A Study of Practical Field Application Cryptographic Module through Evaluation Derived by Connection Indicators (품질 연계지표 평가방법을 사용한 암호화 모듈 실무현장 적용체계 연구)

  • In this study, we propose a cryptographic module quality evaluation system referenced by ISO/IEC 9000 quality system with Quality, Quality Factor, Quality Subfactor, Metric. Practical application process encryption algorithm based on the encryption algorithm to encrypt the pros and cons valuation of diagnosis, point selection algorithm, analysis, and quality items(quality factor), eliciting constraints derived, such as the cryptographic module design quality evaluation system is set to step 5. The five steps are examples of field-based diagnostic tool for cryptographic operations, the most essential work to be done in order to derive one will work. 2-Factor encryption module for connection between indicator items(quality factor) to identify and ensure the quality of the item the constraints of the environment are two kinds of cryptographic operations. This study is an encryption module and a practical field application system, it presents the standardized model. We have to meet the rapid changes in information technology. The environment, development and the encryption algorithm applied to model a wide variety of on-site development encryption will be able to expect the efficiency.

  • In spite of the size and complexity of software becomes large and complicated, the demand of rapid development, cost reduction, good productivity and good quality software is increasing in these days. Many methods were proposed for efficient software development such as various Case tools. Metrics, Process improvement model (CMM, SPICE, ISO9000) and etc. However, most of them we useful to manage the whole projects rather than an individual programming. In this paper, we introduced a system for quality assessment and complexity metrics for Java programs to assess the individual programmer's quality rather than team's quality. This system shows not only the metrics value for quality assessment but also the source code and the soucture of classes simultaneously.

  • The AS9100 standard builds upon the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system requirements(in their entirety) and defines additional quality management system requirements for the aerospace industry. The 9100 standard on quality management system requirements is intended to be used at all levels of the supplier chain. The International Aerospace Quality Group has released a revision to 9100 for the aviation, space and defense industries. This change aims at improvement on quality, schedule and cost performance by adopting new requirements based on stakeholders' needs. This paper is to review how the AS9100 QMS Requirement has been established and improved, and to communicate the significant changes from AS9100, Rev. B to Rev. C focusing on reasons for revisions. The proposed schedule and considerations on the transition of the changes to Rev. C are also dealt with in this paper.

중소기업 품질경쟁력 향상에 관한 연구

  • 경제 환경의 변화로 무한경쟁시대에서 생존하기 위하여 중소기업은 자체기업경쟁력을 확보해야 하는 당면과제가 대두되고 있다. 정부는 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해 1992년부터 품질 경영(QM: Quality Management)제도를 새로운 시대 환경에 걸맞은 대안으로 택하여 확산시켜 나가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO 9000을 통하여 품질경영을 도입한 300인 이하 제조업체를 대상으로 경영자의 품질경영에 대한 관심이 품질시스템 준수에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 품질시스템의 준수정도가 품질경영 도입 전$\cdot$후에 매출액, 공정불량, 고객불량, 납기에 어떤 영향을 주는지 직접 방문하여 조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 품질경영을 도입한 중소기업 중 경영자 관심정도에 따라 품질시스템이 준수되는 것으로 나타났으며 품질시스템을 준수하는 회사에 공정불량, 고객불만에 효과가 있었고, 납기준수는 품질시스템의 준수보다는 매출증가에 영향을 받으며, 매출 증가는 품질시스템 준수와 관계없이 대체적으로 증가한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 품질보증 활동은 제품의 품질등급을 그 규격기준에 따라 규정하고, 발주자가 지정하는 품질의 제품을 실현하는 것이지만, 압력용기 등의 특정 제품에 대해서는 공적인 제3자가 기관에 의한 검사 인증제도가 요구되는 경우가 있다. 미국에서는 압력용기 등의 규격체계는 민간 Base의 ASME Code를 중심으로 하고, 운용에 있어서의 품질보증제도는 ASME Stamp에 의한 제작공장 인증과 적검사기관을 대행하는 보험회사와의 협조에 의한 개별제품인증이 행해진다. 소위 체제 지향의 품질 관리방식을 채택하고 있다. 미국 외의 구라파제국의 이와는 상대적으로 제품지향의 제품질관리를 하였다고 할 수가 있다. 그러나 87년에 제정되어 세계적으로 확산되고 있는 ISO-9000 시리즈는 미국식의 체제지향의 품질관리로서 양자간 접근방식이 대동소이하다. 그러므로 ASME Code의 품질관리에 대하여 그 본질과 구조 및 활동 내역 등을 고찰해 보는 것은 품질관리의 시대적 조류 파악에 도움이 될 것이다.

품질 경영 도입 효과에 관한 연구

  • Standardization strategy is considered as an important approach for the organization growth and competitiveness. Major contents of standardization are the selection of standardization area and management of standardization timing under limited resources. The developments of standardization road map and its driving strategy in construction area are important policy subjects in view of investment scale and national economy. In this paper, we aim to survey on the standardization theory and its application in construction field and suggest research direction for driving strategy of standardization road map development.

  • This study, in particular, studied the consortium-participating companies on their plans of Quality Management as to how they carry them out in order to advance to the first-class business enterprises. These companies' present status and activities under implementation identified and interpreted by this study, therefore, are insufficient to be generalized into knowledge applicable to most of the companies in Gangwon-do. For more precise and detailed results, it is suggested to make further studies that cover not only those consortium companies but also non-consortium manufacturing companies if Gangwon-do.

The Implementation of a Quality System in the Care Sector for Elderly and Handicapped People: A Swedish Case Study

  • This paper presents the empirical research results conducted in a Swedish care organization for elderly and handicapped. The objective of the research was to empirically assess the implementation and practices of a quality system (ISO 9000) from an organizational change and development perspective. The empirical data were collected through multiple methods; interviews were carried out with key-persons and leadership in the organisation and surveys were conducted to all employees. Interactive methods have been applied to various groups in the organisations e.g., directors, supervisors, and the leadership of the quality project and the local politicians. The empirical findings indicate, among others, that the implementation processes were received and perceived differently in the different parts of the care organisation due to different leadership strategies and employee involvement policies. Other critical factors such as acceptance, resistance, motivation, commitment, the role of leadership, learning possibility, etc. have also been investigated, analysed and discussed. Finally some recommendations on how to approach organisational change as well as strategies for implementing a quality system in the care sector are presented.

  • In this paper, we introduce IEC 60300(Dependability program management) into urban transit system, and propose effective method to apply IEC 60300 to Subway Corporation. The dependability is the collective term used to describe the availability performance and its influencing factors such as reliability performance, maintainability performance and maintenance support performance. A dependability program covers all phases of a system's life cycle from planning to operation and possibly disposal, and is composed of program elements divided into tasks.
