This paper proposes using micro-learning at Saudi universities. It commences with an account of the concept of micro-learning and the difference between micro-learning and electronic learning. Then it touches on the significance, principles, and examples of micro-learning, followed by some micro-learning applications and pitfalls. The paper closes with a proposal for using this learning mode at Saudi universities.

현재 시험 중심의 역사 교육으로 인해 10 대 연령층에서 한국사에 대한 관심이 감소하는 추세라고 한다.[1] 이에 대한 해결 방안으로 역사적 인물의 MBTI 및 위치 기반 인증 서비스를 활용한 애플리케이션을 제안함으로써 한국사에 대한 관심을 높이고 문화재 접근성 또한 개선하고자 한다.

이 논문에서는 음선 추적을 이용한 세선화 보정 및 의사 특징 점 제거에 관하여 연구하였다. 세선화 보정 과정은 첫째로, 교차수가 6인 픽셀 중에서 8-이웃 연결합이 3이 아닌 경우 불필요한 픽셀을 삭제하고 둘째로, 교차수가 6인 픽셀의 주위 8픽셀 중에서 융선에 해당하는 픽셀과 교파수가 2인 픽셀을 시작 픽셀로 하여 융선을 추적하면서 제거할 픽셀이 없을 때까지 반복하여 처리한다. 세선화 보정이 끝나면 교차 수와 8-이웃 연결합을 이용하여 후보 특징 점을 추출하였다. 추출된 후보 특징 점 중에서 의사 특징 점 제거 알고리즘을 이용하여 실제 특징 점을 재 추출하였다. 제안 방법의 성능 평가를 위하여 기존 방법과 비교하였으며, 실험결과 제안방법이 세선화정도가 우수하고 많은 의사 특징 점들이 제거되었음을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 외국어 계열과 IT 계열의 창의적 인력 양성을 위한 융합적 교육 방안에 관한 제언을 목적으로 한다. 학계와 기업, 그리고 정부는 지금까지 대학졸업자의 취업을 위해서 수많은 변화와 노력을 시도하였고, 더 나은 방향을 제시하고자 여러 사업과 계획들을 추진하였다. 그러나 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 여전히 대학졸업생의 취업률이 심각한 사회문제로 남아 있는 게 현실이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 국내 대학 및 전문대학의 취업률을 고찰하고, 상대적으로 취업률이 저조한 외국어 계열 대학의 취업률을 높이기 위해서 IT 계열과의 융합교육 방안을 제안한다. 세부적으로 창의성, 차별성, 현지성, 그리고 융합성이라는 새로운 패러다임을 만들고, 이를 바탕으로 노동시장의 한계점을 극복할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Rider jackets were once reserved for military uniforms but have become an important styling item in recent fashion trends. The design characteristics of the rider jacket are rooted in symbolism, and the image associated with a rider jacket is in line with the challenging of authority and being a member of the rebellious youth subculture. Usually, young people with anti-social tendencies wore jackets, and some styles were used as a medium to express their emotional homogeneity, and they received favorable responses as the items represented them. The design characteristics of a rider jacket can be largely divided into resistance against the older generation, violence, challenging cultural norms, sexuality, and resistance, as well as embodying violent characteristics, including strength, courage. and male chauvinism. The reason for the development of these challenging characteristics are disparagement and anger of the lower class, who were excluded from mainstream society. Rider jackets can be viewed negatively due to the kind of message it is conveying against mainstream society. Among the sexual features were leather pants, short-length leather rider jackets, glossy metal accessories, and belt buckles, which also highlighted gay and decadent images that came to be associated with the jackets. The drapery created various kinds of wrinkles according to the way of dressing, and it had beautiful expressiveness while serving to express the body more beautifully. Drapery can be classified according to the aesthetic characteristics or expression techniques, and if the type of drapery is classified according to the morphological characteristics, it can be classified into variable and fixed structures, depending on whether the part to which the drapery is applied is fluid or not. In other words, it depends on the dressing method or the intention, and if the drapery technique is directly applied to the garment or is attached to the form. This fashion design proposal may have the greatest significance in that it sought to propose a new style incorporating a drapery technique with a strong feminine image to a rider jacket, which traditionally was associated with a masculine image.

E-Learning 시스템에서 학습자의 학습 욕구와 효과를 높이기 위하여 다양한 학습 콘텐츠를 적용하고 있다. 이러한 학습 콘텐츠로는 텍스트, 동영상, 소리, 그림 등을 들 수 있다. 그러나 파일크기가 큰 멀티미디어 학습 콘텐츠는 많은 전송 서비스 시간을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 LCMS에서 관리 및 처리되는 멀티미디어 학습 콘텐츠를 보다 빠르고 효율적으로 서비스하기 위한 LMS의 스케줄링 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 LMS에 스케줄러와 메시지 큐를 두었으며, 학습이 진행되는 동안 학습 콘텐츠 요구에 대한 결과정보를 LMS에 저장하였다. 학습자의 학습 콘텐츠 요구가 있을 경우 LCMS에 접속하지 않고 LMS에 저장된 학습 콘텐츠 정보를 활용함으로서 보다 빠르고 효율적인 학습 콘텐츠 지원이 가능하도록 하였다. 본 기법의 적용결과로서 학습 초기에는 기존의 기법에 비하여 학습 콘텐츠 서비스가 늦게 나타났으나 학습이 진행될수록 보다 빠른 서비스가 가능하였다.

The Taekwondo uniform has remained consistent since it was officially designed in a V-neck form in 1976. Taekwondo is a martial art that emphasizes social etiquette; therefore, it is necessary to dress in a uniform that reflects Korean traditions and ancient oriental philosophy. However, the current official uniform has limitations in endowing traditionality and many usability problems. Thus, recognizing the problems raised with the uniform, the Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquarters) developed a new style official uniform in 2011. This study is to endow traditional meaning to a new style uniform and proposes some design modifications that can convey a more traditional adequacy. The development of the new official uniform began with a specific plan for change from the existing uniform, this study as subsequent work is significant in that its endowment of symbolism and modification proposal is for the actual execution and global dissemination of traditional Taekwondo culture. The results of this study are as follows. First, we can endow Korea's traditional historicity and symbolism to the new uniform in form and colors. All contents of the design (in which the front side is open, the top is adjusted rightward, the rear length is shorter than the front length, comfort provided by side vents, dual collars for children's uniforms, and a belt) are adapted from the Korean traditional costume. Consequently, historicity can be endowed to the uniform. It is also confirmed that the traditional oriental philosophy including heaven and earth (天地), Yin-Yang (陰陽), and Five Elements (五行) can be endowed in the use of colors. Second, in order to project deeper historicity and symbolism to the form of the new uniform, this study proposes design modifications based on the selection as an item of Simui (深衣), a type of traditional clothing that contains a high symbolism similar to the Taekwondo uniform. It proposes giving shape to the practice of manners, the righteous life, and the straightforward mind by modifying the design of the uniform in the fish belly part of the sleeves, collars, back stitches, and side seams.

소프트웨어 개발 시 요구사항들이 개발시스템에 반영되었는지 추적하는 일은 매우 중요하다. 하지만 기존 연구들은 대부분 요구사항추적표를 개발관리방법론에 따른 전체 SDLC에 모두 적용하고 있다. 그리고 추적항목이 많으며 추적방법이 복잡하여 실제 정보시스템 개발에서는 실질적인 관리가 거의 이루어지고 있지 않아 실용성에 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 요구사항추적표를 제안요청 및 제안단계부터 SDLC단계 중에서 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 적용범위와 요구사항추적에 꼭 필요한 항목만을 구성한 개선된 추적표를 제안하고 이를 적용한 K사의 정보시스템 개발프로젝트의 6개 실제 적용 사례를 통하여 그 효과를 확인 하였다.

미디어 빅뱅이란 말이 나올 만큼 미디어가 폭발적으로 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 정작 저널리즘은 위기를 맞는 역설적 현상이 나타나고 있다. '사람들(수용자)이 자유로워지고 자신을 스스로 통제하는 데에 필요한 정보를 제공하는' 저널리즘의 목적에 비추어 볼 때, 저널리즘의 위기는 곧바로 '수용자 복지'의 훼손으로 귀결된다. 따라서 저널리즘 위기의 실체를 정확히 규명하는 일이 저널리즘의 공공성을 확보할 수 있는 선행과제다. 이 논문은 저널리즘의 존재 원칙에서 진실과 공정을 기본윤리로 개념화하고, 한국 저널리즘이 얼마나 그 기준에 부합하는지를 분석했다. 그 결과 우리 시대가 풀어가야 할 주요 의제에 대해 한국 저널리즘은 진실과 공정의 기본 윤리조차 지키지 않고 있음을 확인했다. 저널리즘 위기의 실체를 근본적으로 '존재 원칙의 위기'로 규명한 뒤 이를 극복하기 위한 방안을 제시했다. 미국의 '저널리즘을 걱정하는 언론인위원회'의 연구를 소개하며, 한국 언론학계가 언론 단체와 유기적 결합을 통해 저널리즘 살리기에 나설 것을 제안했다.

이 논문은 글로리아 안살두아의 "경계지대/국경"을 통해 저자의 경계지대 기획에 대해 분석하고 있다. 미국의 지리적 상상력의 강력한 흐름 중 하나는 '산위에 있는 동네'라는 개념을 기원으로 하고 있다. 이 개념은 미국 역사에 중요한 족적을 남겼다. 가령, 미국의 국제 정치에서 고립주의 정책의 시발점이 되었다. 그러나 그것은 완전한 고립주의가 아니라 필요에 따라 경계선 긋기와 경계선 넘기를 선택하는 경계선 권력의 행사를 의미한다. 안살두아의 경계지대 기획은 경계라는 분할선을 경계지대라는 공간으로 바꾸자는 제안이다. 이는 경계선 권력에 대한 도전이요, 고립주의를 낳은 지리적 상상력에 대한 도전이고, 궁극적으로는 역사 전쟁의 성격을 지니고 있다. 이 역사 전쟁은 단지 치카노인들의 복원을 겨냥한 민족주의적 전쟁이 아니라, 미국 사회의 미래를 가늠하는 현재적 성격을 띤다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.
