The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job autonomy and task significance on creative behavior in military organizations, and to identify the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship among job autonomy and task significance and creative behavior. For this study, a survey was conducted for 559 officers and non-commissioned officers of the Army and the data was analyzed using AMOS. The results of the study have showed that job autonomy and task significance had a statistically significant effect on creative behavior and self-efficacy. Self-efficacy has also been shown to have a statistically significant effect on creative behavior. In addition, self-efficacy has been found to mediate the relationship between job autonomy and creative behavior and between task significance and creative behavior. This study has theoretical and practical implications in that it expanded the research results to military organizations that had been relatively insufficient, confirmed the leading factors and mechanisms of creative behavior in military organizations, and proposed various measures to induce creative action in military organizations. Based on these results, research restrictions and directions for further research were presented.

The Korean Army has to construct a system that will enable it to cope immediately with the flexible military relationships in Northeast Asia by systematizing and improving the efficiency of operations. These improvements include building a smart and strong army, concentrating on cost-effective combat skills, maximizing the utilization of private resources, and establishing a military structure based on information and technology. Accordingly, this study proposes solutions to solve the problems affecting the success of outsourcing in the defense industry. Unlike outsourcing in other government ministries, outsourcing in the national defense sector may be unrealistic because this strategy is related to the renovation project of the Ministry of the National Defense. In general, the objective of outsourcing in the defense industry, similar to other businesses, is to improve efficiency and not to reduce troops and national defense budget. Several factors, such as identification and security guarantee, risk reduction, cost saving, quality improvement, the reliability of enterprise, and professional technology, are necessary to ensure outsourcing success in the national defense sector. In terms of effectiveness, the improvement in service quality significantly influences outsourcing success in the national defense sector. Eventually, the national defense forces must be strengthened to prevent the provocative actions of North Korea and other threats by improving identification, sense of national security, and quality unlike the current outsourcing of the government, as well as emulating German GEBB or PMC, which utilizes social capital.

This study is to discuss the problems due to the maldevelopment occurred at the reserved areas of natural environments of the Ulleung Island, Gyeongsangbuk-do province, and it also suggests the ways of solving them The types of the maldevelopment practiced on the Ulleung Island consist of the change of land use, the opening of a round road, the destruction of mountains for the construction of harbor, the development of tourist areas, and the construction of military facilities. The decreased habitat of animals and the pollution of drinking water are occurred by the change of land use. The destruction of ecological system is due to the opening of a round road. The damage of natural landscape and the change of ocean eco-system is closely related to the construction of harbor and the destruction of mountains. Finally, the damage of rare plants and the pollution of drinking water are due to the development of tourist areas and the construction of military facilities. In the followings, the ways of solving the problems occurred by the various types of maldevelopment are suggested. First, the planning of pro-environmental development has to be established and practiced to preserve rare plants which are damaged due to the change of land use. Second, the destruction of natural landscape and resources has to be minimized by the implementation of environmental impact assesment when road and harbor are constructed. Third, the stones needed for the development of islands ought to be imported from mainland. Fourth, the established tourist areas are needed to rationally manage and the potential tourist areas has to be transferred to the reserved areas of natural environments. Fifth, military facilities should be constructed though the cooperation of autonomous local government. Finally, government officers' and residents' conscience of protecting and reserving natural environments is needed, and government has to give residents financial supports.

Ever though the authentic history on the first war between Kokurye and Sao-dynasty is not good enough. there are many kinds of suppositions and debates upon this war in the current history books. This study gathered current and old historical records and analyzed the next five results. First. Chang-rna (the rainy season of Korea) had a great effects on the battle. Second. unlike the authentic history. the war seized not only the effect of Chang-rna but also the battle action. Third, battle field is supposed have been in Im-yu-goan. Fourth, the Kokurye force did not come across the Chang-rna but made a great victory by using it intentionally. Fifth. there was a great strategist at that times whose name was Kang-Ie-Sik. But. in spite of many positive records there is little doubt on that he was the commander of the Im-yu-goan battle.

During a military service, noise has unusual characteristics, and constitutes a serious hazard to hearing of military servicemen. The purpose of this study is to understand the use of hearing protection and to assess the safety effects of hearing protection by using a ear plug in military. A total of 208(the army : 101, an air force : 107) serviceman were studied utilizing a questionnaire to know how many serviceman use the hearing protection and a total of 202(the army : 110, an air force : 92) serviceman were also studied using a ear fit validation device to assess the safety effects of hearing protection by using a ear plug. The results showed that the army have low used of hearing protection than an air force because of the low frequency of the noise exposure in the army. Personal attenuation rate was increased with 8 dB after fitting education. Therefore, it is recommended that use of proper hearing protection and fitting education was more suitable for military servicemen who were being exposed of the noise in domestic military.

Psychogenic vomiting (七情吐) is the disease of vomiting due to seven emotions that joy, anger, melancholy, anxiety, grief, fear and terror being the response of the mind to the environmental stimuli. We experienced a 21year-old man who had a psychogenic vomiting due to maladjustment in a military life, and whose condition was improved through oriental medical treatment. We treated the patient with Herbal medications and Giungoroen (至言高論)-wise saying and lofty opinion). Giungoroen is psychological therapy that promotes patient's recognition of disease and will to cure it through conversation. After being treated, the patient showed that symptoms (vomiting, nausea, abdominal discomfort, insomnia, a depressed mood, a feeling of uneasiness) was improved considerably. Tills result suggests that oriental medical treatment bas good effect on psychogenic vomiting due to adjustment disorder.

With the current surge in leisure sports activities involving firearms and the costly shooting practices in the military, there's a growing interest in using virtual reality as a cost-effective alternative. This study proposes a system that addresses the drawbacks of existing shooting practice setups, such as dim spaces and high installation costs, by making it feasible on large display screens. The system integrates IR receivers and guns for practice, ensuring usability and efficiency through an application. Additionally, an accuracy adjustment feature enhances precise coordination recognition. As a result, this cyber light gun system offers an affordable solution for outdoor training.

The Russian-Ukraine war is accompanied by a military armed conflict and cyberattacks are in progress. As Russia designated Korea as an unfriendly country, there is an urgent need to prepare countermeasures as the risk of cyberattacks on Korea has also increased. Accordingly, impact of 19 cyberattack cases were analyzed by their type, and characteristics and implications were derived by examining them from five perspectives, including resource mobilization and technological progress. Through this, a total of seven measures were suggested as countermeasures for the Korean government, including strengthening multilateral cooperation with value-sharing countries, securing cyberattack capabilities and strengthening defense systems, and preparing plans to connect with foreign security companies. The results of this study can be used to establish the Korean government's cybersecurity policy.

Operation Chromite was the first combined landing operation executed by ROK marine corp's and allied forces on Sept 15, 1950. Its historical significance is that it provided Korea with an opportunity to retake capital city Seoul because it helped to fight back from Nakdong river defense Front. During the landing, ROK marine corp's was highly praised from US commanders that "No any defect was found from ROK marine corp's perfect battle performance." and ROK marine corp's spirit of sacrifice with serving our country presented a grant spectacle to all over the world. In these days, the reason why ROK marine corp's gains trust and has grow successfully as national army force is that it prepares national emergency though strong training during peacetime. However, bad tradition like beating and harsh treatment must be fixed. ROK marine corp's should improve and take over the hard earned tradition from former marines and do our best to be trusted from people.

This study is to actively respond to changes in terms of age, it was to find a possible way to realize the effective application of research to expand the civilian use of resources in the defense sector. Utilization of civil resources were first introduced by the previous government institutions to be applied to the military, our country, the use of private resources began with the 1948 case of a consignment of rubbish. In particular, in the process of overcoming the economic crisis IMF 1990s the government increased its advantage in the public service sector while introducing elements of civil to the public sector. Meanwhile, the Pentagon was promoting policies that foster and promote the civil sector in defense of "defense reform law" in terms of the advancement of military operations. The results of the work carried establish schemes for the civil use of resources, which can be protected by legal and institutional supplement, it is determined that you need a dedicated organization for the construction of projects.
