The role of innovation in economic growth and development is extensively recognized today. Innovations allow firms to stay ahead in a competitive environment while also playing a leading role in developing a nation or a region. The capacity to solve critical problems depends on the generation of innovations. Innovations are more important for a developing nation as only through them, they can find appropriate solutions to the issues unique to their context. A robust roadmap that fosters and nurtures innovations in a country has thus become an essential aspect of public policy. In this context, the book The Black Box: Innovation and Public Policy in India by Prof. Rakesh Basant provides an overview of the innovation landscape in India and the challenges it faces in building a robust entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem in the country. The author provides an extensive analysis of different actors within India's innovation system and recommends policy initiatives to boost and foster innovation.

초연결 사회(Hyper-connected society)가 도래함에 따라 각 국가, 중앙정부와 일부지자체도 관련 정책을 추진 중에 있다. 경기도는 대한민국의 대표적인 지방자치단체로서 사물인터넷 관련산업의 역량이 뛰어나 능동적으로 대응방안을 마련해야한다. 본 논문은 경기도의 사물인터넷 생태계를 산학연 중심으로 분석하고 전문가 심층인터뷰를 통하여 정책수요를 파악해 올바른 정책방향을 수립하는 데 있다. 경기도에는 사물인터넷 관련 중소기업이 디바이스분야 특히, 전자집적회로, 유무선 통신장비 제조업 등에 집중되어 있고, 대학은 경기도R&D와 중앙정부R&D로 사물인터넷 관련 연구를 수행하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 도내에 위치한 중앙정부 산하 연구기관에서 사물인터넷 관련 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 각각의 혁신주체들은 협업을 통해 연구를 수행하고 있다. 사물인터넷 관련 산학연 간 유기적인 협력체계가 좀 더 활발하게 작동하도록 경기도 지방자치단체는 사물인터넷 관련 산업육성을 위한 정책기반을 확보하고, 사물인터넷이 더욱 활성화 될 수 있는 환경을 조성하며, 사물인터넷 서비스 실현을 위한 실증지구를 지정하여 사물인터넷 적용 기회를 마련하도록 한다.

The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) will generate great benefits and big challenges in equal measure. Industry 4.0 has an impact on context, technology and business as long as it transforms design, production systems and products themselves. Industry 4.0 has also created many opportunities and challenges for startups to improve their business efficiency. The reality has shown that the industry 4.0 has begun to strong impacts of various levels on many areas of Vietnam's economy. In such context, it is necessary to implement sufficient and thorough research and evaluation of many issues of startups and innovation and to consider suitable solutions and effective ways to take advantages of opportunities that the Industry 4.0 brings to Vietnam. This paper proposes the solution for supporting and promoting to develope of innovative start-up enterprise in accordance with the conditions and circumstances of Vietnam in the context of Industry 4.0.

본 연구에서는 온라인 취업정보 서비스 시장의 현황을 파악하고, 이를 토대로 시장 생태계를 유지하기 위한 전략적 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 방법은 다양한 2차 자료를 활용하여 온라인 취업정보 서비스 시장을 파악하는 기술적 연구로 수행되었다. 구체적으로 시장 분석에서는 취업정보 서비스 시장의 높은 잠재적 성장성과 주요 이슈들을 파악하였다. 산업 트렌드 분석에서는 주요 서비스 형태, 구직자들의 유형 및 특징, 서비스 사용 트렌드, 판촉 및 마케팅 방법을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 이 시장의 SWOT 분석을 통해 시장 생태계를 선순환 구조로 이끌 수 있는 전략적 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 일차적으로 취업정보 서비스 시장을 주요 이슈 중심으로 현황을 파악함으로써 시장에 대한 폭넓은 이해를 하는 데 유용할 것이다. 또한 산업에 속한 기업들에게는 산업 내에서 지속적으로 생존하기 위한 단서를 제공할 수도 있다. 나아가 정보 및 공공기관에서는 취업정보 서비스 시장을 활성화 함으로써 일자리 창출 및 개선에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 평가된다.

Taebaek city is located in the mountainous plateau area therefore the major industry was coal industry. According to dramatically declining of the major industry, Taebaek city is need to alternative industry which associated with considering the geographical characteristics of natural tourism resources for increasing the local economy. On the basis of these reasons, this study can be suggested ecological planning and mitigation of deterioration technique about the these study site. That is the reserved area for mountainous experience theme park. As the results of environmental ecology assessment are following as; The natural ecosystem areas, multi-layer structure forest such as forest of Pinus densiflora, forest of Quercus mongolica and deciduous forest have a high value of nature, diversity and potential. In addition, wild bird habitats were important area as a inhabitation, breeding, feeding and hiding. Therefore, on these areas should be preserved. Also, it needs to conserve on there such as more than three types of wild bird inhabitate areas, the fringe of high biological diversity, the wetland that have got good vegetation condition and the function of amphibia, reptiles crossing. In addition, inhabitation, the waterway of wetland form that have got wide waterside width needs to conserve. In conclusion, on the basis of analysis results such as conditions of plan, environment, ecological assessments, survey informations are able to suggest the connectivity of the axis of forest and management plan. Moreover, in the part of forest restoration plan, we suggest the plan of transplant for a compensation of damaged forest by land use.

The content industry is the core of the creative economy. The content industry is a fast-growing and high value-added industry, but becomes a high risk market on the other hand. Content related enterprises are difficult business environment. Thus, the accurate evaluation of content on its value is essential. But, it is hard to assess the value of content because of its intangible characteristics. This study is enabled improving the financing conditions of enterprises through the vitalization of value assessment for contents. Improve financial accessibility is required composition, means of access financial diversification, financial ecosystem to vitalization of value assessment for contents. In addition, the system should be established to support the economic activities of the creative content sector companies. The content industry should develop a new strategy for sustained growth. But, we believe that the accordance and cooperation from related parties, including contents producers, contents developers and governmental departments, are definitely required to boost the game contents industry. We hope that the more efficient methods are vitalizing the contents industry.

Currently, the SW industry is the center of digital economy and it is very important industry in terms of market scale and ripple effect. Due to the suffering from poor working environment of the SW industry and the disproportion of manpower supply due to the lack of experienced SW manpower, it is hard to create jobs of high quality for the SW professionals who can be applied to various convergence industries. In this study, we try to analyze the benchmarking cases of successful foreign industrial innovative clusters in order to promote sustainable development direction of SW industry and to create high quality SW jobs. First, the comparison criteria are derived from the viewpoint of creation of high quality SW jobs through an analysis of SW environment by using expert FGI (Focus Group Interview) technique. The critical success factors (CSFs) are derived by comparing and analyzing each industrial cluster cases in terms of SW job creation. This article presents the desirable implications of the cluster of SW industry that can generate SW jobs continuously from the viewpoint of ecosystem environment infrastructure. Through this study, we propose a meaningful direction of SW clusters for job creation, and solve the business inconsistency and suggest ways to increase the sustainability of core competence manpower.

'기업 생태계'에서 '유니콘'이란 표현법은 2013년 'Aileen Lee'에 의해 명명된 이래, 특히 한국에서 '스타트업 생태계'의 국제적 수준 비교의 차원에서 활발하게 다루어졌다. 정부 차원에서는 이를 정책적 목표로 설정하여, '2022년까지 유니콘 기업 20개 목표'를 제시한 바 있다. 이와같이 '유니콘 클럽 기업'에 대한 현상은 정책적 목표 차원에서 다루어지며, 대중적으로 크게 확산된데 반해, 본 현상의 실체와 본질적 이해 목적의 학술적 연구는 충분치 못하였다. 본 연구는, 첫째, 2019년 기준 '글로벌 유니콘 클럽' 기업 479개를 대상으로 이들의 특성을 다면적/다차원적으로 분석하였다. 그동안 주로 국가별 '유니콘 기업' 수 및 산업 분류 기준 일반현황 중심의 대중적 소개가 주된 내용이었다면, 본 연구는 투자자를 포함한 기초현황을 상세 분석하였고, 사례분석을 포함한 질적 탐색을 수행하였다. 또한 기초 선행연구가 부족한 관계로, 군집분석, 판별분석, 다층 회귀분석 등 양적 탐색을 함께 수행하였다. 그리고 개별기업의 '기업가 요인-산업(시장)환경 요인-자원 요인-전략 요인', 즉 'ERIS 모델'에 기반하여 그 특성을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 기업가치에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 앞서 분석한 특성 요인 및 투자자 특성과 연계하여 살펴보았다. 그리고 마지막으로는 이들을 토대로 '기업 생태계' 관점에서 '유니콘 현상'을 바르게 이해하고, 또한 정책적 측면에서 이를 생산적으로 활용하는 방향을 제시하였다.

With the advent of the post-2020 climate regime, the hydrogen industry is growing rapidly around the world. In order to build the hydrogen economy, it is important to identify social issues related to hydrogen and prepare countermeasures for them. Accordingly, this study conducted a semantic network analysis on hydrogen news from NAVER. As a result of the analysis, the number of hydrogen news in 2020 increased by 4.5 times compared to 2016, and as of 2018, the hydrogen issue has shifted from an environmental aspect to an economic aspect. In addition, although the initial government-led hydrogen industry is expanding to the mobility field such as privately-led fuel cell electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel, terms showing concerns about the safety such as explosions are constantly being exposed. Thus, it is necessary not only to expand the hydrogen ecosystem through the participation of private companies, but also to promote hydrogen safety.

인구증가와 산업의 발달로 고속도로, 국도, 철도 등의 개발에 의한 생태계 절단이 증가하여 이로 인한 야생돌물의 서식지 단편화 현상이 증가하였다. 그로 인하여 유해야생동물로 인한 피해가 속출하면서 국내서 금전적 보상을 통해 일부 피해 농가를 구제하는 등의 노력을 펼치고 있다. 하지만 피해사례 주민들은 이러한 야간순찰로 인해 밤잠을 자지 못하거나 기본적인 생활에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 야생동물들의 생태와 습성에 대한 연구를 바탕으로 초음파 및 초저주파를 발생, 재생시켜 일정 범위 내 야생동물의 접근을 방지시키고 접근을 효과적으로 막을 수 있는 비연속적인 시스템에 대한 쿼드콥터를 연구 개발 하였다.
