Plan of Logistics facility and Management of Freight trucks need for Efficient Improvement of Urban Goods Movement. For this, it need to clear flow pattern of Freight volumes and Freight trucks on urban space. Therefor, The purpose of this study is to clear space flow pattern of Freight volumes and Freight trucks as base data for Plan of Urban Goods Movement on Incheon city. Incheon city is selected because it is at sea & air ports and carries out various Activity of Urban Goods Movement. As the result of this study, it understands and analyzes Characteristic on flow pattern of Freight volumes and Freight trucks. Through this study, we'll expect that this results could be contributed in the understand of actual conditions of Freight volume and freight trucks and the basic data for Improvement of urban goods movement and the management policy of freight trucks in urban goods movement.

Researchers often cite Internet-based information as references for their research papers, and the amount of this type of citation has continued to grow, which resulted in the increased significance of Internet-based academic resources. This study first examines the current trend of citing Internet-based resources in the academic communication process of all academic fields, and then attempts to analyze the factors, such as gender and age, affecting this trend and its consequences in the specific area of LIS in Korea. For this, the author adopt both citation analysis and statistical analysis as research methods. Overall increase of citing internet-based resource is confirmed in all academic fields. Specific analysis of the LIS field revealed that gender is related with the degree of usage, and the age with whether or not adopting this type of citation. Meanwhile, the subject area of the researchers is related with both whether or not adopting this method and the degree of it. This study provides understanding current status of increased utilization of Internet-based resources in academic communications, and further makes suggestions for the effective academic communication of the future.

This study aimed to analyze characteristics of banker's personality who were engaged in five commercial banks (KB Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, KEB Hana Bank and NH Nonghyup Bank) with Big5 personality traits and also, investigate the influence of personality traits on entrepreneurial intention and digital media utilization capability, especially based on preceding research. Also, it analyzed mediated effect of digital media capability between Big5 personality traits and entrepreneurial intention. First, the analysis results of the influence of Big5 personality traits on the entrepreneurial intention showed that extroversion, openness had positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention but sincerity had negative impact on the entrepreneurial intention. Second, the friendliness, sincerity, openness had positive impact on contents utilization capability while openness had positive impact on the communication utilization capability. Third, the influence of communication utilization capability on the entrepreneurial intention was positive. Fourth, the mediated effect of digital media capability between Big5 personality traits and entrepreneurial intention discovered that the communication utilization capability mediated the openness and entrepreneurial intention. It's required to look for the bankers with extroversion, openness that positively influenced entrepreneurial intention and carry out systematic, practical entrepreneurship education to help set up actual business after retirement. This study successfully derive conclusion that it's in urgent need to improve entrepreneurship education program so that the bankers could strengthen their communication utilization capability and improve their capability to gather various information through entrepreneurship education and furthermore, create new value followed by starting their own business.

Through a literature review, this study examined the concept of slow learners and the lifelong learning characteristics of slow learners, and sought ways to achieve successful lifelong learning by utilizing grit and growth mindset among non-cognitive characteristics. Slow learners were experiencing difficulties in cognitive, academic, linguistic, social and emotional, and behavioral characteristics. For successful lifelong learning of slow learners, it was necessary to set long-term goals rather than short-term goals and to maintain effort and consistency of interest to achieve the goals. In addition, it was confirmed that in order to achieve long-term goals, it is necessary to believe that change can be achieved through effort and learning. In other words, the need for learning using grit and growth mindset was confirmed. Based on these previous research results, it was presented as a lifelong learning strategy for slow learners that applied grit and growth mindset, which are non-cognitive characteristics, rather than cognitive characteristics such as intelligence.

It has been expanded the bandwidth of data usages due to the rapid developments of information technology and infra hardware and then it was proposed to new paradigm of Big Data era. It has a trend to increase a Big Data technology and its performance gradually, thus enterprises have realized the importance of Data and the movement to take advantage of Big Data becomes active. This study has been performed to verify the importance through select the factors in order to active adoption of Big Data technology and utilization when enterprises use Big Data. It was selected that Big Data characteristic factors are the natures of predictability, manageability, affordability, competitiveness, creativity, responsiveness and supportability on the study. It is verified and showed that manageability were influenced to introduce Big Data in order, at the result of survey and statistics for enterprise practitioners who have big data experience.

The main purpose of this article is to find out the determinants of usage and performance of the uTradeHub system in Korean SMEs. To achieve the purpose of the study, the research model and the hypotheses were developed based on the previous research on uTradeHub and e-Trade. And to test the research hypotheses, empirical survey was conducted to Korean SMEs which were using uTradeHub services. The results of the empirical analyses are as follows. First, among the external factors, intra-industry competition and transaction intensity were significant determinants of uTradeHub usage level. Secondly, among the internal factors, only CEO's support was found to be a significant determinant. Thirdly, among the IT related factors, IT infrastructure and IT training were positively related to uTradeHub usage level. Finally, the uTradeHub usage level was found to have positive effect both on financial and non-financial export performance of the Korean SMEs.

최근 이상적인 계획안 수립을 위한 주요 요건은 대상지역의 물리적 비물리적 현황에 대한 충분한 이해와 검토에서 출발한다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 차별화된 계획 혹은 아이디어는 지역이 지닌 특성과 문제점에 대한 분석을 통하여 가능하기 때문이다. 다시 말해 현재 상황에 대한 철저한 인식을 바탕으로 미래에 대한 구체적인 계획안은 도출될 수 있기 때문이다. 이 과정에서 해당 지역의 구성원이자 대표적인 이해당사자인 거주민들은 해당지역의 주요 속성정보 제공자로서 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 기존 계획수립과정에서 활용되어 왔던 자료는 주로 지자체 등 공공기관에서 제공하는 공공데이터를 기반으로 하고 있지만, 이러한 공공데이터의 활용은 최신정보의 제공 및 디테일한 지역의 특성을 포괄적으로 반영하는 데 일정부분 한계를 지니고 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복할 수 있는 대안으로, GIS 기법과 양방향 인터넷 등 다양한 첨단 IT기술을 활용한 주민참여형 계획수립에 주목하고 있다. 본 연구는 GIS를 활용한 해외사례를 고찰하고 이를 통하여 도출된 지역분석기법을 예산군에 적용함으로서 향후 주민참여형 지역기본 계획수립에 대한 활용방안을 제시하였다.

The study aims to determine the factors associated with married working women's health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in terms of general, marital, work, and health characteristics. In view of this, data was gathered from a total of 2,060 married working women who participated in the 7th wave (2017-2018) of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Family (KLoWF), which was conducted by the Korean Women's Development Institute. The data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0. As a result of inputting the general characteristics, marital characteristics, working characteristics, and health characteristics of married women, family's economic status, diagnosed disease, perceived stress were found to have a significant effect on married working women's HRQOL. Based on the study results, educational programs and various policies to help married working women better manage their family-work conflict were proposed as a means to improve their HRQOL. This study is significant as it identified a wide range of factors that affect married working women's HRQOL and discussed health and welfare measures to improve it.

This study, targeting KOSDAQ-listed companies, examined the relationship between variability of accruals and corporate characteristics. First, the analysis results show that executives of companies with high debt ratios are more likely to violate debt contracts, so there is a strong temptation to use discretionary accrual items. Second, for companies with large volatility in operating cash flows, Executives of these companies are strongly inclined to utilize accruals for the purpose of abuse of discretion. Third, the larger the company, the more sensitive it is to political costs, so it is less tempted to use the accruals item than a smaller company. Fourth, the corporate age is thought to be the maturity of the company, Executives of such companies have little room to use accruals to abuse their discretion. Fifth, in the case of profit dummy variables, the companies reporting losses have more temporary accrual items than those reporting profits, so this increases the uncertainty in their accounting information than the latter. Sixth, for those companies that are indicated as inappropriate as a result of audit, the more likely their executives are to use the accrual items, and the lower the quality of their accounting profits is. Lastly, Companies audited by 4 Big domestic accounting firms have less discretionary accrual fluctuations than companies audited by non-big 4 accounting firms. Thus, it was found that the accrual amount allows the discretion of corporate executives differently according to the characteristics of the company.

최근 기업의 비즈니스 가치 증대를 위해 IT의 전략적 활용과 정보시스템과 비즈니스 프로세스간의 연계와 통합에 대해 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 IT 서비스와 자신들을 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 IT 거버넌스 개념 재정립의 필요한 시점이나, 학계와 산업계의 높은 관심에 비해 국내 기업의 실증적인 사례연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사례 연구를 통해 IT 거버넌스와 관련하여 현재 기업에서 수행 중인 의사결정 체계와 활동, 유형 및 결정 요인 등을 살펴봄으로써 IT 거버넌스 구축의 현주소 및 향후 활성화 요인을 제시하고자 한다. 비교 분석을 위해, 동일 산업군에서 매출액 규모가 유사하고 IT 투자율이 높은 국내 대기업 2개 업체를 선정하였으며, Structure, Process, Relational Mechanism 관점에서 관련업체의 IT 부서 주요 관계자들과의 인터뷰와 여러 내부 자료들을 활용하여 심층적인 사례 분석을 수행하였다. 'A'사와 'B'사의 IT 거버넌스 사례 분석을 통해 의사결정 메커니즘과 요인을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 보편적인 적용이 가능한 의사결정 영역별 특성 및 구성요소를 구체적으로 제시함으로써, 향후 기업의 환경에 맞는 IT 거버넌스 체계 구축 및 Reference로서 활용을 기대한다.
