For changes in the distribution structure these days, consumer demand is moving rapidly from offline to online. The consumers' mentality to purchase products conveniently is reflected in this phenomenon. Also for agricultural products, safety to protect contents, brand and design which can provide credibility to consumers are recognized as most important than ever. Especially, strawberry is thin-skinned so that the quality of product may deteriorate even with weak impact and shaking, so it is significantly influenced by the structural packaging or material. Also, strawberry is frequently distributed through direct trading, it is the reality that the package design of strawberry is less competitive than that of other products due to inadequate environments of commercial farms. That is, the demand of strawberry increases everyday but the strawberry package cannot fulfill the needs of producers and consumers. In order to reinforce competitiveness in strawberry sales, it is urgent to carry out fundamental studies regarding the development of package. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to supplement and improve issues arising from the usage of current strawberry package. Through the analysis of strawberry package elements (shape, material, design) and understand the points of improvement sought by producers and consumers through IPA MAP (importance, satisfaction level) analysis.

This study is to investigate consumer's purchasing behavior by types of retail store and to conduct Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) to exhort adequate competitive strategy to the traditional market. The results of this study are as follows. First, the result shows that consumer spends more time and less money at the traditional market due to the difficulties of store searching by store arrangement and construction of the market. Second, this study suggest that the traditional market needs to change their competitive strategy in same level with the discount stores, the traditional market can concentrate their capability on specialization and uniqueness of their product to meet the consumer's needs. Third, according to the result on quadrant(concentrate here) of IPA, traditional market is marked on ease of refund, convenience of after service and parking facility, and cleanliness of bathroom while the discount store and the department store are marked on high credibility level and quality of product.

The purpose of this study was to propose a policy direction to improve the service of public bicycles in Seoul by identifying the physical characteristics that affect the satisfaction level in the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle use environment. To this end, a survey was conducted on users regarding their experiences using public bicycles in Seoul, and the responses of 567 people were analyzed. IPA analysis and ordinal logistic analysis were used. An analysis of the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle IPA showed that the satisfaction level was lower than that of importance in all categories. Among them, the most urgent need for improvement was the installation of bicycle roads, improved connectivity of bicycle roads, improved road management, classification of roads and bicycle roads, improved safety during night driving, and low satisfaction levels. Second, an analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction in the public bicycle use environment showed that the model's explanatory power increased significantly from 0.062 to 0.437 after incorporating perceived variables, confirming that the perceived neighborhood environment characteristics are an important variable for determining the satisfaction level in the public bicycle use environment, among the perceived neighborhood environmental characteristics, accessibility, convenience, manageability.

The following research was conducted to encourage residents in urban areas to move to rural areas, and to improve the residential environments in those rural areas. Current policies for rural village development Project were analyzed, and policy implications were proposed. Residents in rural villages participated in a 12-question survey that asked their priorities prior to moving to the area, and factors contributing to resident satisfaction. Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) was performed to present potential development strategies in the construction business. As a result, 'natural environment and landscapes' had the highest priority and satisfaction, whereas 'lack of public transportation and accessibility' and 'road conditions and parking facilities' had high priorities but low satisfaction levels. Thus, it is important to take nature and environment, as well as accessibility into consideration when moving to rural villages. Although this research was based on residents' bias, and the sample area was limited, these conclusions still offer important policy agreement provide of future rural villages location selection and establishment of land use planning.

At a time when trend called complex cultural space has recently been taking place in public libraries, this study analyzed the importance-performance of users regarding the use factors of public library's complex cultural space. Based on the results of the analysis, this study attempted to broaden the understanding of the library users' use of this space, and to suggest directions on which factors should be improved. The results of the study were as follows: First, only 5 of 41 factors for library complex cultural space have higher satisfaction than importance, so it is necessary to promote balanced development with focus on priority improvements rather than a specific sector. Second, it is necessary to provide various programs and services in consideration of visit characteristics, such as the users of the library complex cultural space are mainly used by themselves (42%) or with their families (18.2%), also more people (50.5%) use weekday afternoons than 35%, including weekend mornings and afternoons. Third, among the five use factors related to space, the remaining items except for 'Compatibility of Computer / Equipment Use' are located in the first quadrant where both importance and satisfaction are high or in the fourth quadrant which shows higher satisfaction than importance. This is a result that shows that the library is fully performing the diversification and complexion of the space basically aimed as a complex cultural space. Fourth, it is necessary to improve the public library's complex cultural space in the future based on the analysis results of the result of analysis of the importance-satisfaction the use of factors using the IPA analysis.

The safety speed 5030 policy, which is currently being implemented nationwide, tends to increase citizens' dissatisfaction due to reduced mobility and inconvenience. In order to successfully promote the Safety Speed 5030 policy, it is important to collect various opinions of citizens who use roads by deviating from quantitative policy evaluation criteria such as traffic accidents and traffic speed. Therefore, in this study, citizens who use roads were classified into a driver group and a non-driver group, and civic consciousness analysis such as adequacy evaluation of speed limit, satisfaction evaluation of road service quality (MDS), and importance-satisfaction analysis (IPA) was conducted. As a result of the analysis of civic consciousness, in particular, satisfaction with mobility, economy, and environment was low. Accordingly, it was intended to promote the successful implementation of the Safety Speed 5030 policy by presenting measures to improve the speed limit and quality of road service for roads with low satisfaction.

The impact of "Korean wave" has gradually expanded in recent years, its spread trend can also be seen in the United States, South America, and even in Europe. As the earliest and largest importer of Korean culture, China's importance is self-evident. Based on the results of empirical analysis, and analyze the importance and satisfaction of each element that makes up the four factors(Music, Dance, Style, Story) with IPA method, as well as the impact of its rankings on K-POP fans phenomenon in China. The results of this study are organized as follows. Firstly, according to the analysis results, only 10.5% of the K-POP fans are male, and K-POP fans are generally young, their age mainly concentrates in the first half of the 20th (49.0%). Secondly, among the survey respondents, 65% of the fans have positive comments on the Korean Wave, most of K-POP fans obtain their idols' information through Internet, and 49.5% have consumption behaviors for their favorite idols. Thirdly, it can be seen from the data of survey results that fans attach the greatest attention to the importance and satisfaction of the melody elements in terms of music, and the performance effect in terms of dance, the appearance is chosen as the priority in terms of styling, as for the last factor, topicality, the broadcasting is the first choice. In view of the formation of the phenomenon of K-POP fans among Chinese Korean fans, by conducting the correlation analysis and research on the importance and satisfaction of each factor through data, this study is with great practical significance in academic research, it can be used as practical and meaningful material for the K-POP fans among Chinese Korean fans.

The purpose of this study is to present the ranking and difference of the importance and satisfaction of the swimsuit brand image that the swimsuit consumers perceive through the IPA and to provide the implications for the activation of the swimsuit industry market by diagramming it with the IPA matrix. To do this, we analyzed 298 questionnaire data for university students and graduate students and the following conclusions were drawn through the ranking of importance, satisfaction, and the corresponding sample t-test and IPA matrix. First, as a result of examining the ranking through the average of the importance and satisfaction of the swimsuit brand image, the importance showed average 4.0 or more in order of 'quality', 'functionality', 'price', 'design', 'trust', 'color', and the satisfaction showed average 3.5 or more in order of 'trust', 'quality', 'functionality' and 'awareness'. Second, as a result of difference verification in swimsuit brand image, it showed a significant difference in order of 'quality', 'price', 'functionality', 'design', 'color', 'trust', 'sophistication'. On the other hand, it showed no significant difference of cognitive images. Third, as a result of IPA of swimsuit brand image, the factors of 'design', 'functional', 'quality' and 'trust' were included in I quadrant, 'price' 'color' in II quadrant, 'advertising image', 'event', 'popularity', 'originality' in III quadrant, and 'awareness', 'sophistication' in IV quadrant.

This study aims to estimate the perception of mothers of infant and toddler on the child-rearing environment and compare the recognition of parents who live in APT and multi-family housing. This study investigates the mothers in order to survey the level of importance and satisfaction on the neighborhood environment factors for child-rearing. The result of questionnaire is analyzed by Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). According to the result of IPA by housing types, it was found that the improvement of pedestrian environment, separation of pedestrian and vehicle, natural environment and playground is required particularly in the multi-family housing area. the mothers need soundproofing of house and management of unwanted facilities in neighborhood in common. In the apartment, improvement of child-care facilities and children's library is required. The results of IPA on the mothers of infant and toddler may be important foundation for future strategies for child-rearing environment improvement.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the importance and performance of the educational laboratory facilities for culinary practice. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 students enrolled in the culinary arts department at Y University located in Chung-buk province, and a total of 71 usable, completed questionnaires were received for the research. Collected data was statistically analyzed using the SPSS 10.0 Windows version, and the IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) was conducted to compare importance and satisfaction from kitchen laboratory facilities which have been a key element of culinary education. Results of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, it was found that performance (M=3.42) for culinary practice facilities was lower than importance(M=4.09) for culinary practice facilities. Secondly, through IPA, the importance and satisfaction of culinary laboratory elements showed some differences between the students who had have some educational experience in culinary art prior to enrollmnet and those who had not. The former students attached importance to the usefulness of facilities rather than the size of facilities. And as rapidly improved factors, they answered ventilation and water supply facilities for culinary laboratories. The application of this study in physical environment of culinary education will contribute to improve students` satisfaction with the quality of education. However, the critical point of this study is a limited sampling, so the results of this study cannot be generalized.
