This paper presents a performance improvement of distributed fuzzy control system by changing the triangular membership function widths according to the input variables. The control region consists of 4 parts according to the sign of error and change of error terms. Each control part is operated by the suitable nonuniform triangular membership function. Through the simulation for the boiler-turbin model of a fossil power plant using decentralized contol, it is verified this proposal

In this paper, the new electrochemical machining method is proposed for the micro unit fabrication by using the point electrode tools. The precision shape control capacity is improved by using the point electrode method. It was observed that an electric discharge phenomenon occurs during the electrochemical machining process by using the spraying and torrent type electrolyte supply method.

This paper deals with a real time optimization algorithm within real time for DRGS(Dynamic Route Guidance System) and evaluate the algorithm. A pre-developed system offers the optimal route in using only static traffic information. In using real-time traffic information, Dynamic route guidance algorithm is needed. The serious problem in implementing it is processing time increase as nodes increase and then the real time processing is impossible. Thus, in this paper we propose the optimal route algorithm with window mechanism for the real-time processing and then evaluate the algorithms.

多數의 熱共重合 反應組들에 對하여 pseudo molecular complex 形成이 可能한가를 理論的으로 調査하였던바 例外없이 pseudo molecular complex 形成이 가능하였다. 卽, pseudo molecular complex 形成이 共重合反應組들의 共通性임을 발견하였다. 그래서 熱共重合反應은 pseudo molecular complex를 경유하여 反應이 進行하는 하나의 可能한 開始機構를 提案하였다.

We intend to analyze how a specific industry of multi layered platforms successfully organize and operate numerous stake holders. Using the online game industry as a reference, we track and define the ecosystem and provide evidence for further study. A proposal is made to investigate how the change in consumers' attitude and the technological capacity is influencing the whole ecosystem. Also suggested is to extend the findings and apply it on various tech-based ecosystems for a more thorough understanding of the industry.

It is suggested that the difference between co-referential and bound reflexive pronouns found in many languages can be accounted for by using the notion of the case extension of a type <1> quantifier. Given this proposal the co-referential pronouns get their meaning when the corresponding NP takes nominal case extension first. Bound reflexives are reflexivisers in the sense that they are not case extensions of quantifiers although they also transform binary relations into sets. Examples from Japanese and from Polish are discussed.

Concrete is incombustible and has good fire resisting properties, i. e. when exposed to fire it continues to perform satisfactorily for a reasonable period of time. Nevertheless, with time and high temperature gradient, brought about the fire, causes cracking and spatting. Further deterioration and loss of strength are caused by gradual dehydration of concrete paste. This paper is aimed to make a proposal for the design and construction of reinforced concrete structures with more sufficent resistance to fire by the theoritical analysis, which is base4 on investigation of general damages by the fire and change of properties on concrete influenced by high temperature.

As construction technology advances, most of civil engineering structures are becoming larger and taller. Therefore, high strength concrete is necessary for them. For high strength concrete, it needs a large amount of unit cement content and low water-cement ratio inevitably, so that a large amount of heat occurs in concrete. The thermal cracks make the durability and quality of concrete structures become worse, result from temperature rise and thermal stress due to heat of hydration. In this study, the proposal of using ground granulated blast furnace slag, fly ash and chemical admixtures was investigated to decrease the temperature rise of concrete.

Recently keeping pace with globalization, many international conferences and athletic games are being held in Korea. After 911 terror in New York in 2001, Korean government dispatched Zaytun Division in Iraq and this fact has also led to voice concerns that Korea should be prepared to protect from biological terrors as soon as possible. It is important to develop the bioterrorism emergency medical training for public health students including paramedic in Korea. So I propose the development of bioterrorism education curriculum.
