With the development of the IoT industry, different types of time series data are being generated in various industries, and it is evolving into research that reproduces and utilizes it through re-integration. In addition, due to data processing speed and issues of the utilization system in the actual industry, there is a growing tendency to compress the size of data when using time series data and integrate it. However, since the guidelines for integrating time series data are not clear and each characteristic such as data description time interval and time section is different, it is difficult to use it after batch integration. In this paper, two integration methods are proposed based on the integration criteria setting method and the problems that arise during integration of time series data. Based on this, integration framework of a heterogeneous time series data was constructed that is considered the characteristics of time series data, and it was confirmed that different heterogeneous time series data compressed can be used for integration and various machine learning.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model for information literacy instruction far a university library. It surveyed and analyzed Information Literacy Competency Standards and four Information Problem-Solving Process Models. Through the investigation, this study found out the crucial six elements of information literacy instruction. It includes 1) Information need; 2) Information source; 3) Information seeking; 4) Information evaluation; 5) Information use; and 6) Information ethics. Based on the analysis of the information literacy tutorial of 3 university libraries in the States and Australia, special concerns were paid on investigating the contents of instruction programs. This study proposed the model of information literacy instruction of the university library as a result. It consists of eight steps such as 1) Guide of library facility; 2) Information ecology-the flow of academic information; 3) Information needs-Define the topic; 4) Determine the information sources; 5) Plan the search strategy; 6) Search information; 7) Evaluate Information; and 8) style manual. It is suggested to develop and to improve the information literacy instruction programs in university libraries.

반려동물에 대한 인식변화와 고령화, 저출산 문제로 반려동물을 키우는 사람이 계속해서 증가하고 있다. 하지만 반려동물을 유기하는 경우도 많아져 정부에서는 반려동물 등록제를 시행하여 동물 유기를 예방하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 동물 등록 절차의 번거로움과 부작용 우려로 인해 많은 사람이 등록을 하고 있지 않는 실태이다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 이미지 분석을 활용한 동물 외형분석 기술을 제안한다. 제안하는 기술은 동물 이미지에서 특징점 추출을 위해 CNN과 구글에서 제공하는 딥러닝 프레임워크인 텐서플로우(TensorFlow)를 활용하며 동물의 외형을 분석해 동물의 고유한 외형 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 이를 통해 각 개체를 특정할 수 있어 현재 시행되고 있는 동물 등록방법을 대체하여 동물 유기문제 해결에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

고전적인 인공 신경망을 암호 분야에 사용하기 위한 연구들이 이뤄지고 있으며 다양한 암호 관련 분야에서의 사용이 제안되었다. 더 나아가 최근에는 양자 컴퓨터의 연산속도 이점을 활용해서 고전적인 인공 신경망을 학습하기 위한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 양자컴퓨터의 양자 알고리즘은 기존 컴퓨터에서 보여주지 못한 연산속도를 보여주었으며 앞으로의 잠재력이 기대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Quantum Neural Network (QNN)를 활용한 암호 연구 동향에 대해 살펴본다.

The teaching plan is an important material for teaching and learning, and it goes through many hardships to make out it. Although these materials have been shared through web and referenced for making their teaching plan by other teachers, it has been little utilized yet in learning. In this paper, we proposed a strategy for utilizing the teaching plan as a useful material in learning and had developed the web-based system for managing and utilizing the teaching plan based on the strategy.

세계경제는 지식이 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 글로벌 지식경제시대로 진입했다 할 수 있다. 즉 지식이 국가 경쟁력을 좌우하고, 지식을 활용한 다양한 경영활동이 기업의 성패를 결정짓는 지식경영시대가 도래 한 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라의 IT기업에 종사하는 종사자들을 대상으로 하여 프로젝트 참여자, 조직의 특성, 관계자의 특성이 지식의 공유 및 활용에 어떠한 영향을 주며 이는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인가를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 제시한 모든 요인들이 지식공유 및 활용에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 이는 작게는 특정 프로젝트의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 크게는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

Medical Informatics에 대한 관심 증가와 정보통신 관련 기술이 발전됨에 따라 IT 기술을 활용한 의료 프로세스는 매우 활발히 사용되고 있으며, 재난 시 의료진의 접근이 제한된 가운데 단시간 내에 응급치료 및 수송과 효율적인 자원배분을 통한 대응은 각종 정보통신 관련기술의 발전과 함께 비약적으로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Medical Informatics와 관련된 연구들을 분석하여 재난 상황에서 정보통신 기술을 활용한 의료 활동과 의료지원 시스템의 활용을 다룬다. 재난 상황 및 다수의 사상자가 발생하는 사고 현장에서 IT 시스템을 이용하여 보다 효과적으로 환자의 상태를 파악하여 분류함으로써 의료 활동의 효율을 높이는 방법에 대해 분석하고, 이를 위한 워크 플로의 정의 및 관련된 연구를 정리 하였다. 또한 무선통신기술의 활용, SNS 등을 이용한 의료정보의 전달과 이를 활용한 의료진의 대응 방법 대한 연구동향을 정리하였다. 이러한 정보기술의 발전은 재난에 대응하는 전략적 목표와 방법 등에서도 변화가 이루어지고 있어 이에 대한 연구동향을 포함하였다.

We investigate empirically the impact of IT exploration & exploitation capability and operational capability upon organizational agility, especially small and medium sized firms in the logistics industry in South Korea. Based on literature on the bilateral relationship between organizational agility and IT capability, we follow the established research model and propose hypotheses. This work takes an empirical methodology to test the hypotheses: design survey questionnaires, collect data, test reliability and validity of data, and finally test the hypotheses. Our results based on the data collected in 2018 present that IT exploration & exploitation capability significantly increases operational capability, and operational capability increases organizational agility. We find our contribution in updating previous research findings with recent data and in expanding the domain of research more specifically into small and medium sized firms in logistics industry in South Korea. Practically our work suggests that managers and policy makers should consider both fostering newly emerging IT exploration and existing IT resource exploitation capability in order to enhance organizational agility of those small and medium sized firms in logistics industry.

The purpose of this paper is to understand copyright exemption for libraries including Copyright Act Article 31. Especially, it is focused on the impacts on fair use article which is recently introduced in Korean Copyright Act. It looks into completely copyright exemption which libraries can make use of. And then it also rearranges the resources which library can use without the copyright owner's permission. Further, it explores the meanings of fair use and the detail requirements for adoption to library services. And it analyzed some cases which can be applied substantially for library services.
