소프트웨어 로봇을 위한 인간-로봇 상호작용

  • 인간과 로봇의 자연스러운 상호작용을 위하여 영상과 음성을 기반으로 한 인간-로봇 상호작용 (HRI: Human Robot Interaction) 기술들을 소개한다. URC개념의 서버/클라이언트 구조를 갖는 소프트웨어 로봇에 수행 가능한 얼굴 인식 및 검증, 준 생체정보(semi biometrics)를 이용한 사용자 인식, 제스처인식, 화자인식 및 검증, 대화체 음성인식 기술들에 대하여 살펴본다. 이러한 인간-로봇 상호작용 기술들은 초고속 인터넷과 같은 IT 인프라를 이용하는 URC(Ubiquitous Robotic Companion) 기반의 지능형 서비스 로봇을 위한 핵심기술로서 사용되어진다.

  • 클라우드는 IT를 직접 소유하기 보다 제 3 자가 제공하는 소프트웨어, 플랫폼, 인프라구조 등을 필요에 따라 선택하고 이용하는 방식으로 시스템을 중앙에서 집중 관리하여 규모의 경제를 달성하는 데 용이하지만 해커에게는 더 없이 매력적인 공격 대상이 된다. 아무리 완벽한 보안 설비와 정책을 이행하고 있더라도 사용자의 아이디와 패스워드가 도용 되었을 때 발생되는 문제점은 치명적이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 편의성을 보장하면서 계정도용을 방지하기 위한 새로운 보안 요구사항을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 오늘의 기업에게 정보기술이란 필수요소이다. 정보기술을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 IT 인프라가 체계적으로 구축되어 있어야 한다. 해당 조직에 적합한 정보기술 기반구조를 설계하고 이의 도입을 위한 구체적인 계획을 수립하기 위해서는 체계적이고 효과적인 정보계획 수립(Information System Planning: ISP)이 필요하다. 그러나 정보계획수립 프로젝트의 상당수가 실패로 그치고 있다. 특히 정보기술의 지속적인 변화 때문에 수립한 정보기술 기반구조 계획안이 실제 구현되지 못하고 계획으로만 남는 경향이 있다. 이러한 ISP의 어려움을 해결하기 위해서는 정보기술 참조모델(reference model)을 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있다. 즉, 조직의 정보시스템에 공통적으로 적용할 수 있는 IT 인프라나 표준 아키텍쳐를 바탕으로 정보계획수립을 수행해 나가는 방식이 필요하다. 이와 같은 참조모델 기반의 정보계획 수립은 새로운 아키텍쳐를 추출하고 표준화를 이룸으로써 프로젝트의 생산성을 높일 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 기존의 ISP 연구는 ISP의 필요성, 과정, 성공요인 등에 국한되어 왔으며, 방법론에 대한 연구는 미비한 편이다. 최근들어 ISP의 체계적인 분류나 참조모델 기반 계획수립의 필요성이 제기되었다. 그러나 아직까지 이와같은 접근에서 참조 모델을 어떻게 구축하고 활용해 나갈 것인가에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 참조모델을 구축하기 위한 다양한 접근방법과 각각의 특징을 제시한다. 나아가서 해당 조직의 상황이나 요구수준에 따라 적합한 접근방법을 선택할 수 있게 해주는 방안을 제시한다.타냈으며, 평가결과에 대해 여러 가지 방법으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 동종제품간 평가분석을 통하여 각각의 제품을 비교하였으며, 둘째 소프트웨어 종류별 평가로 제품을 응용소프트웨어, 응용개발도구, 시스템 소프트웨어로 분류하여 평균값으로 비교하였다. 셋째, 국내외 제품별 평가분석으로 전체 제품을 국내제품과 국외제품으로 분류하여 비교하였으며, 마지막으로 총괄분석을 통해 가중치를 적용하여 전 제품의 점수를 비교하였다. 여기에서는 각 제품의 평균점수에 대한 차이를 95%의 유의수준으로 T-Test를 실시하였다.uted to the society, and what the socioeconomic impacts are resulted from the program.   • The aim of this paper is to present suitable and applicable aspects for domestic and foreign conditions and strategies for modernizing a realizable communications network based on local characteristics in North Korea. Thus, the selection of an objective area, the collection of data, the analysis of characteristics of objective area, the prediction of demand and traffic and the establishment of methods for modernizing a synthetic communications network are necessary. But because a general communications inflation in North Korea is placed under primary stage, it is impossible to consider all things mentioned above. Therefore, in this paper, it is considered only basic strategies for modernizing communications network and established a structure of a conceptual communications network in the goal year.

Experimental study on pullout performance of structural fiber embedded in cement composites according to fineness modulus of fine aggregate (시멘트 복합체에 근입된 숏크리트용 구조 섬유의 잔골재 조립률에 따른 인발성능 비교)

  • This research performed single fiber pull-out test to evaluate the effect between fineness modulus of cement composites and the fiber bond performance (bond strength and pull-out energy). A synthetic fiber (polypropylene) and a steel fiber (hooked ends type) were inserted in the middle of dog bone shape specimens which were designed with fine aggregates of F. M. 1.96, 2.69, 3.43. The experiment results showed bond strength and pullout energy of synthetic fiber are improved as fineness modulus of cement composites increases. It is considered that the frictional resistance between synthetic fiber and cement composite increases as fineness modulus of cement composite increases and consume more energy while pull out the fiber from cement composite. However bond performance of steel fiber which resist pull out by mechanical behavior is less effected on fineness modulus of cement composite. It is considered that the mechanical fixedness of hooked ends exerts a greater effect on the pullout resistance than the frictional resistance between the cement composite and the steel fiber so F. M. of fine aggregate has a relatively small effect on the pullout resistance with the steel fiber.

An Analysis on the Expert Opinions of Future City Scenarios (미래도시 전망 분석)

  • This study aims to develop urban scenarios for future cities and validate the future city scenarios using a Delphi method. The scenarios of future city was derived from urban structure, land use, transportation, and urban infrastructure and development using big data analysis, environmental scanning techniques, and literature review. The Delphi survey interviewed 24 erudite scholars and experts across 6 nations including Korea, USA, UK, Japan, China, Australia and India. The Delphi survey structure was designed to test future city scenarios, verified by the 5-point Likert scale. The survey also asked the timing of each scenario likely happens by the three terms of near-future, mid-future and far-future. Results of the Delphi survey reveal the following points. Firstly, for the future urban structure it is anticipated that urban concentration continues and higher density living in global mega cities near future. In the mid-future small and medium size cities may decrease. Secondly, the land use pattern in the near-future is expected of increasing space sharing and mixed or layered vertical land-use. In addition underground space is likely to be extended in the mid-future. Thirdly, in the near-future, transport and infrastructure was expected to show ICT embedded integration platform and public and private smart transport. Finally, the result of Delphi survey shows that TOD (Transit Oriented Development) becomes a development norm and more emphasis on energy and environment fields.

Analysis of Road Surface Irregularity and Superelevation Using Mobile Mapping System (Mobile Mapping System을 이용한 도로 평탄성과 편경사 분석 연구)

  • Road infrastructure has increased explosively due to economic development after industrialization and at present road infrastructure is being changed and increased by construction of new roads and maintenance and expansion of existing roads. Such road infrastructure should support safe driving. Road management plays an important role in safe driving. The purpose of this dissertation is to verify predictability of dangerous sections by analyzing road geometrical structure such as surface irregularity and superelevation for some sections in Central Inland Expressway by MMS and present ways of managing roads using MMS. Having analyzed surface irregularity of roads by using MMS, it was found that over 50 percent of all eight sections, targets of this study need betterments and for superelevation, over 50 percent of two sections goes against superelevation standard. Targets of this study are sections that accidents occurred frequently based on history of past accidents and predictability of dangerous sections can be verified through analysis of road geometrical structure using MMS. Using MMS data created by construction of high definition maps which are being undergone for all roads and methods proposed by this study will help investigate dangerous sections efficiently according to road environment. A result of MMS can be used for maintenance of road furniture.

The Utilization Value of Greenbelts as Green Infrastructure: A Case Study of the Daejeon Metropolitan Area (그린인프라 구축을 위한 개발제한구역의 활용가치: 대전광역시를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to investigate the value of greenbelts exploring how they can be linked with green infrastructure networks. This research interprets the results of geographical information system (GIS) analysis differently from a conventional approach. The findings of the research are four-fold based on the analysis of the Daejeon Metropolitan Area. First, the most controversial greenbelts are laid on Yuseong-gu because the relaxation of the greenbelts for new housing development has caused outstanding issues since the early 2000s. Decisions on further relaxation or restoration of the greenbelts, which will provide a new direction for the establishment of green infrastructure networks, should be made through accurate environmental assessments. Second, the connected north-south corridors of large cities will affect the greenbelts not only in Daejeon, but also in the entire Chungcheong Provinces, and surrounding local municipalities, which should be considered for the revision of the greenbelt policy. Third, it is expected to experience growing development pressures towards neighboring municipalities due to the ongoing strict greenbelt policy. Among them, the most likely areas are Sejong City to the north and Nonsan to the south, requiring policy measures. Fourth, the value of green infrastructure should be added to current evaluation criteria rather than a binary approach - relaxing or preserving the greenbelts - to be holistically integrated with a metropolitan plan.

  • Future Internet has been designing and developing in the world because of overcoming limits of current Internet and accepting new requirements. Therefore it is totally different from architectures of current Internet and it is based on Clean-Slate. Future Internet already has been studying with enormous investment by advanced countries such as USA, EU etc. Technical characteristics of Future Internet can be categorized into Infra techniques, Architectures and Service techniques. Especially, our country is in a superior position in Infra techniques and Service techniques. We can have competitiveness to develop trust communication in Future Internet because we have advantages of various Services such as mobile communication, Machine to Machine and Sensor Networks. This paper aims to analysis reference model of trust communication in Future Internet. To achieve this, we studied analysis of security techniques in four Future Internet researches of NSF.

Structural Performance Evaluation of Offshore Modular Pier Connection using Ultra-high Performance Concrete (초고성능 콘크리트를 활용한 해상 모듈러 잔교 연결부의 구조성능 평가)

  • In this study, offshore modular pier system using the ultra-high performance concrete was developed for the offshore construction environment. For the application of offshore modular pier system, the design, fabrication, and construction performance evaluation were performed using ultra-high performance concrete a compressive strength 120 MPa or more and a direct tensile strength 7 MPa or more. For offshore piers previously constructed with precast concrete, it was intended to verify the idea and possibility of solving errors due to position or vertical deformation during the driving of the foundation pile part during the construction stage. Furthermore, a offshore modular pier system was fabricated with ultra-high performance concrete for the construction performance evaluation. The results showed that a offshore modular pier system secured about 9 % of sectional performance of load bearing capacity under ultimate load conditions. If the offshore modular pier system developed through this study is utilized in the future, it is judged that competitiveness due to sufficient durability and constructability can be secured.
