Analysis of Adolescent Suicide Factors based on Random Forest Machine Learning Algorithm

  • The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze suicide factors of adolescents using the Random Forest algorithm. According to statistics on the cause of death by the National Statistical Office in 2019, suicide was the highest cause of death in the 10-19 age group, which is a major social problem. Using machine learning algorithms, research can predict whether individual adolescents think of suicide without investigating suicidal ideation and can contribute to protecting adolescents and analyzing factors that affect suicide, establishing effective intervention measures. As a result of predicting with the random forest algorithm, it can be said that the possibility of identifying and predicting suicide factors of adolescents was confirmed. To increase the accuracy of the results, continuous research on the factors that induce youth suicide is necessary.

전략의 적합성 요인이 ITO 영향요인과 성과요인 간에 미치는 조절효과 - 공공기관 중심으로 (Adjustment effect of the suitability factors of strategy between Information Technology Outsourcing(ITO)'s influence and outcome factors in Government offices)

  • 본 연구는 조직의 전략과 IS 전략 간의 적합성 요인이 IT 아웃소싱에 미치는 영향요인과 도입성과 간의 조절적 역할을 공공기관을 중심으로 분석하였다. IT 아웃소싱에 미치는 영향 요인은 조직요인(정보시스템 성숙도, CEO의 지원), 거래요인(자산 특수성, 불확실성, 정보시스템의 사용정도), 위험요인(안전성(보안)의 위험, 비용의 증가위험, 자율성 상실의 위험)으로 설정하였고, 성과요인은 경제적 효과와 기술적 효과로 설정하였으며, 조직의 전략과 IS 전략 간의 적합성 요인을 조절변수로 설정하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 조직의 전략 및 IS 전략의 적합성 요인은 조직요인의 하위 변수인 정보시스템 성숙도, CEO의 지원, 거래 요인의 하위 변수인 불확실성, 정보시스템의 사용정도, 위험 요인의 하위 변수인 안전성(보안)의 위험, 비용의 증가 위험, 자율성 상실의 위험 요인들과 도입성과 간에 조절적인 역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 조직에서 아웃소싱을 통하여 정보기술의 도입 성과를 높이기 위해서는 조직의 전략과 IS 전략이 잘 조화롭게 추진될 수 있어야 할 것이다. 그러나 적합성 요인이 자산 특수성 요인과 도입성과 간에서는 조절적인 역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다.

기업의 IT 아웃소싱 수행의사에 영향을 미치는 위험요인 분석 (The Risk Factors of IT Outsourcing Decision in the Korean Firms)

  • 본 연구는 국내기업들의 IT아웃소싱 의사결정과정에서 수행의사에 영향을 미치는 위험요인을 고찰하여, IT아웃소싱의 제약요소로 작용하고 있는 위험요인을 실증적으로 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 문헌 연구 및 전문가 인터뷰 등을 통해서 IT아웃소싱에 대한 위험요인은 거래관련 위험, 고객 위험 및 공급업체 위험으로 분류되었으며. 총 79개사로부터 수집된 총 141개 설문을 통해 실증분석한 결과 고객 위험과 공급업체 위험요인이 IT아웃소싱 수행의사에 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 기업에서는 고유 업무의 연속성 확보 등 고객 자체의 위험요인들과 공급업체의 기술력 확보와 인력의 전문성 등 공급업체 위험 요인들에 대한 대응을 통해서 IT아웃소싱의 적용 및 확대가 가능한 것으로 분석되었다.

  • With the progress of IT, the strategic use of information systems have been applied to the interorganizatonal business areas, that is called Interorganizational Systems (IOS). Previous IT diffusion researches or IT adoption researches have been focused to newly emerged IT but confined into one organization. However, IOS such as internet or EDI relate with between organizations. In this sense, this research has analyzed the IT diffusion factors affected by IOS based on the previous studies of IT adoption. This study designed a research model using the factors of adopting IOS, and conducted an empirical research with questionnaires with top domestic 80 firms. And the finding is that the factors of the CIO support, business partners and an industry community have significance but other factors such as the size of firm, the degree of IS maturity, the degree of firm centrality, the complexity or suitability of IOS are not.

The Empirical Study on the Success Factors of IT Adoption in Korea Service Industry

  • This study is to present effective ways of IT adoption as a new growth engine for vitalizing service industry. The paper identifies key success factors of IT adoption and analyzes empirically its' impact on user satisfaction. Additional analysis of control effect by company sizes is conducted. For data sampling, among 1590 companies in IT systems, equipment, and software, 1570 companies participated and total 2,000 questionnaires were collected. In order to analyze main effect analysis and control effect, Structural Equation Modeling method was applied. The result show that there are significant effect between key success factors and user satisfaction. Based on the result, the paper suggests effective way of IT adoption according to company sizes.

무엇이 AI 프로젝트를 성공적으로 이끄는가? (What factors drive AI project success?)

  • 본 논문은 인공지능(AI) 프로젝트를 성공적으로 이끄는 주요 요인을 도출하고 중요도의우선순위를 두는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우선 기존 유관 연구들을 검토하여 성공요인을 선정하고, 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 17개 요인을 최종 도출하였다. 이어 TOE 프레임워크를 활용하여 계층 모형을 개발하였다. 이후, AI 활용 기업 소속 전문가와 AI 자문 및 기술, 플랫폼, 어플리케이션을 지원하는 공급기업 소속 전문가를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하고, AHP 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 환경적 요인보다 조직적 요인과 기술적 요인이 모두 중요한데, 이 중 조직적 요인이 조금 더 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 조직적 요인 중에서는 전략/명확한 비즈니스 니즈와 AI 구현/활용 역량, 그리고 부서 간 협업/커뮤니케이션이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 기술적 요인 중에서는 AI 학습을 위한 충분한 데이터 양과 데이터 품질이 가장 중요한 요인으로 도출되었으며, 이어서 IT 인프라/호환성이 중요하게 응답되었다. 환경적 요인에서는 AI를 직접 사용할 고객의 준비와 지지가 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 각 17개 개별요인의 중요도를 살펴보면 데이터의 가용성과 품질(0.2245)이 가장 중요하고, 이어 전략/명확한 비즈니스 니즈(0.1076), 고객준비/지지(0.0763) 순으로 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 AI 도입을 검토 중이거나 실행중인 기업, AI 도입을 지원하는 서비스 공급기업, AI 산업을 육성하고자 하는 정부 정책 입안자들에게 성공적인 실행, 육성을 위한 가이드로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 AI 프로젝트의 성공 모델을 연구하고자 하는 연구자들에게도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

치과기공사의 이직에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Transfer of Dental Technicians)

  • This study mainly intends to determine the factors for which dental technicians are satisfied with their jobs and how much the resulting job transfer rate is and thus to identify the correlation between them. For these purpose, 200 subjects were sampled out of dental technicians in Seoul and Incheon, and the survey was performed from July 19, 2002 to August 15 (for 25 days) with self-administered questionnaire. Out of all collected questionnaires, 131 pieces(65.5%) were addressed for this study. As for the tools for this study, the structured questionnaire was used with its proven reliability and feasibility, and the contents of questionnaire consisted of 32 questions on the basis of related references. The contents of questionnaire were categorized into 3 sections: General attribute of subjects; Factors for which dental technicians are satisfied with their jobs; and their intention of job transfer. The questionnaire consisted of total 32 questions which included general attribute of subjects(10 questions), factors of their satisfaction with jobs(17 questions) and intention of job transfer(5 questions). The data analysis was processed by computerized system with SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Sciences). Statistical analysis techniques included frequency, percentage, T-test, F-test analysis and regression analysis. As a result of those analyses, the conclusion can be summarized as follows: 1. As a result of analyzing the factors for which the subjects were satisfied with their jobs, it was found that there were significant differences in career and job title out of question items(P<0.001). It was also shown that the factors of subjects' satisfaction averaged 3.43, which was considerably higher value than I expected. It was found that job and management factors were major job satisfaction factors. 2. As a result of analyzing the intention of subjects to decide their job transfer, it was found that there were significant differences in job title and marital status out of question items(P<0.001). It was shown that the total average of the intention of their job transfer amounted to 3.06. It was shown that dental technicians have relatively higher intention of job transfer from their current work place. 3. It was found that there was inverse correlation between the factors of subjects' satisfaction with their jobs and their intention of job transfer(r=-0.490, P<0.05). Likewise, it was also found that there was inverse correlation mostly between the evaluation value for each independent variable region in term of each factor of job satisfaction and the value for the intention of job transfer. In view of these correlations, it was concluded that higher job satisfaction likely led to lower job transfer. 4. As a result of regression analysis so as to determine the influences of job satisfaction factors on the intention of job transfer, it was found that the highest influential factor was management factor. And it was shown that the test values of model were statistically significant and its explanatory power amounted to 54.6%.

  • This study investigates the critical success factors for the promotion of IT industry in region and suggests some directions for operations strategy of them. This study based on the critical success factors, and we suggest followings : (1) start-ups support, (2) technology support, (3) management support, (4) law/institutional support. We suggested the strategy which based on critical success factors for successful operations of IT industry. This strategy suggested by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) results and was evaluated by the three groups(IT firms, local government official worker, professor) which have an influence on IT policy. We suggested the priority of policy by AHP technique for successful development of IT industry. As a results, centralization of supporting facilities was perceived as the most important policy by three groups(IT firms, local government official worker, professor). This research contributes to assist planners and policy-makers in supporting IT industry by providing useful information about the suggested strategy, and by suggesting the effective means to assist the IT industry. Also, results of our research will be suggested as a priority of developing policy to assist successful IT industry.

산업별 특허가치평가 요인의 차이에 대한 연구 (Weight Differences of Patent Valuation Factors by Industries)

  • 기술혁신은 국가의 경제 성장과 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 좌우하는 중요한 요소이다. 선진국들은 국가 경쟁력 강화를 위해 지식집약적 산업과 첨단기술기반 산업에 대한 육성 및 투자에 관심을 집중하고 있다. 특히 첨단기술기반 산업의 경우는 한국의 대표적인 산업으로서 정부에서 적극적으로 지원을 하고 있다. 이러한 첨단기술기반 산업에서는 특허가 기업의 중요한 경쟁우위 요소가 될 수 있는데 현재 이와 관련된 국내에서의 실증연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문은 특허가치평가시 평가 요인들이 IT 및 BT 산업별로 차이중요도에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 연구의 목적으로 하고 있다. 봄 연구에서는 비교 분석을 위해 특허가치평가기관의 평가 모형과 기존의 선행연구에서 제시된 요인들 중에서 중요 요인을 도출하여 사용하였다. 또한 AHP 기법을 활용하여 IT와 BT 산업별로 특허가치평가 중요 요인들이 어떠한 차이를 보이는지에 대하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 특허가치평가 중요 요인들이 산업별로 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

전자상거래 산업의 해외 진출 결정요인에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Research for the Critical Factors on International Market Entry in Electronic Commerce Industry)

  • This paper attempts to identify variables which affect Korean electronic commerce(EC) venture's strategies for the international market entry decision making. Especially in the perspective of quality management perspective, it is highly relevant question which factors are critical when the industry has high technology driven characteristics such as EC, product quality related factors or environmental factors. Technology competence, operational competence, local marketing competence, psychological barriers, domestic competition level, and local infrastructure level are included to generate the explaining model for international market entry decision. The result is that the higher technology competence and local marketing competence are the significant factors. The higher the perception in these factors, the higher the intention to enter the international market in EC industry. These factors play a pivotal role in determining to go abroad the foreign EC market. Our finding implies that the subjective confidence on quality of EC solution(technology competence) and venture's capability of maintaining it(local marketing competence) are the important factors, when EC ventures make the decisions to enter the foreign markets.
