한국군의 효과적인 합동작전 수행을 위한 감시 정찰 정보 및 공통상황인식의 필요하다. 실시간으로 합동전력간 전술정보를 공유하기 위한 한국형 합동전술데이터링크 체계는 기본형(1단계)에서 음성위주의 기존 무전기를 활용하여 필수 전술정보와 상황인식 공유를 제공한다. 완성형(2단계)은 기본형의 기술개발과 상용기술 성숙도를 고려하여 네트워크 중심의 전쟁수행이 가능한 합동데이터링크를 개발할 예정이다. 이는 연합작전 및 합동작전에 참가하는 전력들간에 효과적인 지휘통제를 제공하여 동시성 통합성의 전투력 발휘가 가능한 합동전장체계이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 CLIP 기반의 공통 데이터 처리기의 성능이 구현된 한국형 합동전술데이터링크의 체계개발을 제시한다. 현재 개발중인 시스템의 시험 결과, QPSK 방식의 변조 신호를 사용한 경우 기존 무전기의 수신감도를 만족하여 시스템 구현시 적용 가능함을 확인할 수 있다.

Increasing evidence suggests the role of miR-449a in the regulation of tumorigenesis and autophagy. Autophagy plays an important role in the malignancy of T-cell lymphoma. However, it is still unknown whether miR-449a is associated with autophagy to regulate the malignancy of T-cell lymp homa. In this study, we for the first time demonstrated that miR-449a enhanced apoptosis of T-cell lymphoma cells by decreasing the degree of autophagy. Further, miR-449a downregulated autophagy-associated 4B (ATG4B) expression, which subsequently reduced the autophagy of T-cell lymphoma cells. Mechanistically, miR-449a decreased ATG4B protein level by binding to its mRNA 3'UTR, thus reducing the mRNA stability. In addition, studies with nude mice showed that miR-449a significantly inhibited lymphoma characteristics in vivo. In conclusion, our results demonstrated that the "miR-449a/ATG4B/autophagy" pathway played a vital role in the malignancy of T-cell lymphoma, suggesting a novel therapeutic target.

The aim of this study is to develop a physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model in intra-abdominal infected rats, and extrapolate it to human to predict moxifloxacin pharmacokinetics profiles in various tissues in intra-abdominal infected human. 12 male rats with intra- abdominal infections, induced by Escherichia coli, received a single dose of 40 mg/kg body weight of moxifloxacin. Blood plasma was collected at 5, 10, 20, 30, 60, 120, 240, 480, 1440 min after drug injection. A PBPK model was developed in rats and extrapolated to human using GastroPlus software. The predictions were assessed by comparing predictions and observations. In the plasma concentration versus time profile of moxifloxcinin rats, $C_{max}$ was $11.151{\mu}g/mL$ at 5 min after the intravenous injection and $t_{1/2}$ was 2.936 h. Plasma concentration and kinetics in human were predicted and compared with observed datas. Moxifloxacin penetrated and accumulated with high concentrations in redmarrow, lung, skin, heart, liver, kidney, spleen, muscle tissues in human with intra-abdominal infection. The predicted tissue to plasma concentration ratios in abdominal viscera were between 1.1 and 2.2. When rat plasma concentrations were known, extrapolation of a PBPK model was a method to predict drug pharmacokinetics and penetration in human. Moxifloxacin has a good penetration into liver, kidney, spleen, as well as other tissues in intra-abdominal infected human. Close monitoring are necessary when using moxifloxacin due to its high concentration distribution. This pathological model extrapolation may provide reference to the PK/PD study of antibacterial agents.

Currently, the departments related to security and secretary service exist in 18 universities and 30 colleges in Korea in order to raise professional security and secretary personnel. Among the 18 four-year colleges in Korea, only two of them have the ethics course include in their curriculum. Also, among the 31 two-year colleges, only three of them have the ethics course included in their curriculum. Besides, as some private security and guardian companies were recently utilized in illegal actions of the rich and ruling class, contradicting their original purpose of existence, many people point out their downfall as a ?forced private army.? As a professional job, if security secretaries take advantage of the knowledge and top-secret technologies and use them for non-ethical purposes, the effect of the damage is far more serious than other fields of jobs. Therefore, taking this event as a turning point, the contract contents and the task area between the client and the security and secretary company must become more transparent in order to prevent illegal actions, and also for the people working in the security and secretary service area, it is necessary to establish a firm ethical consciousness in order to behave appropriately in their working environment. Therefore, this study examines the proper direction of work ethics of the people working in the security and secretary service according to the professionalization of their field, and also aims to propose an appropriate work ethic system such that they will not become an unfortunate victim of various scandals anymore. To do so, the concept of work ethics in professional jobs was examined; and after the code of ethics that reflect the ethical value system of each professional job was reviewed, the study suggested a specific solution for establishing the codes of ethics for security and secretary service.

Contemporary people can form a broad social sympathy on cultural products based on the present Korean image. K-pop is good material to use to share korean culture, and fans who are enthusiastic here are increasingly demanding cultural products. The visual materials of Bangtan Boys are collected from their album covers, and a concept book, and divided into specific and symbolic images. Based on this motif, three specific images: 'bulletproof vest', 'army house + superhero extract image', and 'Wings symbol', six designs were proposed. In addition, six motifs from the music videos for recent popular songs, 'Spring Day', 'Blood, Sweat and Tears' and 'Burning Up' were selected as symbolic images. Each selected image is divided into a normal line and a special line. The former is a relatively small, stable, and popular style, and the latter is a large, original, and bold style. By drawing and transforming extracted images and motifs using Adobe Illustrator CS6 and Adobe Photoshop CS6 program, a full-width umbrella design was developed. The messages that the Bangtan Boys wants to convey through their music are put into cultural products that contemporaries can sympathize with. By developing umbrellas, a variety of items and design goods can become desirable points of consumption as high-value products by domestic and foreign fandom. If designs that incorporate various elements of future K-pop contents as well as other Korean Wave contents are developed, it will be possible to develop original design products that will form global understanding.

미래의 전쟁 양상을 예측하는 것이 장차 전쟁에서 승리를 보장 받을 수 있다. 이라크 전에서 미군이 보여준 전쟁방식에서 미래의 전쟁양상을 도출해 낼 수 있다. 즉, GPS, 첩보위성, 무인정찰기를 이용한 실시간의 정보 수집에서 고도화된 유도 무기를 통한 정밀타격까지의 일련의 전투과정은 우주, 공중, 해상, 지상 전력을 네트워크화 함으로써 실시간 동시 및 통합 전투력 발휘가 전쟁의 승패를 결정하는 핵심 요소라는 것을 다시 한 번 확인할 수 있었다. NCW는 미래 작전유형이 작전에 참여하는 모든 요소들의 네트워킹에 의해 유기적으로 연동되는 네트워크 중심 전장을 의미한다. 따라서 정보수집 센서, 지휘 결심, 타격체계들이 지리적 여건에 제한되지 않고 네트워킹 되어 전투에 참여하는 지휘관에서부터 각개 병사에 이르기까지 원하는 시간에 원하는 정보를 획득할 수 있는 전쟁수행개념을 말한다. 미래형컴퓨터에 대하여 고찰하고, 특히 휴대용 컴퓨터, 키보드 없이도 손으로 자유롭게 사용할 수 있는 컴퓨터, 음성인식 컴퓨터, 이를 이용한 인공지능, 또한 이를 통합 운용할 수 있는 네트워크 체계를 이해하고 해병대의 종합적인 정보통신망 구축과 이를 전투나 훈련에 적용해 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this research is to study doll's symbolism representing our social culture and the characteristics of clothing design. The ball joint doll was selected, that are pretty much resembled to human body in terms of facial expression, body proportion, joint movement, etc. Results of research are summarized as follows: the ball joint doll is indicated a doll whose joints are free to move with a round shaped joint, which originated by Yochilya simon, who adopted German Hans Bellmer's method.'rho ball joint doll, first, there appeared state of human isolation due to the material civilization and industrial revolution, and trend of adhering to one's own world made human possess dolls. Second, according to the doll play became a representing play culture among Kidult culture, dolls, that are resembled with human being, were recognized as personalized objects. Third, along of expanding digital culture that makes easy to exchange information via Internet, so, ball joint doll market is growing fast, for which various levels of mania are being formed. Take a look at the doll fashion in modern society. In accordance to form of Look, it is largely categorized Young Casual look, Office look, Ethnic look and Military look. When take a look at design specialty, young casual look was presented as a comfortable silhouette and also made of elastic materials and expressed vivid bright tones. Office look image was expressed as a suit of jacket with skirt, and cotton wool polyester materials and acro-matic colors. Ethnic look was represented by Japanese traditional dress and Chinese traditional clothing. The Military look was generally emphasized army uniforms of straight silhouette and shoulder straps.

댐 상류지역 및 주변지역에 위치하고 있는 습지는 댐의 수질개선, 동식물의 서식처 확보 등과 같은 생태보전 및 경관 제공 기능을 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 댐이 지니고 있는 습지의 역할을 검토하기 위하여 수문지형학적 방법인 HGM을 이용하여 댐습지의 기능을 평가하였다. 본 연구에서는 우포늪과 보령댐을 기준습지로 선정하여 용담댐의 기능을 평가하였으며, 그 결과 전체적인 기능이 0.6점 이상으로 나타났다. 이는 댐습지와 자연습지를 비교했을 때, 댐습지가 자연습지의 약 60%의 기능을 수행하는 것을 나타낸다. 따라서 댐에 위치하고 있는 습지의 관리와 보전이 잘 이루어진다면 보다 더 효과적으로 기능을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 판단 된다.

본 연구는 병영도서관 이용자의 인식 및 이용 행태, 만족도, 그리고 '진중문고'의 활용성 등을 조사함으로서 병영도서관 서비스의 현황과 장병들의 독서 증진 및 병영도서관 이용 활성화 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 육군, 해군, 공군 병영도서관 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과, 장병들은 새로운 지식 및 정보를 얻고 교양을 쌓기 위하여 독서를 한다는 응답이 가장 높았으며, 선호하는 독서 분야는 일반소설, 시, 만화, 무협지 및 판타지 소설 등의 순으로 나타났다. 군부대 내에서 장병들의 독서를 장려하기 위해서는 병영도서관 장서의 다양함과 양적 확충이 가장 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 장병들은 소설, 시, 입시 및 취업 대비서 등에 대한 도서의 확충을 가장 희망하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 병영도서관의 이용률과 독서에 대한 관심을 높이기 위해서는 장병들의 병영도서관 및 도서에 대한 접근성 및 도서관 이용 시간 확대 방안 등의 필요성이 제기되었다.

최근 발생한 원전부품 시험성적서 위변조 사건은 국민들에게 많은 충격을 가져왔다. 또한 케이블 제조회사들은 부당한 이득을 취득할 목적으로 시험 데이터를 위조했으며 군수분야에서도 시험성적서를 위조하여 불량부품을 납품한 사례도 발견되었다. 성적이 위조된 부품은 무기체계 운용에 심각한 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 이는 국가안보에 직결된다는 점에서 매우 중요한 사안이다. 본 연구에서는 군수업체의 시험데이터 위조 가능성을 검출할 수 있는 통계적 이론 기반의 방법론을 확립하고 이를 엑셀 툴을 활용하여 유효성 검증 툴을 개발하였다. 또한 군수업체 시험시스템의 전반적인 개선을 목적으로 기존의 시험시스템 요구사항들을 반영한 체크리스트 기반의 검증 도구 역시 개발하였다. 본 유효성 검증 툴을 활용하여 위조된 시험 성적서의 검출 및 검증을 통해 불량부품 사용을 사전에 차단함으로써 군수품 품질보증에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
