychological capital played a role in organizational citizenship behavior, and tried to verify the role of organizational citizenship behavior as a black box, or parameter, between job burnout. And then, the sub-factors of organizational citizenship behavior were divided into two: individual-oriented organizational citizenship behavior and organization-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted for members of small and medium-sized enterprises to compare and analyze the relationship between variables. Positive psychological capital is increasing interest in that it can reduce the job burnout of members and embrace the propensity of young generations represented by millennials because it can improve the effectiveness by developing positive mental states and strengths of the organization. There is a need for research as a keyword. As a result of this study, first, it was found that positive psychological capital of SME(small and medium-sized enterprises) members had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Second, positive psychological capital was found to have a significant negative effect on job burnout. Third, it was a verification of how positive psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior affect job burnout. In the relationship between positive psychological capital and job burnout, organization-oriented organizational citizenship behavior was found to play a mediating role. However, it was found that individual-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors among the organizational citizenship behaviors are not valid. In this study, positive psychological capital and job burnout, which have been mainly studied in service workers' emotional workers(crew, nurses, counselors, etc.), nursery teachers, and social workers, were applied to SME members by using the parameters of organizational citizenship behavior. The positive psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior can be further enhanced through SME members' love for the company, improvement of consideration among employees and resulting organizational commitment and work performance. In this study, we developed a chatbot (Dialogue agent) using small Q & A data and evaluated its performance. The chatbot developed in this study was developed in the form of an FAQ chatbot that responds promptly to customer inquiries. The development of chatbot was conducted in three stages : 1. Analysis and planning, 2. Content creation, 3. API and messenger interworking. During the analysis and planning phase, we gathered and analyzed the question data of the customers and extracted the topics and details of the customers' questions. In the content creation stage, we created scenarios for each topic and sub-items, and then filled out specific answers in consultation with business owners. API and messenger interworking is KakaoTalk. The performance of the chatbot was measured by the quantitative indicators such as the accuracy that the chatbot grasped the inquiry of the customer and correctly answered, and then the questionnaire survey was conducted on the chatbot users. As a result of the survey, it was found that the chatbot not only provided useful information to the users but positively influenced the image of the pension. This study shows that it is possible to develop chatbots by using easily obtainable data and commercial API regardless of the size of business. It also implies that we have verified the validity of the development process by verifying the performance of developed chatbots as well as an explicit process of developing FAQ chatbots.
This study analyzed the effect of marketing ability of SMEs using online export marketing on market performance. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are making efforts to expand their markets from the domestic market to the overseas market and increase sales. We studied the factors that can produce results in the fiercely competitive overseas market. A total of 400 export SMEs were surveyed, and 159 companies directly participating in online export marketing were selected as final targets. The survey was analyzed using SMART PLS 4.0 and SPSS 26.0 statistical programs, and research hypotheses were verified. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the marketing ability of SMEs had a positive (+) effect on online export marketing. Second, it was confirmed that online export marketing had a significant positive (+) effect on market performance through its mediating role. In addition, the intensity of competition in the export market was found to have a moderating effect in online export marketing. The implications of this study are as follows. The theoretical basis was established that the marketing capabilities (product development capability, distribution capability, pricing capability, public relations capability) of exporting SMEs have a positive effect on overseas market performance through online export marketing. In the market, the use of online export marketing by SMEs can provide implications in that it can be an important means for overseas market development and performance. As a result, it is necessary to actively utilize online export marketing for SMEs to enter overseas markets and achieve results.
The construction of smart factories for government SMEs is not easy due to the lack of professional manpower. The use of retired professionals is a way to solve the problem to some extent and to solve the job problem of seniors by effectively utilizing social assets. This study examines the effectiveness of using Meister based on a survey of 195 companies participating in the Smart Meister Support Program. As a result, the better pre-participation readiness and the better management and coordination of change during the participation, the more significant influence was on Meister's ability development and corporate performance. In particular, it was confirmed that Meister's competence plays a role in both 'pre-participation readiness and business performance' and 'between change management during participation and business performance'. In order to improve the performance of the smart meister business in the future, it is necessary to proactively promote the purpose and purpose of the business targeting companies that wish to participate in the business. In addition, it was found that it is necessary to support the development of change management in order to minimize the resistance to innovation during the project. Purpose: Business agility is an important key to survival for SMEs in Indonesia, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Indonesian local product distribution and service distribution are mostly served by SMEs. Agile businesses will be able to assist them in the proper distribution of products and services. This research examines how the direct and indirect influence of IT capabilities on business agility through organizational learning and business intelligence for small and medium enterprises in the distribution of Indonesian products and services. Research design, data and methodology: This research uses SEM method with SmartPLS tool. The sample of this research was conducted on small and medium enterprises in the distribution of Indonesian products and services. The sample obtained in this study was 202 SME owners or managers (strategic level). Results: Business intelligence plays a key role in improving business agility. The results of IT capability can directly and indirectly affect business agility through organizational learning. Conclusions: Business intelligence has the biggest role in increasing business agility in SMEs in Indonesia. IT capability has an indirect effect on business agility through organizational learning. The findings of this study prove that IT capabilities do not indirectly affect business agility through business intelligence.

According to statistics, it is shown that domestic SMEs rely on bank loans for the majority of fund procurement. By analyzing empirically the big data generated in the trade area, we verify the effectiveness as a credit evaluation factor and try to derive the main parameters necessary for the business performance evaluation of the founder of SMEs. In this research, for 17,116 material businesses in Seoul City that operate the service industry from 2009 to February 2018, we collect trade area information generated for each business location from Big Data specialized company NICE Zini Data Co., Ltd.. We collected and analyzed the data on the locations and commercial areas of the facilities that were difficult to obtain from SMEs and analyzed the data that affected the Corporate financial Distress.
