To survive in rapidly changing business environment, the enterprises of all over the world are trying to integrate their IT infra structure and are trying to automate their business process. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is being accepted as an IT standard to support efficient system integration and flexible business process automation between enterprises or departments. The material control system is required this software architecture between manufacturing company and materials supply vendors. This paper introduces concept of SOA, relevant technology about SOA such as Web Services and Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and describes how to automate materials control process by designing the material control system based on SOA. The analysis of requirements is proceeded by Unified Modeling Language (UML) and SOA delivery strategy is selected the top-down strategy. And this paper describes how to derive services and operations and how to arrange services in three service layers and how to design business process.

On the base of IT growth, competition between countries for preoccupation of digital content market is keen. And it is prospected that the development of digital content industry will be more rapid with the base of telecommunication infra-structure(for example internet, digital broadcasting) which is the main channel for distribution of digital content. The bill of "Act for Development of Online Digital Content Industry", has passed the national assembly jan, 2002, and "Draft Blueprint for Developing Online Digital Content Industry(2003$\sim$2005)" was made on the base on that law feb, 2003. And we can find measures for protect the digital content manufacture in the laws such as "Literary Property Law", "Trademarks Law" and "law for prevention of unfair competition". On this study we suggested three measures to make digital content industry more profitable by the method of research of related law and industry survey.

The wireless mesh network (WMN) is a next-generation technology for data networking that has the advantage in cost and the flexibility in its construction because of not requiring the infra-structure such as the ethernet. This paper focuses on the optimal link scheduling problem under the wireless mesh network to effectuate real-time streaming by using the constraint programming. In particular, Under the limitation of half-duplex transmission in wireless nodes, this paper proposes a solution method to minimize the makespan in scheduling packet transmission from wireless nodes to the gateway in a WMN with no packet transmission conflicts due to the half-duplex transmission. It discusses the conflicts in packet transmission and deduces the condition of feasible schedules, which defines the model for the constraint programming. Finally it comparatively shows and discusses the results using two constraint programming solvers, Gecode and the IBM ILOG CP solver.

Data dictionary is a collection of meta-data, which describes data produced and consumed while performing business processes. Data dictionary is an essential element for business process standardization and automation, and has a fundamental role in ERP application management and customization. Also, data dictionary facilitates B2B processes by enabling painless integration of business processes between various enterprises. We implemented data dictionary support in SEA＋, a component- based scalable ERP system developed in ETRI, and found out that it's a plausible feature of business information system. We discovered that data dictionary promotes semantic, not syntactic, data management, which can make it possible to leverage viability of the tool in the coming age of more meta-data oriented computing world. We envision that business data dictionary is a firm foundation of adapting business knowledge, applications and processes into the semantic web based enterprise infra-structure.

Six Sigma has been disseminated into a variety of areas. It is believed that a stepwise understanding of Six Sigma's DMAIC is required for successes of unit projects. Meanwhile, infra-structure factors, such as leadership, organization, personnel management, educational system, etc., are also important to safely implant the Six Sigma into the whole enterprise and to thoroughly create the culture of innovation and enterprise. Careful analysis of those elements makes it possible to draw common connection between Project Management and the Six Sigma. This study drives the success elements for the successful adoption of the Six Sigma in the Korea Western Power Co., Ltd., of which management was evaluated as one of the tops based on the results of 2007 Management Innovation Assessment and arranges the similarity of like this factor and Enterprise Project Management. The results of this study are expected to provide a useful guideline for the adoption of the Six Sigma in whole company level.

Recently, as construction of information infra including high-speed communication networks remarkably expands, more various information services have been provided. Thus the number of internet users rapidly increases, and it results in heavy load on Web server and higher traffics on networks. The phenomena cause longer response time that means worse quality of service. To solve such problems, much effort has been attempted to loosen bottleneck on Web server, reduce traffic on networks and shorten response times by caching informations being accessed more frequently at the proxy server that is located near to clients. And it is also possible to improve internet performance further by allowing clients to share informations stored in proxy caches. In this paper, we perform simulations of hierarchical proxy caches with the 3-level 4-ary tree structure by using real web traces, and analyze cache hit ratio for various cache replacement policies and cache sizes when the delayed-store scheme is applied. According to simulation results, the delayed-store scheme increases the remote cache hit ratio, that improves quality of service by shortening the service response time.

This study is a second paper of the re-structuring strategies of healthcare facilities in Kwang-ju and Jeon-nam province for it's competition power in the emerging global health care market. Kwang-Ju city and Jeon-nam province have had difficulties in building a balanced healthcare system because of rapidly declining population, weakened healthcare infra-structure and geographical problems of healthcare supply by numerous islands. This paper presents the new approaching process for re-building healthcare network in the regional healthcare facilities planning. In addition, it analyzes health planning index, healthcare system, the concept of health care networking, etc. Finally, this presents the case study of regional healthcare facilities planning in Kwang-ju city and Jeon-nam Province.

The objectives of this study were to analysis the farmer's attitude on agriculture and rural area where is developed Environmentally Friendly Agriculture (EFA). To analysis satisfaction level and prospect about EFA, famer's survey were conducted. The sample size of the survey was 176 respectively. Of the famers surveyed, 85.9% thought their income is higher than general farmer in the same area. However, when asked how the future income change, 40.7% responded that will be decreasing step by step. 89.2% of the farmer respondent thought that they want dwelling in rural area and continuing agriculture in the future. However, 29.9% of the farmer respondent thought that rural area is not proper to their children as the future residence. In order to training of new lamer, it is very important to set up stable income structure, improving of welfare facilities, medical facilities and education infra and so on. In addition, it need to develop and spread of environmentally friendly agri-technology, price preservation of environmentally friendly agri-product and supply extension of environmentally friendly agri-material etc.

This paper proposes a thermography-based coating thickness estimation method for steel structures using model-agnostic meta-learning. In the proposed method, a halogen lamp generates heat energy on the coating surface of a steel structure, and the resulting heat responses are measured using an infrared (IR) camera. The measured heat responses are then analyzed using model-agnostic meta-learning to estimate the coating thickness, which is visualized throughout the inspection surface of the steel structure. Current coating thickness estimation methods rely on point measurement and their inspection area is limited to a single point, whereas the proposed method can inspect a larger area with higher accuracy. In contrast to previous ANN-based methods, which require a large amount of data for training and validation, the proposed method can estimate the coating thickness using only 10- pixel points for each material. In addition, the proposed model has broader applicability than previous methods, allowing it to be applied to various materials after meta-training. The performance of the proposed method was validated using laboratory-scale and field tests with different coating materials; the results demonstrated that the error of the proposed method was less than 5% when estimating coating thicknesses ranging from 40 to 500 ㎛.

This study aims to find the effective policy devices for attracting enterprises in rural areas. In the first place, the result of this study suggest two directions fundamentally as follows: Firstly, the government works on more positive lines and from more integrated viewpoint. Secondly, it give the first consideration to the big-enterprises for attracting enterprises in rural areas. Next, the study suggest three practical policy implements also. First, the government put an emphasis on construction favorable infra structure to enterprises's activity. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the economic supports for location of enterprises in rural areas. Third, the rural self-government make effort strongly to develop the activity to attract enterprises.
