At present, due to the rapid spread of smartphones and activation of IoT, malicious codes are disseminated using SNS, or intelligent intrusions such as intelligent APT and ransomware are in progress. The damage caused by the intelligent intrusion is also becoming more consequential, threatening, and emergent than the previous intrusion. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an intelligent intrusion situation-aware reasoning system to detect transgression behavior made by such intelligent malicious code. The proposed system was used to detect and respond to various intelligent intrusions at an early stage. The anticipated system is composed of an event monitor, event manager, situation manager, response manager, and database, and through close interaction between each component, it identifies the previously recognized intrusive behavior and learns about the new invasive activities. It was detected through the function to improve the performance of the inference device. In addition, it was found that the proposed system detects and responds to intelligent intrusions through the state of detecting ransomware, which is an intelligent intrusion type.

The goal of this study is to find ways to improve the open access publication support service platform through the usability evaluation of the publishing manager interface among the AccessON journal repository interfaces, which is an open access publication support service platform. Various documents and cases related to open access publishing and usability evaluation in order to answer three research questions: collection of user experience responses of interface, extraction of issues and improvement points, and analysis and derivation of suggestions for other open access publication support service platforms. Responses to the experience of using the publishing manager interface were collected through surveys and focus group interviews. Combining this, it was possible to present the results of the usability evaluation of the AccessON journal repository interface through various numerical information. The results of the usability evaluation made it possible to propose issues and improvements to the AccessON journal repository manager interface, and finally, it was possible to derive suggestions for the open access academic publishing support service platform to be developed later.

In this paper, we discuss the design and implementation of a concurrency control manager for a main memory DBMS(MMDBMS). Since an MMDBMS, unlike a disk-based DBMS, performs all of data update or retrieval operations by accessing main memory only, the portion of the cost for concurrency control in the total cost for a data update or retrieval is fairly high. Thus, the development of an efficient concurrency control manager highly accelerates the performance of the entire system. Our concurrency control manager employs the 2-phase locking protocol, and has the following characteristics. First, it adapts the partition, an allocation unit of main memory, as a locking granule, and thus, effectively adjusts the trade-off between the system concurrency and locking cost through the analysis of applications. Second, it enjoys low locking costs by maintaining the lock information directly in the partition itself. Third, it provides the latch as a mechanism for physical consistency of system data. Our latch supports both of the shared and exclusive modes, and maximizes the CPU utilization by combining the Bakery algorithm and Unix semaphore facility. Fourth, for solving the deadlock problem, it periodically examines whether a system is in a deadlock state using lock waiting information. In addition, we discuss various issues arising in development such as mutual exclusion of a transaction table, mutual exclusion of indexes and system catalogs, and realtime application supports.
The main objective of this dissertation is to find out the measurement methods of household work organization and manger style and the quantitative analysis methods of influential factors on household work organization and manager style. Subjects were homemakers living in metropolitan , medium and small cities. Questionnaires were sent to subjects and usable responses were 1139 out of 1239 received questionnaires. Data collected through both preliminary and main survey were analyzed by using frequencies, percentage, analysis of variance, chi-square test and pearson's correlation analysis. Results are as follows; 1) The degree of household work organization was distributed on upper middle level exceeding middle score. Among subsystems of household work such as task assignment , test regularization, task arrangement and task standardization. subjects show the highest positive attitude in task standardization. 2) The characteristics of management in household work have task centered orientation. By the prority of task centered orientation, the order was integrated style. dedicated style. It means that the most ideal style is an integrated style which accounts for one-third of the total homemakers. 3) Household organization's subsystems and household work manager style are related with socio-demographic variables. Integrated style is significantly related with homemaker's employment and having helpers for household work. homemakers who are employed and have helpers for household work exhibit high scores in task assignment and task arrangement. Dedicated style is significantly related with homemaker's age and the number of children. Homemakers who are older and have many children exhibit high scores in task assignment. Related style is significantly related with marriage duration, education level and income level. Homemakers who have a long marriage duration exhibit high scores in task assignment and who have high education and income level exhibit high scores in task regularization. Seperates style is significantly related with homemaker's age m marriage duration an family life cycle. homemakers who ar older, have a long marriage duration and are of late stage in family life cycle exhibit seperated style and high scores in organization. To summarize research findings, household work manger and household work organization are related with family life experiences, and task assignment is an influential variable on manager style. in conclusion, it is evident that household work organization emphasizes efficiency as cognitive component and such organization. Finally it is necessary to broaden this research considered social psychological variables. And also it needs to build household manger style models appropriate fro the characteristics of each style.

In this study, an application was developed to reduce the work between labor and safety managers and to hire better workers when hiring workers. With the expected increase in foreign workers in the future, the number of illegal workers will also increase. As a result, accident and on-site management are becoming more difficult due to insufficient information collection of workers. Therefore, it was possible to secure on-site safety through an application that could collect accurate information and reduce the time of information exchange between safety managers and labor managers. In addition, the application was designed to help the safety manager identify the faithful workers more quickly when re-employment of the day laborers if many day laborers were assessed and filled out as they were. This anticipates the expected effect of shortening the construction period. The current application collected necessary information through an interview with the site manager. If the company collects more information needed in the field and has big data than it has collected necessary information so far, it will be highly competitive in the market as it can improve the completeness of applications by establishing opinions and reflecting information accordingly.

In this paper, it is investigated to the security services and vulnerability tools of IEEE802.11 wireless LAN, and it is considered the employment state of wireless LAN AP (access point) and analyzed the state of security vulnerability. In according to this study, among wireless LAN APs, which are operated in each company or each factory, in center around industrial of Cheonan city, 50% of AP, which is used, is not operated on WEP, and therefore, it is stated the weakness of security so far. From the result of this study, in case of mid and small company, it can be distinguished the necessity of the security training for the informaton system manager.
As interest in big data has increased recently, NoSQL, a solution for storing and processing big data, is getting attention. NoSQL supports high speed, high availability, and high scalability, but is limited in areas where data integrity is important because it does not support multiple row transactions. To overcome these drawbacks, many studies are underway to support multiple row transactions in NoSQL. However, existing studies have a disadvantage that the number of transactions that can be processed per unit of time is low and performance is degraded. Therefore, in this paper, we design and implement a multi-row transaction system for data integrity in big data environment based on HBase, a column-based NoSQL which is widely used recently. The multi-row transaction system efficiently performs multi-row transactions by adding columns to manage transaction information for every user table. In addition, it controls the execution, collision, and recovery of multiple row transactions through the transaction manager, and it communicates with HBase through the communication manager so that it can exchange information necessary for multiple row transactions. Finally, we performed a comparative performance evaluation with HAcid and Haeinsa, and verified the superiority of the multirow transaction system developed in this paper.

The health care environment becomes more competitive every day. It has fallen to nurse managers - from vice presidents of patient care to nurse managers and their assistants - to recruit and develop a workforce that successfully meets the needs of both patients and the organization. This means employees who demonstrate advanced critical thinking skills, creative problem solving, and sound decision making skills combined with clinical skills and patient advocacy. The environment which nurse managers create and the way they relate to their workforce, are pivotal to organizational viability. Especially leadership of first -line nurse managers contributes to the success of their organizations. First-line nurse managers are deserved to be one of the most administrative supervisors through the middle stratum in a hospital organization as being a manager in the field service if assessed from the overall aspects of hospital, as being an interim managers in the nursing department as well as being a supreme supervisor in a unit in terms of an organizational structure in the hospital. Similarly, as a compete leader, the first-line nurse managers have not only a professional which is qualified to perform a role of appropriate coordination with medical staff and key personnel but also hold an important key position a being responsible for performing his or her given role. The first-line nurse manager is expected to manage human and fiscal resources in ways not required before. While an identified need for well-prepared first-line nurse manager continues to plague the profession, first-line nurse managers often have difficulty providing the leadership required. The need leadership training to function effectively in their positions. But we hardly find a useful leadership training program for first-line nurse managers, therefore the purpose of this study was to developed the leadership training program for them. The steps of leadership program development were below: 1st step, 2 studies were done before develop a leadership program. One was done to ask to first-line nurse managers what they want to learn through leadership training, the other one was to ask the staff nurses what their opinions are for their first-line nurse managers leadership. 2nd step was searching other leadership programs contents. The results of this study were below: The total amount of hours is 24. Leadership training program contents are : Future of nursing profession (210min), understanding basic factor's of leadership and leadership theories(310 min), self understanding as first- line nurse managers(320 min), basic principle and practice of interpersonal relationship(210 min), assertiveness training, conflict management (180min), and group study(210min). This is challenging time to be a leader, especially in nursing. As nurse managers look toward the new millennium, it seems as through the same struggles are ahead that are behind. So nurse managers need to embrace change with a positive attitude. They need to demonstrate risk taking and support it in their staffs. All these things are possible that after they participate the leadership training program.
This study aims to be of help to cope with internal and external circumstances of hospital effectively by analyzing the weight of role for a hospital manager which has been changing. It surveyed 191 top managers and administrators working in a medical institute like hospital located in Busan, Ulsan and Kyungnam area from 20 November, 2007 to 29 February, 2008. The results of this study were as follows: The top manager thought that the role as a leader is the most important role as a manager in present, but the role as an enterpriser is also very important in future, however, they had troubles in the role of a representative which they have carried out in present. In order to overcome the current medical situation that competition is getting keen, it seemed that they expected the role as an enterpriser would be more important in future for competition and organization improvement. The administrator thought the role as a leader is the most important in present, in future and in current performance. It was considered that they recognized the importance of team work, order, goal of the organization, strategies, and information interchange regarding the characteristics of hospital that there are people of various kinds of occupations.
Earnings management is a collection of management decisions which firms do not report the true performance. Many prior studies suggest that earnings management could be the results of either managerial earnings management or manager's private information for future performance. This study attempts to delve into the fundamental implications inherent in earnings management by analyzing how earnings management affects future firm performance in public institutions. If discretionary accruals as a measurement of earnings management embrace manager's private information, it will have a positive effect on future performance in succeeding period. In contrast, if discretionary accruals embrace manager's opportunistic earnings management, it will have a negative effect on future performance in succeeding period. Empirical findings are summarized as following.: Earnings managements are negatively associated with future firm performance for all succeeding period. This negative relationship continues for all succeeding period. The overall results can be serve as a evidence that the discretionary accruals capture opportunistic earnings management on average.
