We suggest how to use DSS(Decision Support System) as one alternative way of taking advantage of IT in order to develop and maintain Knowledge-Intensive Organization. As organizations support decision making by structuring decision making process, each organization should share implicit knowledge with each member and convert it into explicit one through structuring and synthesizing. Also we show that knowledge management system, which has not been efficiently applied to organization until now, could be used by DSS. Though there are not many cases of successful use of KMS benifits to provide such functions as share, synthesize and solve with organization, it is expected to use DSS frequently by adopting these If methods for achieving and maintaining Knowledge-Intensive Organization.

Among the tools based on generative artificial intelligence, the possibility of using ChatGPT is being explored. However, studies that have confirmed what factors should be considered when using it educationally based on learners' actual perceptions are insufficient. Through qualitative research method, this study was to derive consideration factors when using ChatGPT in the education. The results showed that there were five key factors as follows: critical thinking on generated information, recognizing it as a tool to support learning and avoiding dependent use, conducting prior training on ethical usage, generating clear and appropriate questions, and reviewing and synthesizing answers. It is necessary to develop an instructional design model that comprehensively composes the above elements.

XBRL은 재무 보고를 비롯한 다양한 비즈니스 보고에서 활용되고 있는 XML 기반 언어로서, 개념들과 이들간의 관계를 정의하여 활용할 수 있다. 비즈니스 보고 프로세스에서 절대적으로 중요한 것이 문법적이고 의미적인 수준에서 보고내용의 일치성과 완전성을 점검하여 제공하는 것이다. XBRL 문서를 제출 받아 이용하는 측에서도 제공받은 것들의 내용을 점검하는 것이 필수적이다. 이 논문에서는 현재 표준화가 진행중인 XBRL Formula를 중심으로, 의미 수준에서 XBRL 문서의 의미제약을 표현하고, 이를 서비스 품질 향상에 이용할 수 있도록 지원하는데 있어서, 대표적인 문제점과 해결방안에 대하여 토의한다.

현행 소프트웨어사업자 신고제도는 그 효과성과 활용성에 여러 문제점들이 지적되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어사업자 신고제도의 실태를 수주자와 발주자를 대상으로 조사하여 그 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고, 수/발주자의 개선의견을 통합적으로 분석하여 그 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 통해서 단기적 개선안으로 신고제도 절차 및 활용 개선안을 제시한다.

최근 들어 Big Data를 활용한 기술들이 많이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Machine Learning과 Deep Learning을 이용하여 음성 Big Data를 활용한 이미지 시각화를 통해 보이스 피싱 등 여러 범죄에 도움이 되게 하고 그 외의 음성과 얼굴 매칭을 통한 새로운 보안시스템 및 다양한 시너지 효과들을 기대하는 서비스를 기술한다.

This study presents two dimensional views of IT-use behaviors. It examines public employee's IT-use behavior as manifested in two ways: acceptance on IT, utilization on IT. This study investigates levels of employee's the acceptance and utilization on IT in the Korean Central Government(ministry and agency) and analyses factors affecting public employee's the acceptance and utilization on task-related IT in the public sector. This study tries to examine the variables affecting the acceptance and utilization on IT; especially, the influences of such variables as leadership, task-related communication with people, task motivation, IT usability and ease of uses, task understanding in the context of Korean Central Government. Based on a questionnaire survey in Korean Central Government(8 ministries, 5 agencies) that have implemented Government Knowledge Management System(GKMS), 311 valid instruments were received and analyzed using various statistics and structural equation model(SEM). And this study will adopt try to delineate pre and intervening conditions for public employee's the acceptance and utilization. According to the results of interviews and SEM analysis suggests that the influence of task-understanding, organizational communication, IS usability were statistically significant in the acceptance and utilization on IT. And it is also hoped that the path-analytic model suggested in this study helps reveal the causal chains between the acceptance and the utilization. Especially, task-understanding proves to be important in encouraging public employee's the acceptance and utilization. This result illustrates why task-understanding people are the key to utilize the task-related IT in public organization.

외국 IT선진 기업들은 비용절감, 우수인력 활용, 전락 시장에의 접근 등의 목적으로 해외 IT 아웃소싱은 물론, Business Process Outsourcing(BPO)도 활용하고 있다. 선진 글로발 기업들은 이미 우수인력을 선점하여 글로발 차원에서 경쟁력을 유지하고 있다. 비롯 늦었지만 최근 우리나라 IT 서비스 기업들도 해외에 개발센터를 설립하여 중국인력을 활용하기 시작하였다. 개발 인건비 절감이 주 목적이나 분산 원격개발의 프로세스를 정립하고 훈련하는 것도 부수적으로 기대하고 있다. 중국시장을 접근한다는 장기적 전략으로 현지회사와의 M&A, 교육 및 보상체계 제공, 사용 언어의 다변화 등을 통하여 우수인력의 적극 확보하는 것이 요구된다.

In this study, in order to secure an educational environment for the development of skin beauty subjects using VR based on the learners' awareness of VR, a total of 105 learners' perception of VR, VR experience elements, and the development of VR-using skin beauty subjects, questions about general characteristics were conducted using an online questionnaire. As a result of the survey through frequency analysis, factor analysis, and correlation analysis, the higher the awareness of VR, the higher the educational performance and immersion (p<.01). It was found that awareness and interest were high (p<.001). As for the correlation, the higher the VR-using skin care experience factor, the higher the perception of VR-using skin beauty course development. Therefore, it was confirmed that it is necessary to develop and educate skin beauty subjects using VR in line with learners' expectations and the 4th industrial revolution era. Therefore, in follow-up studies, it is considered that it is necessary to develop and operate VR-based skin beauty subjects.

취수원부터 수도꼭지까지 IT-ET 융합기술 기반 상수도 통합운영관리 시스템을 개발하여 향후 상수도 관리에 국내의 우수한 IT 기술을 적극 활용하고 국민의 환경정보에 대한 접근성을 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
