In this paper, we investigate the strategy for the promotion of IT industry in Yongin region and suggest some directions for operations strategy of them. we divide the strategy into centralization of supporting facilities , construction of supporting network, development of lesion based firm, and modernization of marketing/logistics based on the result of the Previous study on the 19 critical success factors. The strategy foactors are analyzed by AHP and evaluated by the three groups(IT firms, local government official worker, professor) which have an influence on IT policy. This research contribute to assist planners and policy-makers in supporting IT industry by providing useful information about the suggested strategy, and by suggesting the effective means to assist the IT industry.

IT공익인터넷방송국은 지난 2001년 디지털콘텐츠 산업 육성 5개년 계획의 일환으로 추진된 사업으로 웹캐스팅 산업의 활성화와 사회 공익 실현을 위해 설립됐다. 때문에 방송국은 그간 ‘이산가족찾기’, ‘미아찾기’등 일반인을 대상으로 한 프로그램과 함께 IT산업 발전을 위한 IT뉴스, IT정책 전달, IT교육 등 다채로운 프로그램들을 제작, 방영했다. 그런 공익인터넷방송국이 지난 4월 웹사이트의 대대적인 개편과 함께 채널가이드 중심의 웹캐스팅 정보 전문포탈로 탈바꿈했다. 당초 웹캐스팅 산업 육성을 위한 목적이 있었지만, 이전까지의 모습이 IT전반에 대한 현황보도와 정보전달에 초점을 맞췄다면 이후에는 인터넷 방송 산업 중심의 전문포탈로 다시 자리매김한 것이다.

In this paper, we suggest the IT industry complex strategy based on previous study on the success factor and success strategy for the promotion of IT industry in Yongin city. The strategy factors are evaluated by the three groups(IT firms, local government official worker, professor) which have an influence on IT policy, and the priority and important rate of strategy analyzed by AHP. The results of this research extracted through expert inquiry and survey contribute to assist planners and policy-makers in supporting IT industry by providing useful information about the suggested strategy.

Due to the city concentrated symptoms, high-rise building symptoms and diversity, the scale of fire disaster is increasing. So the economic expectation of fire disaster industry is growing. The domestic fire industry has an inadequate system, and hasn't a methodical system to foster the industry. And also most of the fire industry company are small and poor scale. So they haven't enough infrastructure like technical skill, manpower, marketing and so on. In order to drive fire industry from local fire protection industry to knowledge service, in this study, the items of human resources fostering, infrastructure and R&D were set and analyzed as detailed growth analysis factors. Also, the improvement plans were suggested and compared with IT industry which is defined as core industry in the 21st century knowledge-based economy in Korea.

IT has contributed much to Korea's economic growth and has helped the innovation of social paradigm. It helps the improvement of productivity, efficiency, convenience and communication, and also helps the critical changes of life style. IT convergence with other technologies or industries has appeared and it promotes new changes and innovations. It is the convergence of IT advancement and other areas of technology development, and it promotes and creates new industries. In major countries, including Korea, the resources and capabilities has focused selectively into this new industry. In this paper, we try to study IT integration strategy and technology development trends and to evaluate the level of IT integration capabilities in Korea based on experts survey results. In the conclusion, we suggest some Strategic Recommendations for developing and leading the new IT Convergence industries.

The New IT industry based on Brain Science, a new industry combined with brain science and IT, will develop new IT services based on Brain Science. 여성 IT 전문인력 육성은 사회제도와 조직문화가 여성인력을 수용하도록 개선되고 수요자인 기업이 여성인력을 유치하고 보유하려는 시도가 매우 중요하다. 한국통신학회 정보통신여성위원회에서는 사회제도와 조직문화적 측면에서여성의 IT 산업진출장애에 대한 논의는 여성의 사회진출관련 광범위한 잉슈를 포함하게 됨으로서 본고에서는 IT 여성 전문인력 육성방안모색을 주요내용으로 한다. 따라서 IT 전문 인력범위를 살펴보고 주변인이 아닌 핵심인력으로 육성키 위한 방안으로 장기적 추진방향과 산.학.연.관 협력추진활동을 제언한다.

지난달 3일 서울 송파구 잠실 롯데호텔에서는 정보통신부 주최 한국소프트웨어진흥원 주관으로 온라인디지털콘텐츠산업육성 전략수립을 위한 정책토론회가 개최됐다. 200여명의 업계 관계자들이 참석한 이 자리에서 디지털콘텐츠 각 분야의 전문가들이 참석해 국내 디지털 콘텐츠 산업을 위한 4가지 주제에 대한 발표와 토론이 진행됐다. 이날 개회사를 맡은 이단형 한국소프트웨어진흥원장은 "우리나라의 IT인프라는 세계 최고 수준이지만 양질의 온라인디지털콘텐츠 생산력은 매우 미흡하다"며 "정부차원의 전략적이고 집중적인 육성정책을 수립하고 있으며 이번 토론회를 통해 각계의 의견을 수렴해 정책방향을 최종확정할 예정"이라고 밝혔다.
