In this study, the concept of eXtended Reality Devices(XR) is defined, how it is applied by industry and how it will develop in the future, and based on the expanded integrated technology acceptance theory and innovation resistance, We tried to confirm through empirical analysis how the influencing variables affect. We carry out the analysis of the hypotheses using PLS Structural Equation Modeling. According to the empirical analysis results, this study confirms that innovativeness has a significant effect on UTAUT2's acceptance variables(performance expectation, effort expectation, hedonic motivation, price value) for XR devices, and these variables affect attitudes and acceptance of XR. and the pace of change of XR has a significant effect on perceived risk, and the perceived risk perceived by consumers mediates the pace of change and innovation resistance, and has a significant effect on innovation resistance. and innovation resistance to XR devices had a significant negative effect on acceptance. This study has its meaning because it found out that it deals expansively and comprehensively with personal innovation, the UTAUT2's acceptance variables, and the effects of perceived risk factors mediating the pace of change and resistance to innovation. In addition, it suggests that in order for innovative technologies such as XR to advance to the stage of market expansion, it is important to present strategies to reduce resistance to new technologies as much as the value to be provided to consumers.

This study examines the approach of socio-technical systems and strategic niche management. It reviews the characteristics of that approach such as multi-level perspectives, the views on technology, and policy orientation. It applies the approach to the long-term vision making in science and technological innovation, socio-technical planning, participatory R&D, and science communication in Innovation policy areas and suggests some policy implications.

Employment in enterprises is a consecutive decision-making process based on the results of their innovative activities and it is necessary to consider this relationship as well explicitly in an analysis of the employment performance through technological innovation. Based on this critical mind, this study would analyze the structural relationships among enterprises' innovative activities, the performance of technological innovation, a compensation system and the creation of employment, reflecting the correlation of the process of the actual technology management performed simultaneously, utilizing the seemingly unrelated regression(SUR) model to estimate a simultaneous equation in addition to analyzing the relationship between technological innovation and the effect on employment with the ordered logit model to estimate a single equation as in the preceding studies. As a result of the analysis, a structural relationship could be found out, in which the execution of the compensation system would increase the performances of technical development and technology commercialization, which in turn, accelerates enterprises' employment. Especially, it is judged that enterprises' employment performance increases when technological innovation is managed from a process perspective in that the commercialization performance, as well as technical development, acts as a kind of hurdle in the effect on employment.

In this paper, an exploratory analysis study was conducted on establishing a strategy to utilize living labs to enhance the innovation of the energy sector. Through the previous research literature, it was possible to confirm the concept, essential components, innovation characteristics of living labs, and types of innovation issues in the energy sector as the theoretical background. Based on this, the case studies of energy living lab (8 overseas, 1 domestic) were analyzed focusing on the possibility of utilizing living lab as an approach to innovation issues in the energy sector, establishing a customized strategy for essential components of living lab and enhancing innovation. It was confirmed that the establishment of a customized strategy for the essential components of the living lab could be a driving force in enhancing innovation, and the Living Lab is effectively used as an approach method for innovation issues(demand management, supply technology, enhance R&D acceptance and promote commercialization, technology policies) in the energy sector. As a result of the case studies, the driving force of each living lab was derived from the viewpoint of contributing to innovation, and strategies for using the living labs for each energy innovation problem were established. This study is an exploratory and descriptive analytical study of the utilization strategy and value of the living lab model as an approach to innovation issues in the energy field, which can provide a living lab strategy framework that has not been tried in the past and enables living lab activation and network formation. It can also be considered to have academic, practical, and policy implications in that it can also contribute.

본 연구는 조선산업을 선도하고 있는 우리나라 D조선사와 S 조선사의 CAD system 부문에 있어 사용자 혁신 내용과 과정, 그리고 사용자 혁신이 기업의 경쟁 우위에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 complex product system에서의 사용자 혁신의 함의점과 CAD platform 자체의 진화에 따른 사용자 혁신의 한계를 조망한다. 사례 연구를 통해 본 연구가 발견한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 조선기업의 설계 및 제조 practice 및 관련 IT system 의 다양성과 특이성으로 인해 CAD system vendor 보다는 CAD system user 에 의한 application module 혁신이 cost와 benefit 차원에서 더 경제적이며, 2) 조선업체는 application module 혁신을 위해 사용자 need를 알고 있는 설계자와 CAD system 을 이해하고 있는 system 기술자로 구성된 팀 혹은 CoP를 통해 자체 개발하고 있고, 일부는 제3자 CAD application 업체에 위탁개발하기도 하며, 3) 조선과 같이 매우 복잡한 부품과 설계 및 제조 프로세스로 구성된 complex product system에서의 사용자 혁신은 자신의 암묵적인 노하우를 외부로 노출하지 않는 동시에 자사의 설계에서부터 제조, 구매, engineering, 그리고 경영 프로세스에 이르기까지 하나의 통합된 system 을 가능하게 함으로써 일정의 단축과 오작의 감소로 인한 품질과 원가경쟁력에 큰 기여를 하는 것으로 나타났으나, 4) 사용자 혁신이 일어나고 있는 CAD platform 자체가 대부분 외국계 전문업체 vendor 에 의해 지배되고 있고, CAD 기술의 진화(Solid 3D 등)로 인해 platform 자체가 변화함에 따라 그 위에서 진행되고 있는 application module 의 sustainability 가 위협받고 있다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 정부의 기술혁신 지원 정책과 기업의 혁신 전략에 대한 시사점을 제안하고 있다.

This paper aims at renewing the regional innovation system being embossed increasingly as a new paradigm to develop the regional area, using the innovational cluster based on the industrial properties and innovative base in Chungbuk province. As shown in the results of many researches, Chungbuk province is evaluated highly in regional innovation capability and is satisfied with the level of speciality in technical industry so that it has a potential capability to build the regional innovation system. However the clustering competition is growing in intensity between regional groups and there is a possible situation centralized by the high-tech industry into the metropolitan, so building the specialized innovation cluster requires advanced policy decisions and efforts in our won way. Ultimately, for the purpose of structuring the regional innovation system, the specialized innovation cluster reflected in regional industry and capability would be essential. It is time for Chungbuk province to prepare policies in order to make the Chungbuk-type innovation cluster which is neither uniform nor omnipresent.

This study focuses on the changes in the national innovation system between Korea and China since the 1990s, and studies how to benchmark the limitations of the current national innovation system in Korea from successful national innovation systems in China and apply it to Korean cultural contents. As a result of the review, the current cultural content of Korea is a time when it is necessary to drive sustainable growth in a rapidly changing era, and as a result of applying it from the successful cases of China's national innovation system, it is necessary to change the production of Korean cultural content of the Push strategy into a Pull strategy. In other words, it is necessary to produce cultural contents that fit the paradigm of market change. In addition, the existing technology should lead to the creation of new added value from each element composed of Korean cultural contents, K-pop, K-beauty, Korean food, and above all, it is necessary to institutional innovation of the country in distribution abroad.
