The need for total enterprise management that covers from accepting orders, design, cost, procurement, manufacture, and delivery has been recently raised in order for efficient project management of small and medium size plant construction enterprises. This trend is reflected in the introduction of EPM(Enterprise Project Management) solutions by some shipbuilding enterprises and large construction corporations. In step with the trend, small and medium size plant construction enterprises are enabled to provide knowledge base in terms of reducing cost and production period and managing portfolio for accepting orders and attaining contract by inducing customized EPM This study presents a design of customized EPM based on a case study of a company. It exhibits a collaborative/collaboration resource-supply model which can be universally applied to small and medium size job-order production enterprises. The research discusses that under the assumption that information is shared internally between departments on planning, supply, manufacture, and quality control in order to create collaborative environment and close participation is created externally between suppliers and orderers, productivity can be improved in cost reduction through planning efficient collaborative supply model.

건설 전단계에서 통합적인 관리를 위해서는 건설 전단계에 걸친 관리가 이루어져야 하고, 이러한 프로세스가 원활히 이루어지기 위해서는 자재의 원활한 조달이 이루어져야 한다. 현재 국내${\cdot}$외에서는 공급사슬관리를 위한 도구로서 인터넷을 활용한 통합조달과 자재의 분류체계를 통한 인터넷활용 방안에 대하여 연구${\cdot}$개발중이다. 본 연구의 목적은 건설자재 중 전기설비자재인 케이블덕트관의 공장제작과정과, 공정과정 흐름을 모델링하여 각 단계에서 발생되는 낭비요소들을 파악하여 개선점을 제시하는데 있다.

The study on the efficiency analysis of Korean automobile parts companies is mostly based on the calculation of the size of output such as sales. However, the performance indicators such as sales, operating profit, and net profit are directly related to the cost structure, and this cost structure is affected by changes in the company's asset structure and capital structure. As a result, it is necessary that efficient capital procurement should be done at the same time to create efficient management performance through proper investment. In this study, we aim to measure the efficiency of asset and capital procurement compared to the sales figures, such as sales, generated by 33 primary suppliers who supply parts to Hyundai Kia Motors. For this purpose, this study proposed a DEA cross analysis model that can simultaneously measure efficiency in terms of input assets and capital procurement based on the same management performance when analyzing the efficiency of domestic auto parts companies.

건설 프로젝트의 자원관리는 공사원가의 절감, 건축물의 공정 및 품질확보에 직접적으로 관계되어 이외의 공사관리요소와 함께 매우 중요한 요소를 차지하고 있다. 하지만 자원소요계획은 공사초기에 수립되고 고려요소가 다양하여 전사적 차원의 자원소요계획을 수립하기에는 한계가 있고, 관리자간의 정보단절로 실적정보관리가 불가능하다. 건설공사의 유기적 관리를 위해서는 각 관리요소의 체계적 구성이 필요하며, 각 관리간의 사업수행정보와 실적자료의 주기적인 갱신으로 이루어져야 한다. 이에 현장변동상창을 반영하고 효과적인 자원소요계획을 수립하기 위해서는 비용 일정 통합관리의 실적 데이터를 이용하여 자원소요량 산출근거를 명확히 하고, 효율적인 자원소요계획체계를 구성하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비용$\cdot$일정 통합관리를 이용한 자원소요량 산출방법을 제시하였으며, 비용$\cdot$일정 통합관리를 이용한 자원 조달관리 업무프로세스를 분석하여 체계적인 자원소요계획 체계를 마련하였다.

In this study, the improvement of the IP system, which is the core infrastructure of the MRO project, and its effect were analyzed. Systematic problems and problems that are not competitive in the actual operating environment were systematically derived, and based on this, the most suitable method for target system development was found and improved. And the data of the improved system was analyzed and the effect was verified through empirical analysis of the system improvement effect through the user questionnaire. As a result of the study, the item with the highest improvement effect was convenience, which increased by 12.43 points. Then it increased by 10.25 points in terms of features. In particular, you will notice a significant improvement in speed by 30-50%. This is because the empirical analysis results are more objective and realistic than other conceptual models. Also, from the practical point of view, based on the results of the empirical analysis, corporate management can more effectively promote the intellectual property system, which is expected to contribute to the enhancement of corporate competitiveness.

국내 공공 건설공사 공사비 수준이 시장 상황을 합리적으로 반영하지 못하고 있는 인식이 산업 전반에 널리 펴져 있는 가운데, 총사업비 관리 프로세스 상의 과도한 공사비 조정이 공사비의 적정성 미확보에 대한 핵심 원인 중 하나로 지목되고 있다. 정부는 건설 프로젝트 총사업비 산정 및 관리 프로세스에서 삭감 위주의 정책을 펼치고 있으며, 산업계에서는 예정가격 대비 낙찰가격의 수준은 매우 낮다는 인식이 일반적이다. 본 연구에서는 총사업비 관리 프로세스를 개선하기 위한 목적으로 총사업비 산정 및 관리 프로세스에 대한 분석을 수행한다. 입·낙찰 방식별 총사업비가 단계별 조정되는 과정을 분석하고, 사업구상 단계 대비 낙찰가격의 수준에 대한 정량적 비교분석 결과를 도출한다.

본 연구는 공공구매시장에서 중소기업 기술개발제품에 대한 경쟁요인(낙찰가격, 조달적합품질, 납품사후서비스, 납기)이 만족에 미치는 영향과 만족이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하고, 제도요인으로 정책부합성의 조절효과를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과 경쟁요인은 만족에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 만족은 재구매 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 경쟁요인과 만족 간 관계에서 정책부합성은 유의한 조절효과를 나타냈으며, 구매자 혁신성에 따라 재구매 의도에 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 기술혁신형 중소기업에게 공공구매시장에서의 마케팅 전략수립에 필요한 실무적 시사점을 제공하고, 민간시장 중심의 고객만족 연구를 공공구매시장까지 확장했다는데 연구의 중요한 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 조달청의 종합성과관리시스템에 대한 사례를 제시하는 것이다. 조달청은 최초 구축한 성과관리시스템의 개선 및 보완 작업을 통해 2006년 초에 BSC 시스템을 구축하였으며, 그 결과 미션과 비전과 전략과제로부터 도출된 CSF와 KPI의 활용을 통해 부서와 개인에 대한 성과측정과 평가를 자동적으로 연계할 수 있게 되었다. 이는 공무원도 기업처럼 성과에 따른 보상을 함으로써 더욱 향상된 고객서비스를 제공하고, 평가 결과를 통하여 인사, 보수 등에 있어서 인센티브와 디스인센티브를 적절히 활용하여 경쟁과 성과보상의 조직으로 확고한 자리를 잡고자 하는 데 기여하였다. 또한BSC 구축은 부서중심의 개인평가체계의 강화, 다양한 평가체계에 대한 통합구성 및 실적주기별 목표관리에 의한 달성률 모니터링 체계의 구축을 가능하게 하였다. 이와 같은 조달청에 대한 사례 제시는 향후 다른 공공조직의 BSC 구축에 대한 방향을 제시할 것이며, 성과관리시스템 구축 방안과 성공요인에 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

오늘날 많은 기업들은 MRO 구매를 아웃소싱하고 있다. 따라서 MRO 제품의 효율적 공급을 위하여 MRO 제품 공급자에 대한 평가는 매우 중요한 사안이 되고 있으나, 제품과 공급자의 수가 급격하게 증가함에 따라 매우 복잡한 작업이 되었다. 경쟁력있는 가격에 좋은 제품을 공급하는 공급자를 선별해 내기 위해서는 공급자의 이력 등에 대한 매우 체계적인 분석과 평가를 필요로 한다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라의 대표적 MRO 전자 구매 대행 기업의 공급자 평가 시스템에 대한 사례분석을 하고자 한다. 공급자 평가를 통해 소싱 업무의 의사결정을 지원하는 이 시스템은 3차례의 성능개선 프로젝트를 거치게 되었다. 이 과정에서 도출한 주요 관리적 함의를 TOE 관점에서 정리함으로써 조직 내 의사결정지원시스템의 성공적 도입을 위한 전략을 제언을 정리한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify key performance evaluation items and factors that are effective and practical for project management of defense standard standard improvement projects, and to develop a quantitative performance evaluation model. Methods: For the development of a performance evaluation model for defense standard improvement projects, we analyzed past major project performance and derived evaluation items and factors. To increase the objectivity and efficiency of project evaluation, we developed an evaluation index that enables relative evaluation of evaluation targets, and calculated the main importance of evaluation items using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on the main opinions of expert groups. Results: The study resulted in the identification of main performance items for defense standard improvement projects, which were classified into defense standard conformity review performance and defense standard improvement performance items. We also simplified the evaluation model by integrating various evaluation items into similar evaluation factors. Additionally, we developed a quantitative evaluation index that enables relative evaluation of the targets and verified the objectivity and validity of the suggested performance evaluation model by reevaluating it using performance data from past commissioned professional institutions Conclusion: Developing a quantitative evaluation model for defense standard improvement projects is expected to provide a means of measuring the effectiveness of the project, and to be used as a tool to determine the appropriateness and effectiveness of medium and long-term project plans.
