In order to performing the joint operation of Korean army efficiently, informations about surveillance, reconnaissance, and situation awareness need to be possessed jointly. In the first development phase (basis type) of the Korean joint tactical data link system (JTDLS-K), essential tactical information and recognized situation are owned among platforms in common by using existing wireless terminals. In the second development phase (completion type) of the JTDLS-K, a JTDLS which can perform network centric warfare (NCW) will be developed in due consideration of technology development of the basis type and common technology maturity degree. This is a joint battlefield system that can show fighting power simultaneous and polysynthetically through providing command and control messages effectively to each platform, which is participating in the joint and combined operations. In this paper, the development of JTDLS-K with a common data processor based on common link integration processing (CLIP) is described. From the test results of the system presented in this paper, it is demonstrated that quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK) signals can be applied to the system.

Increasing evidence suggests the role of miR-449a in the regulation of tumorigenesis and autophagy. Autophagy plays an important role in the malignancy of T-cell lymphoma. However, it is still unknown whether miR-449a is associated with autophagy to regulate the malignancy of T-cell lymp homa. In this study, we for the first time demonstrated that miR-449a enhanced apoptosis of T-cell lymphoma cells by decreasing the degree of autophagy. Further, miR-449a downregulated autophagy-associated 4B (ATG4B) expression, which subsequently reduced the autophagy of T-cell lymphoma cells. Mechanistically, miR-449a decreased ATG4B protein level by binding to its mRNA 3'UTR, thus reducing the mRNA stability. In addition, studies with nude mice showed that miR-449a significantly inhibited lymphoma characteristics in vivo. In conclusion, our results demonstrated that the "miR-449a/ATG4B/autophagy" pathway played a vital role in the malignancy of T-cell lymphoma, suggesting a novel therapeutic target.

The aim of this study is to develop a physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model in intra-abdominal infected rats, and extrapolate it to human to predict moxifloxacin pharmacokinetics profiles in various tissues in intra-abdominal infected human. 12 male rats with intra- abdominal infections, induced by Escherichia coli, received a single dose of 40 mg/kg body weight of moxifloxacin. Blood plasma was collected at 5, 10, 20, 30, 60, 120, 240, 480, 1440 min after drug injection. A PBPK model was developed in rats and extrapolated to human using GastroPlus software. The predictions were assessed by comparing predictions and observations. In the plasma concentration versus time profile of moxifloxcinin rats, $C_{max}$ was $11.151{\mu}g/mL$ at 5 min after the intravenous injection and $t_{1/2}$ was 2.936 h. Plasma concentration and kinetics in human were predicted and compared with observed datas. Moxifloxacin penetrated and accumulated with high concentrations in redmarrow, lung, skin, heart, liver, kidney, spleen, muscle tissues in human with intra-abdominal infection. The predicted tissue to plasma concentration ratios in abdominal viscera were between 1.1 and 2.2. When rat plasma concentrations were known, extrapolation of a PBPK model was a method to predict drug pharmacokinetics and penetration in human. Moxifloxacin has a good penetration into liver, kidney, spleen, as well as other tissues in intra-abdominal infected human. Close monitoring are necessary when using moxifloxacin due to its high concentration distribution. This pathological model extrapolation may provide reference to the PK/PD study of antibacterial agents.

Currently, the departments related to security and secretary service exist in 18 universities and 30 colleges in Korea in order to raise professional security and secretary personnel. Among the 18 four-year colleges in Korea, only two of them have the ethics course include in their curriculum. Also, among the 31 two-year colleges, only three of them have the ethics course included in their curriculum. Besides, as some private security and guardian companies were recently utilized in illegal actions of the rich and ruling class, contradicting their original purpose of existence, many people point out their downfall as a ?forced private army.? As a professional job, if security secretaries take advantage of the knowledge and top-secret technologies and use them for non-ethical purposes, the effect of the damage is far more serious than other fields of jobs. Therefore, taking this event as a turning point, the contract contents and the task area between the client and the security and secretary company must become more transparent in order to prevent illegal actions, and also for the people working in the security and secretary service area, it is necessary to establish a firm ethical consciousness in order to behave appropriately in their working environment. Therefore, this study examines the proper direction of work ethics of the people working in the security and secretary service according to the professionalization of their field, and also aims to propose an appropriate work ethic system such that they will not become an unfortunate victim of various scandals anymore. To do so, the concept of work ethics in professional jobs was examined; and after the code of ethics that reflect the ethical value system of each professional job was reviewed, the study suggested a specific solution for establishing the codes of ethics for security and secretary service.

Contemporary people can form a broad social sympathy on cultural products based on the present Korean image. K-pop is good material to use to share korean culture, and fans who are enthusiastic here are increasingly demanding cultural products. The visual materials of Bangtan Boys are collected from their album covers, and a concept book, and divided into specific and symbolic images. Based on this motif, three specific images: 'bulletproof vest', 'army house + superhero extract image', and 'Wings symbol', six designs were proposed. In addition, six motifs from the music videos for recent popular songs, 'Spring Day', 'Blood, Sweat and Tears' and 'Burning Up' were selected as symbolic images. Each selected image is divided into a normal line and a special line. The former is a relatively small, stable, and popular style, and the latter is a large, original, and bold style. By drawing and transforming extracted images and motifs using Adobe Illustrator CS6 and Adobe Photoshop CS6 program, a full-width umbrella design was developed. The messages that the Bangtan Boys wants to convey through their music are put into cultural products that contemporaries can sympathize with. By developing umbrellas, a variety of items and design goods can become desirable points of consumption as high-value products by domestic and foreign fandom. If designs that incorporate various elements of future K-pop contents as well as other Korean Wave contents are developed, it will be possible to develop original design products that will form global understanding.

Predicting pattern of future combat ensures a successful war. It is possible to anticipate the shape of the future combat from the fighting method of US Army in the Iraq War. The fighting method: a series of combat progress by real time information to pinpoint strike using a guided weapon by GPS, an intelligence satellite and unmanned surveillance vehicle (USV), shows that real time unification combat power is key element for decide outcome of a war. The NCW is an organically connected network centric warfare paradigm by networking a factor of operation. In this paper, studied on the improvement plan for combat power by the future computer like a portable computer, an audio-recognized computer and non-keyboard computer. In addition, this paper attempts to establish a comprehensive intelligence network of Korea Marine Corps and to apply to combat or training.

The purpose of this research is to study doll's symbolism representing our social culture and the characteristics of clothing design. The ball joint doll was selected, that are pretty much resembled to human body in terms of facial expression, body proportion, joint movement, etc. Results of research are summarized as follows: the ball joint doll is indicated a doll whose joints are free to move with a round shaped joint, which originated by Yochilya simon, who adopted German Hans Bellmer's method.'rho ball joint doll, first, there appeared state of human isolation due to the material civilization and industrial revolution, and trend of adhering to one's own world made human possess dolls. Second, according to the doll play became a representing play culture among Kidult culture, dolls, that are resembled with human being, were recognized as personalized objects. Third, along of expanding digital culture that makes easy to exchange information via Internet, so, ball joint doll market is growing fast, for which various levels of mania are being formed. Take a look at the doll fashion in modern society. In accordance to form of Look, it is largely categorized Young Casual look, Office look, Ethnic look and Military look. When take a look at design specialty, young casual look was presented as a comfortable silhouette and also made of elastic materials and expressed vivid bright tones. Office look image was expressed as a suit of jacket with skirt, and cotton wool polyester materials and acro-matic colors. Ethnic look was represented by Japanese traditional dress and Chinese traditional clothing. The Military look was generally emphasized army uniforms of straight silhouette and shoulder straps.

Dam as a Wetland can provide functions of ecological conservation, water quality improvement, landscape, and so on as well as. Dam's own various functions. Here we tried to assess function and value of Yongdam dam as a wetland by Hydrogeomorphic(HGM) Method which was developed by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In this study, the Upo wetland and Boryeong dam were selected as reference wetlands to assess the functional index of the Yongdam dam. As the results, we obtained the functional index values over 0.6 for total index of the Yongdam dam. It describes that Yong dam dam-wetland is providing over 60% functions of the Upo wetland and Boryung dam-wetland. This result suggests that dam-wetland can provide good wetland functions efficiently if we conserve and manage well.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of the military library services and the factors for promoting the reading of the soldiers and the activation of the use of the library by investigating the perception, use behavior and satisfaction of the library users, and the usefulness of 'JinJung' library collection. For this purpose, we surveyed the users of the Army, Navy, and Air Force military libraries. As a result of the survey, they responded that they were reading to acquire new knowledge and information and to cultivate the education. The favorite reading areas were general fiction, poetry, comic books, martial arts and fantasy novels. In order to encourage the soldiers to read in the military, diversity and quantitative expansion of collections are most needed, and soldiers said they most desire to expand the books on novels, poetry, admissions and employment preparation books. In addition, in order to increase the utilization rate of the military library and the interest in reading, it was necessary to increase the accessibility of the soldiers' library and books to the military, and to increase the library use time.

Recently, fake test data of power cables in nuclear power plants was a terrible shock to the citizens. Some cable companies manipulated the test data to make unfair profits. In addition, fake test data cases were found in military supplies. The fake test data cases focused on parts of army's tank, armored car. This paper propose a new method that can detect fake test data using known statistical methods. In addition, the method was implemented in Microsoft Excel to allow easy use. Lastly, a check sheet was proposed to check the validity of the test system of military suppliers. By detecting and checking the fake test data, it is expected that our new method will play an important role in quality assurance of military supplies.
