  • Recently policy and clouding system to mandate the introduction of BIM in construction industry, various sensors technology, BIM in ICT technology and fusion, such as 3D scanning and printing technology has been further activated. However, the expression level of diversification associated with it, plan within one of the BIM project, design, engineering, it is difficult to have a different application has been consistent for each field, such as construction. Thus fell the efficiency of BIM apply, it is difficult to determine the appropriate level of BIM in the business early stage in order destination of position. In this study, in order to solve this problem, by utilizing SLA used in the IT field, it attempts to explore scheme which can be evaluated targeted level of BIM suitable for business in the planning phase.

  • 본 연구는 국제 통상 협상에서의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 전략으로서의 표준특허의 확보 중요성과 그 대응책을 모색하기 위한 연구로서, 다양한 자료들을 분석하여 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 표준특허 확보의 중요성은, 표준특허의 선정과 관리를 효율적으로 운영함과 동시에, 제정 표준이 그 역할을 제대로 하도록 지속적으로 모니터링하여 이용자의 편의를 증진시킴으로써, 지원 기관의 지원 목적을 달성하고, 향후 국가 신산업 성장 동력의 새로운 기반으로 기능할 수 있도록 선순환 구조화를 통해, 표준을 제정한 의미를 제고함과 동시에, 국제통상 경쟁력의 새로운 원천수단으로 삼는 데에 있다. 이를 위해서는 국가적으로 지속적인 제도적 지원과 아울러 다양한 특허 창출 전략별 지원책이 각 Phase별로 특화되어 세부적으로 도입되어져야 하며, 특히 개별 중소중견기업과 연구소 자체 인력만으로는 상대적으로 어려운 국제 특허 동향과 표준화 현황, 국제표준화기구들과의 다양한 정보의 획득과 확산을 정부 섹터에서 맡아, 실질적인 산관학 협력을 통하여 관련 지원성과가 단계별로 창출될 수 있도록 제도화하여야 한다. 특히 기존 경쟁력 우위 산업분야의 표준특허 창출 연구는 대기업과 정부출연연이 진행하고, 4차산업혁명 및 신성장동력 (예: Block Chain, Fin-Tech 외) 산업 분야는 역량있는 중소중견기업과 대학 연구소가 주축으로 표준특허 창출 연구를 진행하는 맞춤형 전주기적 관리 모델을 정립하고 장기적으로 이의 실행을 모니터링하여 지식재산 정책의 효율성을 제고함으로써, 궁극적으로 통상 협상의 경쟁력을 강화하여, 표준특허의 창출과 관리가 향후 급변하는 국제정세 속에서의 통상 경쟁력의 핵심 요인으로 기능할 수 있도록 확보전략을 마련해야 한다.

맞춤형 방문구강보건사업 현황조사 (A study on the state of customized visiting oral health programs)

  • Objectives : This study was to examine the state of customized visiting oral health programs in a bid to help facilitate the unified operation of the programs and the development of required guidelines. Methods : The subjects in this study were 49 dental hygienists who were professionals responsible for customized visiting health care programs across the nation. Results : 1. Regarding the form of employment of the dental hygienists were investigated many contract and daily workers. 2. As to the possession of equipment necessary for visiting oral health programs, denture cleaners(12.2%) were most widely possessed in some regions, followed by mobile scalers(10.2%) and mobile suctions(8.2%). In terms of expendable devices and materials, dental mirrors, pincettes and explorers were the most widely possessed dental checkup devices, and the most widely possessed oral hygiene supplies were toothbrushes, interdental brushes and denture cleaners. Those devices and materials were in more possession than the other types of devices and materials. The most widely possessed equipment for educational purpose was laptop computers, followed by beam projectors and screens. The most widely possessed teaching materials were dentiform, followed by CD-ROMs. 3. Those whom they visited the most for oral health care service were elderly people, followed by the disabled and patients with chronic diseases. The dental hygienists who went out to visit those people outnumbered the others who stayed at public health centers. Concerning the types of visiting oral health care service, the most prevalent service provided to the elderly included denture cleaning/management, oral massage and preventive treatment against dental caries. The most dominant service provided to the disabled involved education of the oral health care act, preventive treatment against dental caries and toothbrushing by professionals. The most common service offered to patients with chronic diseases was education of the oral health care act and oral health education. The dental hygienists paid a visit to a mean of 5.8 households a day. The average weekly number of households cared by the dental hygienists was 27.3. It took a mean of 37.1 minutes for them to take care of each household. 4. As for satisfaction level with the implementation of the visiting oral health programs, they expressed the greatest satisfaction at teamwork with professionals($3.56{\pm}0.94$), followed by the professionalism of their work($3.21{\pm}0.94$) and workload($3.08{\pm}0.94$). Their satisfaction level with the work conditions required for creative job performance($2.75{\pm}0.98$) and partnership with other institutions($2.64{\pm}1.03$) was below 3.0. In regard to the impact of their characteristics, marital status made a statistically significant difference to satisfaction level with workload. The unmarried dental hygienists were more pleased with their workload than the married ones(p<0.05). 5. As to needs for education for professionalism improvement, they asked for education about visiting oral health care skills the most, followed by education about oral health care for patients with chronic diseases, education of planning/evaluation and education of oral health care for the disabled. Conclusions : The top priority for the vitalization of the programs was the procurement of budget, followed by the procurement of equipment and educational media and the procurement of human resources.

GPS/INS에 의한 항공사진측량의 블럭조정 (Block Adjustment with GPS/INS in Aerial Photogrammetry)

  • In this thesis, two test flights were conducted in Gwacheon and Suwon area to evaluate the performance of accuracy and efficiency through the analysis of results among the three photogrammetric methods, that is, traditional photogrammetry, GPS -Photogrammetry and GPS/INS-Photogrammetry. Test results shows that a large variety of advantages of GPS-Photogrammetry and GPS/INS-Photogrammetry against traditional photogrammetry is to be verified. Especially, the number of ground control points for the exterior orientation could be saved more than 70-80%, and the cost for map production 30-50%, respectively. In addition, it was convinced that the large reduction of control points has not any effect on the block accuracy. It was also proved that the number of required ground control points for GPS/INS-Photogrammetry, is similar to that of GPS-Photogrammetry. Therefore it should be noted that GPS -Photogrammetry is more efficient in the aspect of reduction of mapping cost against GPS/INS-Photogrammetry, installing only an existing GPS receiver on survey aircraft to avoid high economic burden of procurement for integrated GPS/INS equipment.

도매전력시장에서의 발전기 투자 수익 평가 모형 (Profit Evaluation Model for a Generator Investment in the Wholesale Electricity Market)

  • Several mechanisms are introduced for the procurement of capacity adequacy. In the competitive electricity market, however, it is a GENCO that makes generation investment decision. A GENCO will invest a new generator when it can get more profit than cost. There requires a model to evaluate profit with respect to a new generation investment. In the view of long-term investment, evaluation of a profit of a generator in the electricity market is quite different from that of short-term operation. In this paper, a new profit-evaluation model is proposed for the long-term generation investment. It can treat the probabilistic characteristics of generators, ie, forced-outage-rates, which affect profit of generators.

Incentives of Partnering Approach in the Construction Industry: Perceptions of Local and Foreign Sectors in the Vietnamese Market

  • Traditional procurement methods have revealed many disadvantages especially the adversarial relationship between parties. After several decades of application, partnering has shown that it is an innovative arrangement that help to reduce many problems having existed in traditional arrangement. It can provide a win-win working attitude in a construction project. Partnering in construction has been applied in several ways in recent years in Vietnam. This mechanism can help both local and foreign construction participants to mutually offset their differences when implementing projects. This paper has investigated and introduced the incentives of partnering from Vietnam perspective in terms of foreign and local participants perceptions. It has been shown that 'to learn mutually among participants' and 'to increase bidding advantages' are the most important incentives according to foreign and local practitioners respectively.

  • This paper focused on problems of design, construction, and maintenance caused by construction implementation processes. They were analyzed through case study of structure safety diagnosis projects. From the case study, it is expected that the introduction of Construction Management from the first stage of procurement will improve construction cost increase or burden on small design company. It strengthens coherent management from design and source contractor selection to build review of responsibility. The coherency will prevent changes in designing or infirm unreliable construction. It is desirable that expert opinions are considered when structure changes and establishment occur and that, if necessary, actions such as source selection, periodic audits, and diagnosis arc checked and fed back to maintenance.

B2B EC에서의 전자시장과 ERP의 통합 접근방식 분석 (Analysis of Approaches of Integrating e-Marketplace with ERP in B2B EC)

  • Among EC areas. the B2B EC market is being spotlighted as an important interesting research area considering its size and the potential impact on companeies and the whole society. In comparison with private consumers in B2C EC. business buyers in B2B EC have to precisely keep track of the purchase records. and integrate them with the buyer's e-procurement system, which might have been implemented as a part of integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. There are three approaches for such integration between ERP and e-marketplace in B2B EC; Two previous approaches are Inside-Out approach and Outside-In approach. And a newly, one is b-cart approach. In this paper, we try to survey these three approaches and make a comparison analysis. From this research. we identify that the b-cart approach is the most efficient framework in integrating ERP with e-marketplace in B2B EC.

병원 위탁급식 품질관리를 위한 품질평가도구 개발 (The Development of a Quality Measurement Tool for a Contract-Managed Hospital Foodservice)

  • The purposes of this study were: a) to develop the a quality measurement tool for the contract-managed hospital foodservice, and b) to evaluate their performance with the developed quality measurement tool, and c) to verify the reliability and validity of the quality measurement tool. The developed quality measurement tool comprised two parts, which were foodservice management and medical nutrition care service. The foodservice management part was classified into six functional categories which were Menu, Procurement and Storage, Production and Distribution, Facility and Utility, Sanitation and Safety, and Management and Evaluation. The medical nutrition care service part indicated the medical nutrition care provided. Quality measurement tool had 91 standards and 324 indicators. The quality measurement tools were distributed to the hospital foodservice manager employed by the foodservice company. The 324 indicators were measured by foodservice manager on the 5-Likert-type scales, and then adapted to a 100 point scale. The SPSS Ver. 11.0 was used for statistical analysis. The categories whose scores were evaluated as being high were Procurement', General Sanitation', Personal sanitation' and Waste' and the categories whose scores were evaluated as being low were Diet Order Manual', Standard Recipe', Appropriateness (Facility and Utility)', Check (Facility and Utility)'and Information Management'. All the categories of medical nutrition service were evaluated as having seriously low scores. Therefore, it was necessary for the contract-managed hospital foodservice to improve its performance in the area of medical nutrition care service. For the verification of the developed quality measurement tool, the reliability obtained by calculating Cronbach's α was 0.8747, and the content validity was also proved by scrutiny of the modification of the Professional group's techniques. 원유수입을 위한 선물 및 옵션 활용 위험관리 전략 (Risk Management Strategies Using Futures and Options for Importing Crude Oil)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내로 수입되는 중동산 원유를 대상으로 선불과 옵션 등의 파생상품을 활용한 위험관리 전략의 유용성을 실증분석한다. 헤징기간은 1개월에서 12개월로 가정하고 현물가격으로 조달하는 거래전략과 대비하여 1:1로 선물계약을 매수하는 전략, OLS를 활용한 최소분산 헤지비율로 선물계약을 매수하는 거래전략, 콜옵션을 매수하는 거래전략, 칼라거래를 활용한 거래전략을 고려한다. 사전적 분석결과에 따르면 선물이나 옵션 등 파생상품을 활용하면 유가 상승기에 조달비용을 절감시킬 수 있다. 또한 조달비용의 변동폭을 감소시킬 수 있다. 헤징기간이 6개월 이하에서는 선물계약을 활용하는 것이 조달비용 절감과 헤징효율성 향상 측면에서 유리한 것으로 나타난다. 반면 6개월 이상이 소요될 경우 콜옵션 매수전략과 칼라거래를 활용하는 것이 유리한 것으로 나타난다.
