A defect dispute surrounding an apartment building is in constant trouble, a defect consulting is necessary that objective and impartial for solving a defect. The defect dispute about a defect lawsuit is conducted in the order that filling of lawsuit, consulting order, defect inspecting, estimating a repairing cost, writing a consulting report, submitting a consulting report, and decision by court. Of these, a step of defect inspecting is extensively investigated an occurred defect that each defect index and type from each part and place. At this time, it is collected of many data and created many information. For this, it need to organize and manage. The study is a modeling of field investigation work process that second phase of defect inspecting step. A literature study is defined a work until level 2. This study is defined the work until level 3 to 4. In addition, the modeling can do for using a job name, a place to job, a job to do, and a person concerned about defect consulting case. The modeling is expected a contribution of improving a defect consulting process and systematizing a judgment standard.

최근 어린이도서관, 작은 도서관 기적의 도서관 등 소규모 도서관이 증가하면서, 도서관건립운영에 필요한 전문적인 지식과 경험을 제공하는 도서관컨설팅시스템의 구축이 요망되고 있다. 도서관컨설팅에 대한 공공도서관 사서들의 의견을 조사한 결과, 도서관컨설팅에 대한 잠재적 수요는 매우 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 도서관컨설팅에 대한 사회적 경험이 부족한 우리나라의 실정에서는 도서관컨설팅서비스가 공공기관에 의해 공공서비스로서 실시되는 것이 바람직하다.

본 연구의 목적은 특히 사서교사가 배치되어 있지 않은 학교도서관의 컨설팅을 활성화하기 위한 현실적인 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 분석 결과, 학교도서관 지원단을 통한 컨설팅은 자발성, 전문성, 자문성 그리고 독립성이 부족하다. 그리고 교육청이 마케팅 차원에서 운영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오늘날 학교 컨설팅의 중요한 목적은 단위학교 공동체 중심의 자주적 문제해결능력을 신장하는 것이다. 따라서 학교도서관 컨설팅의 성공을 위해서는 연합운영체제 구축, 표준업무지침서 개발, DLS를 활용한 온라인 컨설팅 체제 구축 그리고 컨설던트의 직무분석과 교육훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

국내는 물론 세계적으로 컨설팅이 기업경영 성과에 미치는 영향이 커짐에 따라 컨설팅사의 영향력도 확대되고, 컨설팅 시장도 성장하고 있는 추세이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 아직 컨설팅은 그 범주에 대한 학문적 연구 기반이 넓지 않아서 관련 연구가 미흡하다. 본 연구는 컨설팅 산업이 기업에 미치는 영향이 크고 컨설턴트의 중요성이 부각됨에 발맞추어 컨설턴트의 직무 만족과 사회적지지가 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 상관관계를 연구하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 제한적으로 양적연구에 치우쳐있던 컨설팅의 성과에 미치는 원인을 규명하는데 새로운 관점과 사고의 틀을 제공하는 첫 연구라는 점에서 가치가 있다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 컨설턴트의 직무만족과 성과는 정의 관계가 있다고 나타났다. 둘째, 컨설턴트에 대한 사회적 지지와 컨설팅 성과는 정의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구를 통하여 컨설턴트의 자기개발, 컨설팅 보수, 컨설팅산업의 발전과 컨설팅 산업지원 정책의 방향설정에 기여를 함은 물론 컨설팅을 통한 산업경쟁력 강화 방안 마련 등의 정책자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

There has been a defect dispute of apartment building in Korea. The defect dispute is complicated by main issues and details of dispute. It is yet to be solved. Meanwhile, a judge does not a inspection and analysis, but, related field expert who contracted professional engineer does. As a result, defect consulting report that an important judgment is used in a defect dispute. Therefore, this study does research on structure of defect consulting report. A defect consulting report has same items, irrespective of a defect consultant as a result that check 7 indexes about 10 cases. It has different structure's details depending on each defect consultants. And, it inserts new detail or deletes existing detail, does not show clear distinction.

정부는 중소기업 정보보호 활동의 어려움을 해결하고자 정보보호 컨설팅 지원 사업을 수행하고 있으나, 중소기업에 적용하는 정보보호 컨설팅 방법론이 주요정보통신기반시설(CIIP), ISMS, ISO27001 등과 같은 검증된 방법론을 적용하지 않고 컨설팅 수행업체별 다양한 방법을 적용하다 보니 중소기업 형태, 규모 등 조직 상황에 따라 적절한 대응이 어렵다는 것이다. 이러한 중소기업 정보보호 컨설팅의 문제점을 개선하고 보다 효과적이고 실효적이며 표준적인 방법론을 개선하기 위하여 현행 제도에서 적용하고 있는 정보보호 컨설팅 방법론을 비교 분석하여 중소기업에 적합한 정보보호 체계를 구축하는 정보보호 컨설팅이 될 수 있도록 하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 중소기업 정보보호 컨설팅 방법 개선 방안을 통해 중소기업 규모나 사업 형태에 상관없이 모든 기업에 적합한 정보보호 컨설팅이 가능하여 컨설팅 품질 제고에 이바지하고 중소기업이 정보보호 활동에 만족하고 지속해서 이행되기를 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 은행의 경영컨설팅과 수진기업의 경영성과 및 은행기여도를 분석함으로써 은행과 고객기업의 상생을 위한 방안으로써 경영컨설팅의 중요성 및 문제점을 제시하여, 은행컨설팅의 발전방향에 대한 이론적 기초를 제공하고자 하였다. 은행 컨설팅의 효과로는 수진기업의 경영성과와 은행기여도를 이용하였다. 분석결과 은행의 경영컨설팅 이후 은행과 수진기업의 상호 의존성이 증가하였으나, 수진기업의 수익성 등 경영성과에 일관적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였으며, 미수진기업과 비교하였을 때 성과가 유의하게 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지금까지의 은행 컨설팅이 은행과 여신 자산인 대출기업의 정보비대칭을 감소시키는데 기여하였으나, 실질적인 경영성과의 개선을 위하여 장기적인 관점에서의 계획과 노력이 필요함을 암시한다.

Although more than 99% of all Korean companies are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which accounts for a large part of the national economy, they are having difficulties in securing information protection capabilities due to problems such as budget and manpower. On the other hand, as 97% of cyber incidents are concentrated in SMEs, it is urgent to strengthen the information protection management and response capabilities of SMEs. Although the government is promoting company-wide information security consulting for SMEs, the need for supplementing it's procedures and consulting items is being raised. Based on the results of information security consulting supported by the government in 2020, this study attempted to derive improvement plans by interviewing SME workers, information security consultants, and system operators. Through the research results, it is expected to create a basis for SMEs to autonomously check the information security management system and contribute to the reference of related policies.

본 연구는 컨설턴트의 역량이 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향 그리고 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 관계 및 컨설팅 참여기업의 컨설팅에 대한 이해도와 참여도가 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 조절효과를 분석하기 위하여, 기술보증기금으로부터 기술·경영컨설팅 지원을 받은 154개 중소기업으로부터 회수되어진 103개 설문지를 활용하여 분석하였다. 컨설턴트의 능력, 지식, 태도부분으로 구분된 컨설턴트 역량 중에서 지식 부문(β=.377, p<.001)과 태도 부문(β=.461, p<.001)이 컨설팅 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계(R2=.623)가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 컨설팅 성과는 컨설팅 활용도 및 재구매 의도(β=.817, p<.001)에 정(+)의 상관관계(R2=.668)를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 수진기업의 컨설팅 이해도는 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도에 미치는 영향을 조절하지 못하였으나, 컨설팅 참여도는 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

There is urgent for defect consulting work to standardize the investigated method, repaired and reinforced method, and estimated cost about defect in increasing a defect lawsuit of apartment building. For the purpose of developing the standard process of defect consulting work, the review that a used process in law and institution should take precedence. There is not prepared the national standard for defect consulting but is dependent on an experience and a practice of consultants. This study analyzes defect consulting case, defines main steps for developing the standard process, and draws phased work factors. As systemizing this, it is expected to apply to basic structure for developing the standard process of defect consulting work for the next.
