Iron regulatory proteins (IRPs) 1 and 2 bind with equally high affinity to specific RNA stem-loop sequences known as iron-responsive elements (IRE) which mediate the post-transcriptional regulation of many genes of iron metabolism. To study putative IRE-like sequences in RNA transcripts using the IRP-IRE interaction, Eight known genes from database were selected and the RNA binding activity of IRE-like sequences were compared to IRP-2. Among them, the IRE-like sequence in 3'-untranslational region (UTR) of divalent ration transporter-1 (DCT-1) shows a significant RNA binding affinity. This finding predicts that IRE consensus sequence present within 3'-UTR of DCT-1 might confer the regulation by IRP-2.

[연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 2012년부터 2016년까지 개정된 연금소득 및 퇴직소득 세제의 문제점을 지적하고 이에 대한 합리적 개선방안에 제시하는 것이다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 연금소득과 퇴직소득의 세법 개정에 대하여 문헌조사를 수행하였으며 퇴직소득의 경우 여러 사례별 세부담의 차이점을 확인하기 위하여 계산 사례를 제시하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. [연구결과] 현행 퇴직소득세제와 같이 근무한 연도에 따라 일괄적으로 과세표준에 5배수 또는 12배수를 적용하는 방법보다는 퇴사시의 근속연수에 따라 차등적인 배수 규정을 적용할 필요가 있다. 또한 연금의 부득이한 일시수령 요건을 완화하여 연금소득의 융통성을 부여 하여야 한다. 아울러 사적연금의 분리과세 기준액도 월 100만원에 해당하는 연간 1,200만원은 과소한 면이 있으므로 이에 대한 확대가 필요한 상황이다. 뿐만 아니라 IRP의 해지 시 그 해지 사유에 따라 연금소득의 부득이한 수령과 준하는 예외사유를 허용해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 IRP 추가 납입에 대한 세제혜택의 연간 한도를 현행 700만원보다 큰 폭으로 증가시켜서 IRP 추가 납입을 가속화하는데 도움을 주어야 한다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구에서의 개선방안은 향후 과세당국이나 연금공단, 그리고 퇴직연금사업자 등에게 퇴직소득 및 연금소득 제도를 제 개정하는 데에 시사점을 제공할 것으로 보이며, 관련 부처의 정책 대안 수립과 입법 과정상에서 참고자료로 활용하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Recently, there has been rapid and spectacular increase in world wide counterfeiting and other forms of piracy. According to the World Customs Organization(WCO), counterfeiting accounts for 5 to 7 percent of global merchandise trade, equivalent to lost sales of as much as US$512 billion last year. Also Korean firms' damages arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights in global markets, especially in China market, are increasing. However, the existing studies on the intellectual property rights(IRP) protection have mainly focused on legal protection. Because the law is often not the best defense against theft of intellectual property rights, we must develop more effective defensive weapons for protection of IRP. Given this troublesome trend, the intention of this paper is to discuss strategic and tactical efforts, including legal protection, that can serve as proactive measures to deter counterfeiting and thus to assure the protection of Korean firms' intellectual property rights.

The orbit characteristics and perturbation effects of an artificial satellite with critical inclination have been studied. The critical inclination problem in artificial satellite theory is treated as Ideal Resonance Problem(IRP). The KITSAT-1 satellite launched by Arian 42P at Guiana in August 11, 1992 has orbital inclination close to the critical value cos-1(1/√5). In that case, there is a singularity in some perturbation terms and perigee of the orbit is fixed because d$\omega$/dt is theoretically equal to zero. But actually the long periodic behaviour in argument of perigee, $\omega$ shows a small oscillation. The causes of the oscillation and the relativistic effect in IRP have been studied and applied to the KITSAT-1. The geo-potential perturbation terms which are seperated inclination terms have been obtained using Algebraic manipulation. Also luni-solar disturbing funtion based on the relative position of the sun, moon, and satellite has been obtained. Phase portraits are used to depict the change of eccentricity and grgument of perigee. The variations of each orbital elements have been obtained in case of the KITSAT-1.

Recently, electric utility is facing substantially new stream of business environment, such as pressure of business restructuring, competition with private IPPs, diversification of supply-side and demand-side resource options, environmental externalities and uncertainties. Integrated resource planning(IRP) is very useful and powerful approach for solving complex and diversified electricity supply and demand problems. This paper presents a standardized IRP procedure using multi-attribute decision analysis approach. The selection of the most desirable plan is based on multi-attribute trade-off/risk analysis method and score ranking method. As a case study, 50 plans with 12 scenarios are analyzed.

프레스 금형의 가공 및 제작 공정의 자동화란 불필요한 반복 작업을 피하여 시간을 절약하고 표준 품질의 가공물을 얻고자 하는 것이다. 자동화의 범위는 3차원 금형설계, 머시닝 센터, 와이어 컷 방전가공, 도면작업까지를 포함하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 컨트롤박스제어 센서에 사용되는 Irp브라켓으로 3차원 금형설계 후에 동일한 환경에서 프레스 금형의 가공 및 제작 공정 자동화에 대하여 연구하고자 하였다.
