본 논문은 기업의 중요 정보를 내부에 저장하면서도 스토리지, 컴퓨팅 및 네트워크를 단일 시스템으로 통합한 HCI(Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) 기반의 On-premises 가상화 인프라를 기업에 도입했을 때의 효과를 검증한다. 150여 대의 물리 서버를 운영하는 기업에서 신규 시스템에 대해서 HCI 가상화 기반의 인프라를 도입하여 물리 서버 대비 약 35%의 구축비용을 절감하고, 기본 사용 연수인 5년간의 유지보수 비용은 약 59%의 절감효과를 예상할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 HCI 가상화 기술을 통해 정보기술이 기업 비즈니스 성패에 큰 영향을 주는 4차산업 혁명 시대에 기업의 총 IT 소유비용(TCO)을 절감할 수 있음은 물론, 빠른 비즈니스 변화에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 인프라를 구성할 수 있음을 시사했다. 또한 가상화로 전환을 망설이는 기업에는 실질적인 효과를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

This paper aims to examine the characteristics of social enterprises in Jinju City, Korea and to provide policy recommendations for promoting the competitiveness of local social enterprises. There are 11 social enterprises in Jinju City that are certified by central and local governments. The survey shows that the majority of social enterprises in Jinju City are based on the local community and their activities are public in nature, including supporting the self-reliance of local under-privileged class or contributing to local socio-economic development. However, it is also revealed that local social enterprises have a great deal of difficulty in making a profit. Particularly, they have much trouble with sales of their services and products, largely due to the vulnerability of marketing and financial ability. This means that the local social enterprises are not capable of being viable in a severe market competition. Thus I suggest some important policy recommendation for invigorating local social enterprises, including the reform of governance system, expansion of public purchase of the products made by local social enterprises, and the facilitation of inter-organizational networking among local social economy agents.

Because XML is a W3C standard and has characteristics like platform-independent, it has a critical role in e-commerce. Business rules and Procedures should be standardized for efficient B2B integration. But a lot of companies are its own XML documents instead of standard documents. Therefore many organizations try to make standards for e-commerce based on framework. In this paper, we designed and implemented XML Messaging System based on TCP/IP protocols. This system are designed by module. Because, it is easy to extensibility of system. So we can more easily and efficiently build e-commerce system based on this XML messaging system.

In this study, a case study was conducted on Advanced Nano Products Co.,Ltd, a company that was established in 2000 and has the core technology to produce and commercialize nano materials and ultrafine nano powders based on nano technology. Deviating from the general case study, a case study analysis frame was set based on the theory of technology management and industry-university cooperation theory, and cases were analyzed. In this case study, Advanced Nano Products Co.,Ltd. was analyzed from two analytical perspectives: the establishment of a Management Of Technology system within the company and the Industry-Academic Cooperation activity. Based on this theoretical-based analysis framework, company visit interviews and related data research and analysis were conducted. As a result of the study of the case company, it was possible to derive how the technology management and industry-university cooperation affect the growth stage of the company as follows. First, the strategic use of technology management is an important factor in strengthening the competitive advantage and core competencies of venture companies, and for survival and growth of startups in the early stages. Second, strategic use of technology management and patents and establishment of a patent management system are a part of business strategy and play a pivotal role in corporate performance. Third, the human and material infrastructure of universities affects the growth of companies in the early stage of start-up, and the high utilization of industry-university cooperation promotes the growth of companies. Fourth, continuous industry-academic cooperation activities in the growth and maturity stages of a company's growth stage are the basis for activating external exchanges and building networks. Lastly, technology management and industry-university cooperation were found to be growth factors for each growth stage of a company. In order for a company to develop continuously from the start-up to the growth and maturity stages, it is necessary to establish a technology management system from the beginning and promote strategic technology management activities. In addition, it can be said that it is important to carry out various industry-academic cooperation activities outside the company. As a result of the case analysis, it was found that Advanced Nano Products Co.,Ltd, which performed these two major activities well, overcame the crisis step by step and continued to grow until now. This study shows how the use of technology management and industry-academic cooperation creates value in each growth stage of technology-based venture companies. In addition, its active use will play a big role in the growth of other venture companies. The results of this case study can be a valid reference for growth research of technology start-up venture companies and related field application and utilization.

인터넷 사용이 보편화되어 감에 따라 기업의 정보 시스템이 인터넷 기반의 인트라넷 익스트라넷 시스템으로 구축되어 가고 있으며 인터넷 환경에서의 기업과 소비자간 또는 기업과 기업간의 전자거래 관련 응용 프로그램의 개발이 다양해지고 있다. 기업간의 전자 거래에 있어서 정보의 공유 또는 교환의 필수 요소는 공유 또는 교환되어지는 데이터의 형태가 표준화되어 추가적인 데이터의 가공 또는 변환 과정을 거치지 않고 사용할 수 있도록 제공되어져야 한다, 본 논문에서는 인터넷, 인트라넷 등에서 데이터와 포맷 두 가지 모두를 공유하려고 할 때 유용한 방법으로 보편적인 문서의 표준이 되고 있는 XML을 기반으로 하며 기업간의 정보 공유 또는 교환이 이루어 질 수 있는 구매 입찰 조달 시스템 등의 전자상거래 구축에 응용 가능한 작업관리 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 작업관리 시스템은 XML을 기반으로 하여 문서의 표준화가 이루어지며 플랫폼 독립적인 포맷을 제공하여 특정 제품에 관련된 특정 환경의 제약을 받지 않고 사용가능 한 특징을 갖는다.

초기의 웹서비스는 인터넷에 존재하는 응용들을 보다 효율적으로 통합할 수 있는 기술로 인식되어, 지리적으로 분산되어 있는 기업 시스템을 통합하기 위한 목적이나 서로 다른 기업 간의 시스템 연동을 위한 목적으로 활용되기 시작하였다. 그러나, 최근에는 웹서비스의 적용이 크게 확산되면서 인터넷의 응용을 넘어 이동통신 망 응용까지 확산되고 있는 추세이다. 이는 웹서비스가 아스키 기반의 XML 표준을 기반으로 하고 있어 플랫폼, 프로그래밍 언어, 통신망에 독립적인 특징을 갖으며, 또한 웹의 국제 표준화 기구인 W3C를 중심으로 개발된 표준 기술이기 때문이다. 현재 MS, IBM 등 주요 IT 기업들은 이와 같은 웹서비스의 장점을 이용하여 유비쿼터스 환경에 존재하는 다양한 종류의 디바이스를 연동하기 위한 기술에 집중하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 웹서비스를 이용하여 디바이스를 연동하는 기술과 디바이스가 기존에 인터넷에 존재하는 웹서비스를 연동하기 위해 필요한 기술에 대하여 설명한다.

급변하는 비즈니스 환경과 기업 경쟁의 가속화 그리고 Dynamic eBusiness 시대의 제품 및 서비스의 빠른 변화 및 Mass Customization의 경향은 기업들에게 비즈니스 민첩성을 크게 요구하고 있다. 이런 변화에 민첩하게 대응하기 위해서는 RTE 기반의 IT 인프라가 준비되어 있어야 하며, 이런 인프라의 중심에 웹 서비스가 존재하고 있다. 이에 따라 삼성 SDS에서는 차세대 RTE 아키텍처로서 웹 서비스를 적용 중에 있다. 개념적이고 이론적인 수준에서 언급되는 웹 서비스 적용 방법/기술/장단점이 아닌, 웹 서비스를 레거시 시스템 (Legacy System)에 적용한 경험을 바탕으로 현 기업들이 당면하는 실질적인 문제를 웹 서비스가 어느 정도 해결하여 줄 수 있는지, 레거시 시스템을 웹 서비스 기반의 시스템으로 전환하고자 할 때 고려할 점과 단계별 접근 방안에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

Mobile-Office is the IT office that enables people handle their business anywhere and anytime without going to head office. It has propagated rapidly in domestic and foreign companies as the users who use mobile terminal such as smartphone have increased sharply. Mobile-Office is emerging as a new way of conducting business. It requires business environment to be changed to improve business efficiency, as fast-growing mobile-based economies emerges. Small and medium-sized companies's utilization ability for advanced IT technology is insufficient, and limitations exist on capacity of building and investment. They need different development methodologies and utilization methods. The purpose of this study is not only to consider the previous business environment problem on accessibility, mobility, effectiveness, complexity and consolidation, but to search more efficient methods for introducing applications to utilize various smart devices and websites with minimum investment in R&D.

선진국의 경제구조가 서비스경제로 전환됨에 따라 고부가가치를 낼 수 있는 지식기반 (Knowledge-based) 또는 기술기반 (Technology-based) 서비스의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며 서비스 기업들간의 경쟁도 매우 치열해지고 있다. 서비스 기업들은 보다 차별화 된 고객가치를 창출하고 미래의 핵심역량을 확보하기 위해 다양한 활동을 전개하고 있으나 제조기업과는 달리 대부분의 서비스 기업들에게 연구개발 (Research and Development, R&D)이라는 개념은 매우 생소한 상태이다. 최근 유럽을 중심으로 서비스기업의 연구개발에 관한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있지만 서비스기업의 특성을 포괄하는 연구개발에 대한 정의를 내리는 수준에 머물고 있다. 최근 우리나라 정부에서도 서비스 연구개발에 관한 정책입안을 위해 연구를 진행하고 있는바, 서비스기업에서의 연구개발에 대한 정의, 조직, 예산, 활동영역, 산출물 및 이에 따른 정책적 지원 등에 관한 학계에서의 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 서비스기업의 연구개발활동을 도출하고 연구개발투자와 기업성과와의 관계를 분석함으로써 효과적인 연구개발 투자규모를 도출하는 것이 목표이다. 이 때 서비스기업의 연구개발활동이라 함은 연구개발 대상, 수행조직, 연구개발의 중요성이 포함된다. 또한 연구개발투자와 1-2년 후의 매출 및 순이익의 변화를 분석한다. 실증분석을 위해 기술기반 서비스를 대표하는 국내 IT서비스 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 다양한 통계분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과 대부분의 서비스 기업 응답자가 연구개발의 중요성을 크게 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기업마다 부서별 또는 중앙 연구개발센터를 중심으로 다양한 연구개발활동을 수행하고 있으며 연구개발투자가 기업성과로 연계되기 위해서는 최고경영자의 관심이 가장 중요한 요인인 것으로 지적되었다. 가장 효과적인 연구개발 투자규모는 매출액 대비 15-19%인 것으로 분석되었는데 이는 벤처기업의 특성을 갖는 중소 IT서비스 기업들의 참여가 많았기 때문일 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리나라 서비스기업들이 미래준비를 위한 활동을 전개함에 있어 고려해야 할 주요 요인들을 제시해 줄 것이다.
