Information technology is a useful strategic weapon that can create competitive advantage and new business opportunity by applying it in the organization' value chain. IT convergence can be understood as an attempt of industrial level IT adoption to facilitate the innovation of the industry and the birth of a new industry. This study provides the comprehensive review of the Korean government' three IT assimilation programs, ubiquitous technology diffusion program of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, u-service program of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, and u-Defence cooperation program of the Department of Defense. The analysis is done through the interpretation of the existing literature and the logic model. The result proposes inter-agency cooperation and building of new technology road-map in the planning stage, flexible management in the execution phase, and failure tolerant evaluation system. The proposal for developing competencies and institutional foundations for IT convergence also presented.

This study is purposed to setting up collective building for the provincial culture. And this cultural complex will be constructed facilities for geochang-gun residence's need and traditional culture. It is carried out those as follows;(l) it is, first of all, examined architectural factors concerned about an opinion of residence's and demand of geochang-gun; (2) it is, secondly, established location of plot that it is analyzed an alternative proposal considering it's merits and faults;(3) it is, finally, suggested facilities of It's The result of study, A development planning of geochang-gun cultural complex is suggested that it is induced to 'cultural institute', 'traditional succession hall' and 'traditional art center'. It is, Ultimately, focused development of geochang-gun cultural inheritance considering harmony of the new and the old.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to research the revision efficiency of the referenced specifications/standards for raw and subsidiary materials in the field of national defense. Methods: Firstly, it was carried out to investigate the all of the Korean military drawings and establish the database for specifications/standards referenced in the field of national defense. Secondly, it was reviewed the validity of referenced specifications/standards of raw and subsidiary materials. Finally, proposal documents were made for invalid referenced specifications/standards of raw and subsidiary materials in order to suggest alternative specifications/standards. Results: All of the specifications/standards referenced in the Korean military drawings were 11,924 kinds and raw and subsidiary specifications/standards were 2,711 kinds. The proposal documents for revision of invalid referenced specifications/standards were suggested and approved by the military procurement standardization committee of DAPA (Defense Acquisition Program Administration). Therefore, the revision process of 472 kinds of referenced specifications/standards and 160,177 papers of the Korean military drawings were finished. Conclusion: Based on the results of this investigation, it could be significantly reduce to administrative costs and efforts through revision of referenced specifications/standards instead of conventional engineering change.

Proxy Mobile IPv6(PMIPv6)는 이동 노드에게 이동성 관리 기능을 요구하지 않는 네트워크 기반의 이동성 관리 프로토콜이다. PMIPv6에서 Mobile Access Gateway(MAG)는 이동노드가 이동 할 때마다 원거리에 위치한 Local Mobility Anchor(LMA)에 위치등록을 수행해야 하며, 이러한 위치등록은 네트워크의 과도한 트래픽과 LMA 부하를 증가시키는 원인이 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 PMIPv6 환경에서 동적 페이징 지원을 위한 이동성 관리기법을 제안하였다. 제안기법에서는 위치등록비용을 감소하기 위해서 페이징 기법을 적용하였으며, 페이징 영역의 크기는 이동노드의 이동 및 통신 패턴에 따라 동적으로 조정된다. 제안기법의 성능을 분석하기 위하여 유체유동(fluid flow) 모델을 이용한 비용 계산식을 구하였으며, 수학적인 비용 분석 결과를 통하여 제안기법이 PMIPv6보다 우수한 성능을 제공함을 알 수 있다.

연이어 발생한 온라인 성범죄 사건과 코로나 바이러스 확산에 의한 온라인 수업 전환으로 인해 학교 내에서 이루어지는 성교육의 대안이 절실하게 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 메타버스를 활용하여 시공간의 제약이 없는 새로운 성교육 플랫폼을 제안한다.

The construction of great deep tunnels has become an important part in tunnel construction especially in the mountain area. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the proper method of the stability analysis for great deep tunnels. In this paper presents the study result on the followings: (1) Evaluation of practical problem on the stability analysis of great deep tunnels. (2) Proposal of the proper on method for great deep tunnels analysis considering the depth of overburden. (3) Understanding of the ground behavior of the great deep tunnel through the sensitivity analysis and the parametric study.

Geosynthetics have been studied especially Korean Railway earth works from the outset and have proved successful in both technical and economic terms. Hitherto Geosynthetics have been given consideration chiefly in dimensioning the requisite track subbase thickness, but have not been considered when calculating the thickness of the frost protection layer. this often made it impossible to reduce the thickness of the subbase. The article therefore puts forward a proposal for considering the German Geosynthetics in dimensioning the requisite thickness of the frost protection layer.

Various successful TQM procedures have contributed to solve the problems in actual business, but recently it is required to more speedily perform the improvement activity and to challenge solving foreseen latent engineering problems in addition to existing ones. This paper proposes a new scientific methodology which enables us to perform the requirements and to improve the principle of TQM. The performance of the proposed method is illustrated through same practical studies.

The increase of triglyceride in blood can be a signal of an increasing danger of arterial diseases when insulin resistance. diabetes. HDL -cholesterol decrease is accompanied. It is adjusted to triglyceride level in blood by a balance. which seems to be absorbed from VLDL metabolism in liver and by lipoprotein lipase activity. The hyper-triglyceride disease treatment proposal role should match with suppression does into liver or elimination of a triglyceride. (omitted)
