인공위성 정렬 측정 정확도 향상을 위한 연구 (A Study on Satellite Alignment Measurements Accuracy Improvement)

  • 고성능 탑재체들과 자세제어 센서들 간의 정밀정렬은 인공위성의 정확한 자세지향 및 높은 지향 안정성을 위해 필수적이다. 위성 개발사들은 조립 및 시험기간 동안 위성 정렬을 위해 데오드라이트 측정 시스템을 주로 사용한다. 데오드라이트 측정 시 시선 방향 오차, 수평축의 오차, 수직방향 인덱스 오차 그리고 수직축 오차로 인해 측정오차가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 오차들 뿐 아니라 다수의 데오드라이트를 사용한 측정 시 발생할 수 있는 오차들을 정렬큐브 측정실험을 통해 분석하였다. 정렬큐브 측정실험을 기반으로 정렬측정 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법이 제안되었고, 측정 결과 위성의 설계 요구조건도 만족시킬 수 있었다.

셀룰러 네트워크상의 간섭정렬을 위한 반복 알고리즘 (Iterative Algorithms for Interference Alignment in Cellular Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 셀룰러 네트워크상의 간섭정렬을 위한 송수신벡터를 구하는 반복 알고리즘들을 제안한다. 기존의 간섭채널상의 간섭정렬을 위해 고안된 반복 알고리즘을 셀룰러 네트워크에 적용하는 것이 물론 가능하지만, 높은 합용량을 달성하려면 큰 반복횟수가 필요하다. 본 논문에서 제안된 알고리즘의 핵심은 상향링크의 송신벡터 그리고 하향링크의 수신벡터를 갱신할 때 셀내간섭을 고려하지 않는다는 점이다. 모의실험은 간섭정렬을 위해 다중안테나와 단일 반송파가 사용되었을 때, 제안된 알고리즘이 기존의 알고리즘보다 주어진 반복횟수에서 월등히 높은 합용량을 달성함을 보인다. 또한 제안된 알고리즘이 간섭정렬을 위해 단일 안테나와 다중 부반송파가 사용되었을 때도 기존 간섭정렬 알고리즘보다 성능이 우수함을 보인다.

폴리이미드막을 이용한 광배향 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effect of Photo-alignment in Nematic Liquid Crystal on Polyimide Film)

  • We investigated new type non-robbing liquid crystal (LC) alignment techniques in the cell with slanted non-polarized ultraviolet (UV) irradiation on polyimide (Pl) film. It is shown that the uniform alignment for nematic (N) LC is obtained by using slanted non-polarized UV irradiation on Pl surface. We successfully obtained that the pretilt ang1e of NLC is generated about 3 degree in the LC cells by using slanted non-polarized UV irradiation with 70 degree on Pl surface. We consider that the pretilt angle generation for NLC is attributed to interaction between the LC molecular and the PI surface. We conclude that the uniform LC alignment is attributed to anisotropic dispersion force effect due to photo depolymerization of polymer on Pl surface.

계산속도 및 정확도의 적응적 제어가 가능한 다단계 문서 비교 시스템 (Multi-Level Sequence Alignment : An Adaptive Control Method Between Speed and Accuracy for Document Comparison)

  • 유사한 문서를 비교하는 방법으로는 지문법과 서열 정렬법이 널리 알려져 있다. 지문법은 계산속도가 빠른 대신 정확도가 떨어지며, 서열정렬법은 계산속도가 느린 대신 정확도가 높다. 다단계 정렬은 두 방법의 비중을 조절하여 문서 유사도를 비교할 수 있는 새로운 방법의 문서 유사도 측정 방법으로, 각 방법의 장점을 얻으면서 동시에 단점을 보완하도록 고안되었다. 특히 두 비교 방법의 비중을 "블록크기"라는 단일 변수를 이용하여 조절할 수 있도록 한 것이 제안 시스템의 핵심이다. 다단계 정렬은 문서를 일정한 길이의 블록으로 나누어 지문을 추출하고 블록간의 유사도를 계산한 다음 그 결과를 서열정렬법으로 다시 한 번 탐색하는 과정을 거친다. 이때 문서가 분할되는 과정에서 유사구간이 두 개 이상의 블록으로 나누어지는 현상이 발생하기도 한다. 이 논문에서는 다단계 정렬방법에 대해 설명하고, 유사도 비교 성능 개선을 위한 단편화 제거 기법과 휴리스틱 비교법에 대해 설명하고 실험적으로 그 결과를 보인다.

  • 디지털도서관은 통합관리를 위해 정보기술의 표준화 모델인 아키텍처와 거버넌스를 도입하고 있으며, 도서관의 체계적인 정보기술 거버넌스는 도서관의 정보기술과 업무 부문의 효과적인 융합으로 통합적인 조직의 전략 및 목표를 개발하고, 추진하여 관리하는 조직 기능이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구의 목적은 도서관 조직내의 정보기술 및 업무 관련 사회연결망 구조를 통해 도서관의 통합적 관리 운영을 위한 전략적 연계의 사회적 자본에 대한 분석 모델을 제시하는 데 있다. 전략적 연계를 위한 사회적 자본의 분석 모형은 첫째, 인적자원의 특성을 통한 전체 사회연결망 분석으로 둘째, 1) 커뮤니케이션 2) 경쟁력 및 가치 3) 거버넌스 4) 파트너쉽 5) 범위와 아키텍처 6) 역량의 전략적 연계 요소 분석으로 셋째, 전략적 통합성 및 기능적 통합성의 전략 적 연계 분석으로 설계하였다. 이러한 세 가지 사회적 자본은 사회연결망 분석 이론의 연결성, 중심성, 관계성으로 평가된다.

The effects of aqua-exercise on the muscle atrophy of hind limb in rats

  • This study was peformed to investigate the effects on skeletal muscle recovery with aqua-exercise; swimming to take the muscle endurance for 20 days on two group of white rats which were the low extremity atrophy group(control groups) by fixed for two weeks and aqua-exercise group(experimental groups) after it. The effects was observed with light and electron microcope to measure the morphological changes of muscle fibers. The results obtained were as follow. 1. Light microscope: In the case of control groups, quadriceps fibers had been irregular alignment, decreased muscle width and the irregular alignment nuclear appeared, as it is degenerative muscle fibers. In the case of experimental groups, the fibers had been regular alignment cells and fibers. The nucleus of muscle had been normal characterized by oval shape and fiber sarcomere clearly classified. 2. Electron microscope: In the case of control groups, there were the quadriceps which was Z-line streaming phenomenon induced at the sarcomere and cells nuclear separated from basal membrane. It was not only observed the sarcomere alignment irregularly and mitochondria damaged, but also vacuoles found. In the case of experimental groups, A band, I band, H band had been clearly appeared, classified at the myofibrils of quadriceps, and electronic dense M-line found in sarcomere. There were observed satellite cells and basal laminas that usually to be appeared at the time of mitochondrial development, skeletal muscle fiber regeneration or development. This results suggest that the aqua-exercise assisted to inhibit the degenerative morphological changes of skeletal muscle cells and help to recover from abnormal states. Especially, it is considered to effect on a normal structural formation.

대형 컨테이너 선박의 합성수지계열 RAILKO BUSH 적용 연구 (The Study of Synthetic Material Bush (Railko Bush) Application on Large Container Vessel)

  • Recently, the synthetic material stern tube bush has been applied by ship owner's requirement because the synthetic material has a merit. That is to say, when stern tube seal is damaged and sea water comes into stern tube, it can work without problem because of water lubricating property. However, the material also has a demerit of temperature rise problem when some factors meets on synthetic material, for example, not sufficient lubrication oil supply and not proper shaft alignment and so on. As known in the world, the RAILKO bush is rampant for synthetic material by some ship owner because of the above mentioned reason. However, the bush has several accidents on large container vessel. Unfortunately or fortunately our yard has a chance to apply the RAILKO bush owing to requirement of specific ship owner. Therefore, it is much more required to approach the accurate shaft alignment analysis. In line with this reason, we had a shaft alignment calculation considering hull deformation and hull flexibility (hull stiffness). Also, in the calculation, we had considered dynamic condition which is reflected he propeller thrust forces and moments and oil film stiffness on the shaft alignment calculation. According to he shaft alignment calculation, bearing slope was applied on the tern tube bush and was measured. The RAILKO bush should be applied the running in procedure according to maker's recommendation for performing the oil film on the bush surface. Finally, the vessels were delivered successfully without any problem with AILKO bush as shown on his paper.

라멘구조물의 유효좌굴장 결정 (Determination of the Effective Buckling Length of Rahmen)

  • The goal of this paper is to determine the accurate effective length factor(K factor) for buckling design of plane frames and to point out the practical limitations of the alignment chart which provides the approximate effective length factor. At present, the most general method to obtain K factors is to use the alignment chart which is given in the form of nomograph in LRFD-AISC specification commentaries. However it should be realized that various simplifications and assumptions were used in obtaining the alignment chart. Therefore, a simple but effective method to obtain accurate K-factors through the stability analysis of plane frames is developed in this study. To demonstrate the accuracy and effectiveness of the present scheme, K-factors by system buckling analysis of frames are calculated and compared with those calculated by the alignment chart.

삼연모먼트정리의 매트릭스산법에 의한 박용추진축계 배치계산에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Propulsion Shaft Alignment Calculation by the Matrix Method of Three-Moment Theory)

  • The alignment of propulsion shaft systems by the fair curve method has been developed over the past twenty years and in recent years its basic problems have been almost solved. At the present time, studies on introducing actual conditions are being undertaken. In a fair curve alignment, its aim is to achieve a stable shaft system which will be relatively insensitive to misalignment or the influence of external factors such as thermal variations due to the sunshine, speed change, etc. The key point of fair curve alignment is the calculations of reactions in the straight support and reaction influence numbers. The present authors have developed those calculating method by the matrix method of the three-moment theorem. The fair curve alignment is based on the analysis of propulsion shaft system which is assumed as a continous beam on multiple support points. The propeller shaft is divided into several elements. For each element, the nodal point equation is derived by the three-moment theorem. Reaction of supporting points of straight shaft and reaction influence numbers are calculated by the matrix calculation of each nodal point equation. It has been found that results of calculation for the model shaft agree well with those of experiment which had been measured by the strain gauge method. Results of calculation for the actual propulsion shafting of the steam turbine had been compared also with those of Det norske Vertas.

A Simple and Fast Web Alignment Tool for Large Amount of Sequence Data

  • Multiple sequence alignment (MSA) is the most important step for many of biological sequence analyses, homology search, and protein structural assignments. However, large amount of data make biologists difficult to perform MSA analyses and it requires much computational time to align many sequences. Here, we have developed a simple and fast web alignment tool for aligning, editing, and visualizing large amount of sequence data. We used a cluster server installed ClustalW-MPI using web services and message passing interface (MPI). It also enables users to edit multiple sequence alignments for manual editing and to download the input data and results such as alignments and phylogenetic tree.
