정부의 전자 구매가 기업의 비효율성 개선에 주는 영향을 파악하는 것이 본 연구의 목표이다. 정부의 효과는 첫째 새롭게 정부가 기업의 수요자로 진입하였을 경우 두 번째 정부가 정보통신 기술을 이용하여 기업에 대하여 직접 수요를 창출한 경우 세 번째 단순히 정부가 정보통신을 이용하여 연계를 추진할 경우로 나누어 결과를 보았다. 첫 번째 경우에서는 새롭게 기업에 대하여 새로운 수요자가 되더라도 특별히 기업에 대한 부가가치의 증가에 따른 생산성의 향상 및 기술적 비효율 효과를 발생시키지 않았다. 그러자 두 번째의 경우 직접 수요를 발생시킨 경우 생산성의 향상은 물론이고 기술적 비효율성의 제거에도 도움이 되었다. 마지막으로 단순히 정부의 연계를 위한 정보통신 기술을 이용할 경우에도 기업에 대한 생산성의 향상 및 기술적 비효율성을 제거하는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study focuses on the construction of Gyeongbokgung Palace in the second year of King Gojong's reign, which has been spotlighted for political and economic history. The author analyzed the contents of wood procurement with the Yeonggeon Diary, which records each day of construction site. The results are as follows: First, the 2nd year of King Gojong's reign, Yeonggeon of Gyeongbokgung Palace, was a new building that reflected the old system and 270 years of changed environment on the existing site. Despite the poor economic conditions, it began with years of effort and voluntary volunteer work and dedication. Second, the priority of timber transport was recruiting people in the whole process and the supply and demand of transportation tools. Carrying lumber from the mountains to the riverside and floating it at the right time were all a matter of manpower. Soldiers and carts were used to carry timber that arrived in Hangang River to the construction site. The cart was a consumable product, so it was necessary to continuously use the wood to make cart at the site. Third, fire and flood were the biggest obstacles to the Yeonggeon schedule of Gyeongbokgung Palace. Especially the fire was fatal. It was difficult to extinguish the fire in temporary structure, where was the storage for wood to construct. These disasters greatly affected the construction cost and construction period. Wood procurements of Gyeongbokgung Palace were based on public offerings. At the same time, recycled materials from other palace wood and nearby houses, nationwide buying of private mountain wood, the logging of royal tombs and some of the buildings of Gyeonghui Palace and Changgyeong Palace were relocated.

Supply chain management is a subject that has an increasing importance due to the developments in the global markets and technology. In this paper, a fuzzy multi-objective linear programming model is developed for the supply chain of a company dealing with procurement, storage, filling, and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in Turkey. The model intends to determine the quantities of LPG to be procured, stored, filled to cylinders, and transported between the plants and demand centers for six planning periods. In this model, which aims to minimize both total costs (sum of procurement, storage, filling, and transportation costs) and total transportation distances, demand quantities of the main demand centers and decision maker's aspiration levels about objective functions are fuzzy. After comparing the results obtained from the model with those obtained by using different methods, it is concluded that the proposed method can be applied to real world problems practically and it may be used in this type of problems in order to generate an efficient solution.

A supply chain is a network of facilities and distribution options that performs the functions of procurement of materials, transformation of these materials into intermediate and finished products, and the distribution of these finished products to customers. SCM(Supp1y Chain Management), by definition, encompasses all activities associated with moving goods, from the raw materials stage through to the end user. It includes source and procurement, production scheduling, order processing, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and customer service. Importantly, it encompasses the information systems used to monitor these activities. In this paper, the present situation and problems of marketing process in Korean agricultural environments were reviewed through a systematic methodology, and then we proposed a new business process for solving these problems by appling a supply chain management. We expect this supply chain management system applied to agricultural marketing process can improve significantly the rationality and transparency of Korean agricultural marketing structure.

In this regard, the newly focused logistics information system makes reducing the expenses of whole logistic available by cutting down the expenses of materials, transportation and stock and also, it allows the company to cut down the procurement expense through the reduced lead-time and rationalize producing plans by eliminating the uncertain orders and fluctuation in procurement. It further more optimizes the efficiency of over all productions by meeting the dead line for delivery to the customers. In the recent environment of globalization where fierce competitions exist between manufacturers, logistics plays important role in the strategies of companies, and managements of companies try their best efforts in establishing the strategy to accomplish the innovative relationship between supply chain channels. Therefore, in this study, we try to suggest the model of consolidated logistics system that is integrated logistics information system with suggesting the better way of logistics and comparative analysis with logistics system to resolve the difficulties numbers of companies face after realizing what logistics information system is in Korea.

There is a need for effective tracking and control of material loading and delivery time especially during the finishing-work phases to eliminate the need for lay-down space on the site. Hence, it is essential to monitor the relevant information regarding material procurement in construction sites, and it is also the key factor for successful site control and the adoption of the Just-in-Time concept for high-rise building construction. The purpose of this study is to test RFID's readability in order to develop a finishing material monitoring system through the application of RFID technology.

현존하는 상업용 웹 정보검색 시스템들이 전문성을 갖추지 못하고 있는 이유가 검색된 분야별 정보를 통합하고 가공하는 능력이 부족하기 때문이다. 따라서, 단순 검색이 아닌 실제 사용자가 원하는 웹상의 의미정보를 추출하고 가공/통합하는 정보통합시스템의 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 논문에서는 분산된 이질의 웹사이트들에서 제공되는 특정분야의 정보를 추출 및 통합하는 정보통합시스템(TIC: Target Information collector)을 구현하고, 구현된 시스템의 평가결과를 제시한다. 본 논문에서 대상으로 설정한 정보 영역은 국제입찰정보이다. 국제입찰정보는 전 세계 국가의 정부에서 필요로 하는 조달물품 및 서비스에 대한 공개 입찰자료이다. 본 논문에서는 전 세계의 국제입찰 정보 제공 원천 사이트에서 공통 특성 정보를 자동 추출하기 위해 HTML 태그간 패턴을 사용한 정보위치지정 방법을 사용하였으며, 정보추출 및 통합을 위한 프레임워크 설계를 통해 큰 부담 없이 모든 원천사이트별 정보추출 및 통합 코드를 작성할 수 있었다. 또한, 구현된 TIC을 약 8개월 동안 운영한 결과 매우 단순한 기법을 사용하고도 거의 대부분의 중복정보가 제거된 고품질의 국제입찰정보를 수집할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 논문이 기여하는 바는 특정 범주에 속하는 공통정보를 추출 및 통합/가공하는 데에 필요한 시스템 프레임워크를 제시했다는 점이다.

화성은 조선 정조 때 건설되었는데, 화성의 건설과 관련된 정보들이 화성성역의궤에 상세히 기록되어 있다. 그러므로 화성성역의궤에 담긴 건설관련 정보들을 건설관리 요소별로 구체적으로 비교분석할 필요성이 제기되었다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 화성성역의궤에 기록된 주요자재의 조달관련 정보들을 비교.검토함으로써, 화성성역을 현대 건설관리적 개념으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 목재, 철물, 기와를 대상으로 공급지역, 공급방법, 종류 및 가격 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 화성성역에서는 주요자재를 조달함에 있어서, 관급과 민간매입이 병행되었다. 특히 봉산에서 공급 가능한 목재를 제외하고는 민간으로부터의 조달에 크게 의존하였다. 또 민간으로부터의 자재를 구매하는 것이 비싸지 않았으며, 강철의 경우에는 황해도 등의 지방에서 직접 구입하는 것 보다 30% 저렴하였다. 마지막으로 기와와 같이 손상되기 쉬운 자재는 원거리에서 운반해 오는 것 보다는 현장 인근에 생산시설을 구비하여 직접 생산하고 현장에서 소비하였다. 이를 통하여 자재의 종류와 특성에 따라 현장제작과 외부조달을 병행하는 유연성을 가지고 자재의 조달관리를 수행하였음을 알 수 있다. 이와같은 분석결과들은 화성성역의 공사관리 요소를 파악하는 데에 핵심적인 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.
