  • The inspection periods for the metro EMU maintenances vary variously according to the countries and railway operators. And the inspection systems vary according to the safety, economical, technical aspects, and also the social environments like passengers and maintenance qualities, etc. Also, in economic point of view, maintenance requires the man power, facilities, equipments, purchasing of parts and the loss of not being in revenue service during the maintenance period. Recently, there is a tendency that the inspection periods are extended gradually owing to the increased reliabilities of the equipments and parts of EMUs. Even if it is the EMUs that are already be in service, once the inspection method is innovated, the inspection time can be reduced. The inspection management innovation scheme includes such methods as the complete module to module replacement when trouble shooting a faulty parts before putting the EMU back to revenue service, the replacements of parts in complete set unit for the heavy maintenance, the establishments of exchange periods for the wasting parts, modernization of inspection equipments, introduction of RAMS for the reliability improvement and computerization of EMU maintenance management, etc. I think it is possible to optimize the inspection scopes and periods per parts and equipments by the introduction of RAMS.

For 1960's People became to be interested in their clothes owing to a stable socialistic economy and politics, and tried new style due to the influence of the Korea-Japanese. Since 1972 North Korea has claimed a dictational socialist organization, and constructed its own culture. Therefore North Korea emphasized its own clothing habit. and its garment style developed differently from South Korea. Since 1984 North Korea tried to change its policy dramatically. and chosun-ot has changed to a modern and various style. But on the other hand, traditional style of chosun-ot was more emphasized. North Korea especially tried to succeed its traditional style. it pursued only partial changes by sticking to its original style. And its color to bright and magnificent one with additional ornaments. Because it tried to change the style within the limits of its tradition, traditional dress has a quite fragmentary and flat appearance.

  • In this paper, we would be searching for the complemental aspects in industrial relations of Korea compared with that of Japan. It is very reasonable that historical, geographical, and especially gene analysis data are almost identical, considering that the general evaluations to the motive of Japan's industry are $\ulcorner$the modernization of the tradition$\lrcorner$. Although it is reported Korea accomplished the high economic growth rate, the economic growth rate(efficiency) could not be continued. This reason looks like that Korean proper(eigen) traits(:Gene-ware) have been oppressed and concealed by social climate such as jealousy, stratagem and hatred, we can find one of this facts in the criminal and complaint numbers as social trust measurement. There are many cases that Korean industry was distorted by the superiority/inferiority relations, for examples, the loss of the native(eigen or proper) resources, a distorted introduction of the production method and the unfolding of the industry which be not related to the characteristics of region. In this reasons, Korean industry could not play the role of Human-ware function which activates Gene-ware or, Gene-Nascence. In this Human-ware aspects, Japanese characteristics, such as $\ulcorner$Getting the basic right$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$Tendency to the origin$\lrcorner$, are to be useful in the Nascence of Gene-ware in Korean industry.
