Because XML is a W3C standard and has characteristics like platform-independent, it has a critical role in e-commerce. Business rules and procedures should be standardized for efficient B2B integration. But a lot of companies has its own XML documents instead of standard documents. Therefore many organizations try to make standards for e-commerce based on framework. In this paper, n messaging system is designed and implemented. Client request service in a XML and server return response in XML in this system. So we can more easily and efficiently build e-Procurement system based on this XML messaging system.

국내의 SOC 사업은 효과적 인 사업운영이 이루어질 수 있는 업무추진 절차와 체계가 미비하여 사업수행 과정에서 많은 문제점들이 도출되고 있다. 따라서 SOC사업 전 단계의 기능별로 업무절차를 정형화하고 시스템적으로 체계화하여 효과적인 사업관리가 이루어질 수 있는 기반 구축이 절실하다. 본 연구는 SOC 사업의 조달관리 단계를 중심으로 기존의 프로세스를 규명하고 문제점들을 도출하는 것을 주 목적으로 하고 있으며, 향후 연구를 위해 효과적 인 조달관리 프로세스 모델을 구축하기 위한 기본 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 효율적인 SOC 사업 추진을 위한 기반을 마련할 수 있도록 하고 관련 업무와의 연계를 통해 통합된 관리체계를 구축할 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 조달관리 프로세스를 인천국제공항의 사례를 중심으로 조사하여 IDEFO 모델링 기법을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 설문 및 면담조사를 수행하여 현행 조달관리 프로세스에 대한 문제점을 도출하여 체계적인 조달관리 프로세스 모델 구축을 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 전자구매시스템의 도입을 통해 구매성과기대에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 다음의 가설이 설정되었다. H1 : 근무호텔의 특성(호텔등급, 객실 수, 경영형태, 직원 수)에 따라 전자구매시스템도입에 대한 필요성지각에는 차이가 있을 것이다; H2 : 전자구매 시스템 도입에 대한 필요성 지각은 식자재, 음자재, 객실소모성 및 청소용품, 시설 관련 일반자재 구매에 대한 성과 기대에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다; H2-1, H2-1, H2-3, H2-4 : 전자구매 시스템 도입에 대한 필요성 지각이 식자재, 음자재, 객실소모성 및 청소용품, 시설 관련 일반자재 구매성과기대에 미치는 영향에 있어서 직급과 직무는 조절변수역할을 할 것이다. 결과적으로 전자구매시스템도입에 대한 필요성 지각은 구매기대성과에 비례하는 것으로 나타났으며, 직급과 직무의 조절변수역할에 대한 검증은 부분채택 되었다.

최근 국제유가의 상승으로 인해 산업설비 시장은 신규 투자와 기존시설의 개보수 등 시장의 활황이 유지되고 있으며, 대형 프로젝트의 발주가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 해외 산업 경쟁력을 향상하고 성공적인 프로젝트 수행과 운영을 위해서는 프로젝트의 관리기술 및 기법이 요구된다. 하지만 산업설비 분야의 구매관리는 설계 ${\cdot}$ 시공관리 기술에 비하여 대외경쟁력이 부족한 실정이고, 개인적인 경험과 직관에 의존하는 등 체계적인 구매정보의 관리 모델의 체시가 미흡한 실정이다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 구매정보 관리모델의 개념 고찰 후 구매관리 업무의 프로세스를 분석하고 구매 관리 업무 지원을 위한 세부정보를 분석하였으며 정보가 요구 시점, 대상, 주체를 분석하였다. 체계적인 구매정보 관리 모델을 제시하기 위하여 구매관리 업무 주요 콘텐츠 분류체계를 제시하고 구매정보 관리모델과 시스템 구축을 위한 선행 연구를 제시하였다.

As a recent global trend, the majority of mega-size plant projects are delivered through EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts, where a single contract is awarded for engineering, procurement, and construction. Under this contracting mechanism, it is challenging for contractors to carry out the projects under traditional project management processes used in design-bid-build projects. A new EPC Plant, the POSCO Special Steel Plant in Changwon, was built successfully at the beginning of 2012 and it is currently in full-scale production. The project has encountered a number of major difficulties however, with some technical and managerial issues through its development process. As summarized in this paper, the authors (as project participants with the contractor) investigated it as a post construction analysis and recorded the Lessons-learned for future project management improvement.

Efficiency and objectiveness are the most critical issues in the evaluation of software projects. It is beneficial not only to software companies participated in bids, but to administrators of projects. This study attempts to find an improvement in the evaluation process by connecting the historical data of bidding companies in the software company report system with the governmental procurement system. The proposed means will eliminate unnecessary and repetitive submission step of bidding companies and provide the administrator with objective evaluation process. Also, this paper proposes an automated process for quantifying the business experience of bidding companies.

본 연구에서는 국내로 수입되는 유연탄을 대상으로 복수의 위험요소를 동시에 고려하여 위험관리할 수 있는 조달모형을 제시한다. 또한 제시된 모형이 기존 모형에 비해 조달비용 흐름의 안정화 측면에서 우월한지 여부를 정량적으로 검정한다. 실증분석 결과에 의하면, 위험요소를 분리하여 개별적으로 헤징하는 것이 조달비용 흐름을 안정화시킬 수 있지만, 반드시 최선의 선택이 아닐 수 있다. 즉, 분리헤징 형태에 비해 복합헤징 형태로 헤징할 경우 조달비용의 표준편차는 크게 감소한다. 이로써 석탄가격, 해상운임, 환율 등 위험요소들 사이에 존재하는 분산-공분산 관계를 충분히 활용함으로써 헤징효과를 향상시킬 수 있다.

Resource procurement is an important management area because cost of resource covers 40％ of total construction project cost and resource delivery has direct relationship with project performance. Integration of cost provides various potentials for effective and efficient project control. This study investigates the usefulness of time in resource procurement management focused on materials. These days, construction projects have characterized manufacture because of industrialization and component. Therefore, application of systematic resource planning has been requested in the construction. There are many companies conducting procurement of resource on the web by applying MRP, ERP etc. in the construction. However, in applying them in the construction yet, there is obstruction. MRP has the character doing its function under accurate cost prediction of resource. But prediction of resource is difficult in industry mechanism of the construction. If accurate cost prediction of resource is possible in the construction, it will be expected to reduce cost of procurement of resource substantially by applying successful resource planning model in the manufacture. On the basis of recent current, the purpose of study is to present procurement of resource system that period observance of construction and minimization of stock is possible by reflecting accurate lead-time to apply proactive thought to be able to cope with alteration of construction schedule efficiently in analyzing resource planning of the construction site.

나라장터 또는 KONEPS (Korean ON-line E-Procurement System)라 불리는 국가종합전자조달시스템은 2002년 개시이래, 대한민국 공공조달의 핵심적인 시스템으로 자리잡아왔다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 국가종합조달시스템의 개시 이후 관련법령의 개정내용과 사용 중 발생되는 사용자 입장에서의 불편과 비효율적인 부분에 대한 실무적 개선방향에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 주요 국가별 정부조달에 대한 사례와 우리나라 국가종합전자조달시스템의 세부 프로세스 및 기능 등을 분석하고, 국가종합전자조달시스템의 개시이후 개정된 조달법령을 확인하였다. 국가종합전자조달시스템 사용자가 조달물품 구매를 위해 종합쇼핑몰에서 온라인 구매를 할 경우, 동일 제품을 일반 온라인 쇼핑몰 구매 시와 비교해 옵션 선택의 불편함과 구매 이후의 사용자 피드백에 대한 부분, 구매절차 일원화에 대해 초점을 두어 분석하였다. 본 연구는 국가종합전자조달시스템에서 구매 및 사용에 이르는 과정에서 발생하는 불편한 점과 비효율적인 부분에 대한 실무적인 개선방안을 제시하고 있다. 향후 본 연구에서 사용된 사례에 대한 연구모형과 조달법령기반 기능에 관한 설문을 토대로 실증 연구 및 공사계약에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구는 커튼월 공사의 적시생산(Just-In-Time; JIT) 관리를 지원할 수 있는 양중조달관리 시스템의 개발 방향의 제시를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해서 건설업에 있어서 적시생산의 개념을 살펴본 후, 커튼월 자재의 속성을 파악하고 현장과 문헌조사를 통하여 현장 물류관리의 문제점을 파악하였다. 이러한 문제점에 대한 해결방안으로서 본 연구에서는 커튼월 공사의 JIT 관리를 위한 양중 조달 시스템의 개발 방향을 제시하였다.
