멀티미디어 스트림 콘텐츠의 접근이 늘어남에 따라 웹 서비스가 매우 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 웹 서비스는 자주 방문하는 사용자에게 매번 동일한 품질의 서비스를 제공하고 있지 않다. 따라서, 이 논문은 고객 등급 QoS에 접근하는 온톨로지를 설계한다. 이를 위해 사용자의 기여도에 따른 웹 서비스의 2가지 등급을 제공한다. 그리고, 본 논문은 이러한 QoS 프로파일과 SLA의 관계에 대해 UML 언어를 통해 기술한다. 본 논문의 가장 큰 의의는 고객 등급 QoS와 SLA, 그들 간의 관계를 지원하고, 이를 위한 온톨로지를 사용하는 것이다. 이것은 QoS와 SLA를 구성하는 온톨로지 기반 접근으로 웹 서비스의 의미적 분류를 가능하게 할 것이다.

Fishing village is becoming the central base of fishing industry and it plays a major role. However, there is a decrement of marine resources and some difficulties with the deterioration of fishing industry management. In order to solve these problems, there should be some developments(e.g. fishing village toursim development) on various undergoing government and the private organization programs. Nevertheless, there are not guidelines for fishing village tourism development to utilize for practical business. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the current status and guidelines regarding the development of fishing village for coastal planner. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of fishing village development works in Korea and Japan. The second purpose is to identifie success factors after analyzing individual success cases. Based on evidence from the literature and a dialogue with village leader, a literature review on extracting success cases for guidelines were selected according to criteria such as the degree of contribution to an increase in income of the fishing village, the degree of contribution to an increase in consumption of marine products using local natural resources, the number of tourists that visits the village. Finally we propose guidelines for future fishing village development projects. The guidelines based on the successful cases, as well as the major factors about the objectives and direction of fishing village tourism development, suggested as follows. 1)Plans for land use, 2)Development of tourist resources, 3)Plans for views, 4)Plans for resource protection, 5)Plans for operation and marketing.

This case study aims to explore how RDA PLA model affects the agri-SMEs' empowerment. As an agri-business management renovation program from main workshop it was conducted on March to December 2011 with agri-SMEs and extension officials nationwide by RDA. Especially, as a packaged action learning process in the model used participatory action research. This study collected data with participants observation, interviews, situational analysis and systematic review of discourse in qualitative method. For the validity and identifying empirical results, this study used statistic analysis as a mixed method. Further including various pedagogic methods and business coaching skills, this model was conducted from workshop in RDA, in turn, on-farm business coaching as follow-up, CoPs' activities, and local ATCs extension services by each actors. The dynamic process and effects of each process led some change for farmers' innovative knowledge, skills, attitude, practice and aspiration on their farm business. RDA PLA model development based on the previous practices and research, which provided a configurated picture in the holistic action learning process. In statistic research, this study focused on 279 farmers as respondents who had participated in the program. It shows that their income and benefits increased from their renovative practices on farm business. Following the sampling group, it was surveyed by four indicators - products, customer, quality and cost. The level of contribution of education on economic impact 15% is quoted from previous paper. Even in some limitations of public sector, RDA PLA model actively suggests the paradigm shift of agricultural HRD and development of alternative extension-service system.

The paper examined effect of age cohort on life cycle financial planning. A total of 990 questionnaires were distributed with a 55.2% return rate. Seven hypotheses were analysed using hierarchical and ordinary regression analysis. The results revealed that age cohort variables made significant contribution to life cycle financial planning as well as personal orientation towards retirement planning, particularly the younger age cohort. Age cohorts do affect personal orientation towards retirement planning with the confidence level making a significant impact. Current financial resources do have a strong positive impact on consumption for all age cohorts. On the other hand, no significant effect was found between age cohorts and current financial resources but older age cohorts were relatively more significant predictors. The implication was that not only should their individual perceptions of financial planning become an increasingly important part of people's long-term commitment throughout their life-cycle, it must also assume the role as a self-directed life-long learning process, in view of the ever-changing and complicated financial environment.

The main purpose of this research is to analyze economic feasibility of biodegradable sonw crab gill net model project. The results of benefit/cost analysis show that use of the biodegradable gear is economically feasible. Assuming that the rate of gill net lost is 5 percent, net present value was estimated 311,898,282-590,533,375won, benefit-cost ratio 1.816-1.923 and internal rate of return 7.96-10.59%. The development and diffusion of biodegradable fishing gear appear to make a significant contribution to fisheries resource conservation and marine ecosystem protection. In addition, biodegradable gear production firms may have a good opportunity of exporting it to other coastal states, depending on the progress of WTO subsidy negotiation.

This study deals how employees' perceptions of being supported by their organizations and supervisors may lead to organizational commitment and this commitment affects turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior in the context of Thai industrial firms. The sample consists of Thai employees working in manufacturing firms which Koreans operate in Thailand. In line with social exchange theory, this study indicated that employees who felt that their organizations and supervisors valued their contribution and cared about their well-being would be more likely to have lower level of turnover intention and higher level of organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, it was found affective and normative commitment partially mediated the effect of perceived organizational and supervisor support on organizational citizenship behavior. This study enhances our understanding about the roles of organizational commitment in the Thai workplace, and provides some practical implications how to manage Thai employees.

Inverse demand models are well established as market demands in theory and practice of the existing literature. However, the derivation and its interpretation of individual demands from the market demands are not well known in the literature. This paper analyzes the fish market in Korea by the inverse demand model and shows how we deduce the consumer's responses from the market responses when the markets determine the prices by the quantities demanded. It illustrates empirically how this can be done applying to the korean fish market data. The empirical results show that all fishes are price inflexible and mackerels and hairtails are scale flexible in the market demand while mackerels, hairtails, and croakers are price elastic and mackerels and hairtails are income inelastic in the individual demand. The methodology and empirics used in the paper will make a contribution to the existing literature especially for the purpose of recovering consumer's demand from the market demand, thus implementing the policies to administer the fish markets.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 중소기업에 있어서 전사적 생산 설비 보전(TPM: Total Productive Maintenance)활동이 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 규명하는 것이다. 그 결과 개별개선, 자주보전활동을 통하여 경영관점, 고객관점, 성과관점, 그리고 활동관점 등 4가지 관점의 성과를 제고할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 계획보전, 교육훈련, 안전환경활동은 고객관점, 성과관점, 그리고 활동관점의 경영성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과 TPM을 도입한 기업이 전사적 차원에서 체계적인 생산보전활동을 수행함으로써 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으므로 우리나라 기업들이 TPM을 도입 추진하여 지속적으로 활용해야 할 당위성과 필요성을 제시해 준 연구라고 할 수 있다. 또한 4가지 관점에서의 성과측정을 통해 TPM 추진 기업에서의 성과측정지표 선정시 추진목적에 따라 어느 관점에서 중점적으로 성과목표를 설정하여야 할 것인가에 대한 가이드라인 역할뿐만 아니라 향후 TPM 성과 관련 후속연구의 기본방향을 제시해준 연구라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 본 연구의 실증분석에서 도출된 TPM 활동요인과 성과측정 지표의 체계적인 관리를 통해 TPM활동을 보다 효과적으로 추진함으로써 중소기업의 경영성과 및 기업경쟁력을 높이는데 기여할 수 있다고 본다.

Maintaining online services of high quality has become a crucial factor for brokerages to gain competitive advantages. Because of the attributes of the product uniformity of online trading, online brokerages have grown significantly with IT development, since the early 2000s. Now, as the online trading business gets mature, the profitability of the IT investment and the quality of IT-based services became questioned. This study examines the issues of IT investment and its contribution by analyzing the relationship between the quality of online service and IT investment. In addition, it also investigates the relationship of the quality of online services and profitability of brokerage. Our results show that IT investment draws cubic-style, curvilinear relationship with the service quality of online trading and only high quality services can lead to the increase of profitability.
